The absolute best experience from the initial service answering service to the finish of the service call. Bill Jones explained everything he was doing or going to do. During the routine inspection of the furnace he discovered a crack in the combustion liner that would have been undetected until we were dead from carbon monoxide poisoning. It was never found during another company's service call. As a result, we were given plenty of options and decided to replace both furnace and air conditioner.

Jason Edler followed up from Bill Jones service call and began the process of estimating the cost of replacement. He arrived on time and reviewed the work that Bill Jones had done. He then began putting an estimate together which was a complete evaluation of the home so as to size the install correctly. He provide three options based on cost and efficiency. We agreed on a choice and he put together financing and scheduled the install for one week out. Really amazing service Whipple Guys!

If you want to pay an outrageous amount of money for a simple repair, then hire Whipple. The sump pump motor that is hooked up to my washing machine stopped working (I don't have a drain in my basement so this pushes the water out). I thought the motor had gone out and needed to be replaced which I had to have done before. Since my regular plumber was on vacation I used Whipple since I had a $100 off coupon. A replacement motor costs $160 + I figured they would charge about $300 for labor. With the coupon, that brought it to under $400 so I went ahead and scheduled it. Well, it didn't need a new motor - the bottom was just covered with lint so the technician just wiped it off and put it back in the tank. It took maybe an hour total - it took more time removing the 12 screws and then putting them back on than it did to clean off the pump. I was pretty happy that I didn't need a new motor and was going to save a little more money. ALAS, that was not to be. When he wrote up the invoice, imagine my shock when the total was over $700!!!! Yes, $700+ to wipe lint off the bottom of a pump motor that was the size of a small iron. Oh but wait. I did have the $100 off coupon so my grand total for 1 hour of service by the "Whipple Service Champions" was approximately $640. I could have bought FOUR sump pump motors for what I paid for this 1 hour of service. And he didn't even seal the tank correctly - didn't put the silicone on it right as it leaked (it wasn't leaking before). So he had to come out again and reapply the silicone. It still leaked, by the way. I ended up buying a tube and resealed it myself. When I made the appointment I was told there was a $69.00 service fee but it would be subtracted from my bill if they did the work. They neglected to tell me the part about the additional $700 per hour charge they add on to it. Moral of the story: If your regular plumber is on vacation and this ISN'T an emergency, wait for them to come back. I will NOT use this company again. They are way, Way, WAY overpriced. This was nearly a year ago and I am STILL peeved about it.

Great! Bill Jones was the technician_I am satisfied with the service that Bill Jones provided. He is very knowledgeable on what he is doing and not just that he educated me while performing his job explain what are the pros and cons regarding my unit. He did such an excellent job very thorough and detailed it to me about my unit so as giving an option for the safety and concern for my family. Having him as an employee such a great asset to the company. He make sure every single parts were put back correctly. Thank you Whipple for sending an great and knowledgeable technician. On top of that showed up exactly on time.

They were on time....went right to work .... put the shoe covers on outside, came in and started to check out the furnace as well as the humidifier. Suggested some changes on how to save on the power bill gave me some ideas. There was some rust indicating some future repairs soon. They gave the the prices to do the repair and I'm in charge as to when.

Eric was efficient and helpful in answering different questions about the plumbing in my home. He is a great asset to your team.

Lee found the issue and replaced the toilet so fast and it looks amazing and he also went above and beyond to make sure we won't have any future leaking issues. He was amazing.

Could not have asked for a better experience. All four of these gentlemen were wonderful to have in our home. They were professional and respectful of us and our home. They eased us into the sticker shock, which really ended up to be very reasonable. Thank you.

Derek was professional, pleasant, thorough, and caring. He went above and beyond my expectations including doing the dishes and installing smoke detectors and COD detectors I had already purchased. Five stars.

He left for an hour to get "special" parts for an "old fixture". He came back with a bucket and rags. He left for a second trip "to get a tool" and came back with the $35 worth of parts that should be in every plumber's van. He told me that to replace the old toilet with a new one that drains to the wall would cost $2500. He charged me $676 for the repairs, which I regretfully paid because we didn't have time to get another plumber. The supply line was wet upon completion and continued to drip. He did come back and replace the line again.

I have tried to use them again to tune up my A/C systems but they are not responsive. After I had a firm reservation they called to say they had to put it out for a month, and I had waited long enough to begin with.

I am on a maintenance plan where I pay a monthly fee. They come three times a year for all my services and if I need anything major done, because I am a member of this service I get a discount. They sent one technician and the work took a half an hour. He left the area excellent, they maintain my furnace and air conditioner without any major issues. They come in do their work, show my what they did and go.

His work was excellent. He cleaned up after himself. I couldn't believe how clean he left my utility room.

It took the man 5 minutes to repair my garbage disposal and he charged me 94.00. Really? I was quoted 44.00 for a house call. When I called the office back, they said, "it's 44.00 for him just to come out. Any repairs are extra". I was not told that when I called for the service. They way overcharged for that type of service.

They were nice and very professional. Great people skills. It seemed like things added up quickly, and got pricey. Their work was fantastic, I just thought, and others said it will get expensive quickly. They come out for their leader item, and other stuff gets expensive. Positive parts are, they were very personal, professional, good people. You felt like they are great. We had couple things done. I could have bought and changed the valves for top end brand, for about one hundred twenty dollars. I could have changed them, I'm a handy guy. Really good quality. Top notch performance. The quality is really good. I don't know what other people grade. Each time you talk to them, they were a week out. It was reasonable. They were right on time on what they said. For what they committed to us, they were good. They were very professional. I guess I would use them, but I would shop around.

see above. The flood abatement people that they claimed did such a wonderful job Flood Pros, were rude; overcharged and left several areas not mitigated or abated, causing mold growth, which had to be removed. by my tenant.

They were priced far higher than the other licensed contractors. I didn't use them.
