Mr. Peterson was able to perform the replacement the same day - we purchased a new water heater on our own, and he installed the new one and removed the old one right away. Great service, no complaints.
Description of Work: Replaced water heater and expansion tank.

One of the most horrible experience's I ever had with a plumber. Wyatt was hired to fix a leaking drain pipe in my basement. He replaced a section of pipe that he thought was bad, but it wasn't. The leak was caused by a blockage at a T section near the drain pipe and the sewer vent pipe. Water was seeping up through a connection of the vent pipe. Instead of addressing a problem he just completely removed that section of vent pipe. He said that I didn't really need that vent pipe. After the "repair" he didn't spend a lot of time to check if he fixed any problems. After he left and I quickly found out I still had plumbing problems. Since I had a blockage, water backed up further up the pipe revealing a real cracked pipe. I called him back and he did replace the crack piped but charged me for another repair! Finally, he thought he was finished, but I told him I had a blockage. He didn't have a snake nor did he recommend calling for one, instead he hooked up my garden hose with a high pressure attachment on the end. He finally removed the blockage; after flooding my basement! This time I am using Angie's List to find my plumber!
Description of Work: I had a blocked drain line from my kitchen sink upstairs flooding my basement. Wyatt was hired to find and fix my problem. Wyatt was friendly enough, but in my opinion not very professional.

He installed the faucet incorrectly. I liked that he was responsive. When we were looking for bids, he called right back. He came out a little late, but I didn't mind, because he told me he might be. I disliked the quality of the service. I feel like I paid for things that didn't get done. We ended up having to redo some of the work ourselves. I felt like the price was fair. He was a nice guy, and he was easy to talk to. However, his lack of skill counts as a lack of professionalism.
Description of Work: He worked on three toilets. He replaced the mechanics on two of them. On one of them, he pieced it together. He also installed a faucet in the bathroom.

Wyatt did all the plumbing work for my kitchen remodeling. He is very efficient. Work is done in good quality. One of the valves dripped initially. He surprised me by showing up in 10 minutes (He happened to be nearby).
Description of Work: Disconnect sink, faucet, garbage disposal, dish washer and refrigerator water line and reconnect them.
