They do not charge additional for extra trips to my home. It's included in the contract. Their technicians are very personable and show up on time. I never have to wait for them whenever I call. The treatment is effective.

It's a service that you sign up on an annual basis and they come out every three months to make sure everything is okay. You can call them anytime if you have pest problems and they come out. I pay an annual service fee and $99 fee every time they come out to do their quarterly service. When the guy comes he always asks if there are any special needs we have and things like that. If we needed, they spray inside as well. I believe they came door to door a couple of years ago and we signed up with them.

I called and needed someone as soon as possible and they responded. The gentleman did came when he said he would. He was professional and through.

Their scheduling is a nightmare. First 2 visits were for wrong days. Did a good job once they did arrive. Will use again in future.

One thing I like about them is that they use all biodegradable natural ingredients like crustacean shells and it is very effective. It is an actual material like crushed seashells and not a chemical, so it does not evaporate and actually stays there. They also use granules and so their treatments are very effective and safe and environmental. They are a little bit more expensive than what I am used to paying. We are coming to the end of our one-year contract and are thinking about finding somebody cheaper.

We pay them for every visit; we pay $88 per visit. So far, our experience with them has been good. We kept seeing so many spiders. So, they explained to us that summer was the time when the spiders came out. They do a good job. They give you a representative and that person keeps in touch with you. My representative calls me in advance for scheduling appointments. I have her cell phone number too. I can call her and leave her a message. She will call me back within half an hour. She normally comes within the 3 hour window. When she comes over, we get to chat a little bit. Once they give you a price that is your price. They might take in new customers for $10 but once they tell you that you that your price is $85, they stick to that price. We feel they could get cheaper.

The technicians do very well and tend to get the job done in a timely manner. Everyone is very professional and they are all customer service oriented. I cannot recall having any problems with them or how they handle the service and I was very happy.

They are very professional. The spraying has been effective and I'm happy with the work they did.

I had some trouble trying to schedule some appointments for this company. I really feel like they are top of the line for the treatment of things. I felt like they were close to their estimates. They also took time to explain to me what they were doing.

I live in a wooded area and pests can be a problem. The charge for their services was right at their original estimate. Terminix technicians are friendly, courteous and polite. The work that performed was very thorough. I would recommend them to friends.

My overall experience is excellent. They showed up on time and were very professional. I feel that I paid a good rate for the service I received.

The time of the worker arrived was not what was promised. The company gave us a guarantee, which they did not stand behind. They made no effort to resolve the issue. They also kept billing after the contract was up.

I am impressed with the punctuality of this company. They let us know ahead of time when they were going to come. They will come back in between their scheduled spraying for emergencies and not charge you for it.

They are professional and knowledgeable. We have had them out three or four times before this. They took only an hour, so they were fast and thorough. They cleaned up after themselves.

I have been with Terminix for about three years. They are very dependable and reliable. They also get the job done right. I will never use anyone else. I'm always satisfied with their work.
