Beware! Terminix extends your agreed upon contract without your consent. I agreed to a 6 month contract, only to have my credit card charged after the 6 months. I complained without any satisfaction. Find someone you can trust. Not Terminix!

I have been with them for many years. The price is very competitive. Usually if I need them for an additional service they come out within a day or two. They are usually here when they say they will be in the timeframe. The technicians that service us have been very good.

After about 12 years using Terminix, I finally decided it was just getting too expensive. When I first signed up, the cost was about $80/ quarter. Over the years the cost has steadily risen (I do understand that prices are rising on everything). But my husband and I are on Social Security now and it's just too expensive for us. Also, the service usually takes about 5 minutes. And if I'm not home, they just spray the outside. I have to call them to come to do the inside of the home. Quite often they have shown up without letting me know in advance. That can be inconvenient. I have appreciated having them come over the years, but it's now a luxury I can't afford.

Started out very good and then became very laxed.

It would help if we would have someone that is familiar with the history of the terminate problem, continuity in people.

It was fine. It's good to have someone to do pest control. They are a little experience.

We had a great relationship with Terminix at one point, mainly because of the service technician. She was knowledgeable, competent and considerate of our time. Terminix let this technician go and the service went down hill from there. We used their online scheduling to make sure that we were home when the service was done because of our dogs. The technician was never on time and often did not show up at all, without a phone call and explanation. We then tried to call and schedule and it got worst. After the fourth time we called Terminix and told them we were discontinuing the service. They still kept sending up a technician to do the service. They sent a tech up once when we were not home and did a service and left a bill and I refused to pay.

We are happy with the service. Their prices have gone up a lot in the last few years. We have used them for 9 or 10 years. They come every 3 months. If we have a problem they will come back at not charge. They do everything that I ask them to do. Sometimes they don't make appointments and just show up.

It's always very good. They are good at coming back out if you see a spider in the house. The price is reasonable.

It was ok. I have a yearly contract. They bought the company I was with and I stayed with them. They are sometimes not very responsive.

They do a good job. They come regularly. They are very accommodating and do what we ask.

It was great. Scheduling was also great.

It seems to work and they really care.

This was for outside spiders & bugs of all kinds and bedbugs. They did a terrific job on everything. We would definitely use them again as they did exactly what they stated. |

He was very apologetic and called his supervisor who was to contact us to correct the problem. He never called. We had to call them six times and escalate beyond the local supervisor before something was done. When finally working with his boss, it then took two calls to get someone to come out and get it fixed, which they finally did. The technicians we worked with were always professional and friendly. Getting action from higher management was a battle that took two months of our persistent calling. Bottom line is we won't be using them any more. Seems like they have more important things to do than keep their customers happy.

Their normal procedure is to call to notify when they will arrive. This is done so the customer can get all pets out of the way. On this particular service they did not call in advance so our dog was left out in the back yard. In the past the normal procedure is that if you aren't home they leave you a note telling you what they did. They also tell you if they did not spray because the dog was in the way. In this particular case they did not leave any notes so I don't know if they sprayed or not. I don't know if they sprayed where the dog was or not. Maybe they didn't spray at all, I just don't know. They simply sent me an invoice via email and told me to pay. If you use this service make sure you're at home when they arrive so you can be certain they really sprayed. When I called to complain they took my number and two days later someone in Arizona called back.

The service guy that came out was very informative and we had good results from the spray.

We can call them between services if we need them. They have been very good at troubleshooting special problems. Whatever they do, seems to work. When they say they are going to be here, they are on time. They answer my questions. They are flexible if I need to reschedule.

Everything seems to be effective so far. They are a little bit more pricey. If I find bugs after they have come over they will come back again if I have problems which is a nice thing about them. They do not charge me anything extra for this. Getting to schedule them when I need them can be a little frustrating. I would use them again in the future.

They have been really good. They are very accommodating. The service went really well. They do a good job.

They were using the cheaper formula which didn’t really get rid of them. When I informed them it wasn’t getting rid of the spiders, they used a more appropriate spray. When they came the 3rd and 4th times, they switched back to the cheaper formulas. We no longer use their services as the treatments only helped one of the four times.

They don't show up when they say they are going to. They come when I am out of town. I need to find someone local. I don't think it's right to leave a message saying that they will come on a certain date and never show up and then come whenever I am out of town. I told them they were overcharging me since I had been a customer for a long time. Instead of losing me as a customer, they adjusted the price.

They showed up when they said they were going to and I had no problems after that. They followed up with a letter to make sure everything was okay.

I've been using them for about 5 years. It always goes well when I use them. I would highly recommend them. I've had absolutely no problem with them.

They did a good job. I would use them in the future.
