Description of Work: I needed to get all 15 windows in my home replaced. They quoted me $7,200 for 15 Andersen 100 series windows and 5 of them are fixed windows. I ordered 7 windows first and they said it would take 4-6 weeks for them to come in. They called me around 5 weeks and set up a time to come install them. They were punctual and they cleaned up after themselves and it took them about 5 hours to install them.

Description of Work: Workmanship was exceptional. Scheduling was as promised. They have great customer service. Their final product is also great. All workers involved were professional. I would recommend them highly to anyone wanting windows replaced.

Description of Work: They did a wonderful job of removing old windows and replacing them. Scott the sales rep. did a good job of blending new windows and frames with just glass in older frames. No one else would do both. Stephan and Dave Jr. were great in the installation part.

Description of Work: The sales representative was so rude and confrontational when I voiced concern over a fiberglass vs wood door, that I would not use them. There is no reason to talk to customers in the unprofessional manner in which he did. Additionally, almost $1,000 for a fiberglass door installed without hardware, is ridiculous.

Description of Work: I loved working with Rusty and everyone else at All Purpose Windows and Doors. They were prompt and professional and I believe I was directed to the best product for my needs. I live in an historical district and needed a window product that would be approved. Rusty was able to recommend windows that were approved and looked great. And on top of all that, I was able to use an Angie's list discount that saved me $300! I would certainly work with All Purpose Windows and Doors again.

Description of Work: The fiberglass windows w. exterior grids were the best match for my old metal-frame grid windows, and they look lovely and are great quality, though they were very expensive. I was not too impressed, however, w. the lack of responsiveness of my salesman -- it often took several days for him to return my phone calls or emails, and he didn't follow-up for over a month after one window of the wrong type was installed. It's now 2 months later and I still don't have the correct window. The installers did a good job overall w. the install, but they were fairly sloppy about the glass chips that went flying when they removed the old windows. I am STILL finding bits of glass chips on the floor and carpet and outside in the grass and bushes as well.

Description of Work: We asked All Purpose to come out and give us an estimate on windows and doors for our 100 year old home. They were prompt and thorough with the estimate, very nice and professional. Just to be complete, we got four other estimates for the same EXACT job with the exact same windows and doors and All purpose came in at $8,000 more than the next closest bid. The total job ended up costing us $2,200. I'm sure that they do great work from reading the other reviews, but we spent $7,800 less money and had another company provide a great job as well. Just make sure that you get a few estimates and compare "apples to apples".
