Never heard from him.
Description of Work: Called him twice and he failed to return my call for computer repair. Must not need any additional business.

Response from TECHGUY
We did receive a phone call with a message that said the following "I have some work to be done and if you call me back in 30 min then we can talk other wise I will find someone else". We always try to respect the customers wishes and when we received the message and it had been 30min we did not call back because we were told that you would be getting some else. We also give customers that we are working with(which at the time we were with a customer) the full attention of our services and time and do not answer calls during their allotted time. We know that this is what is excepted and the right way to do busy. We are always interested in doing work for new clients and from our reviews you can see that they are pleased with our performance and the way we do business.

Description of Work: We have an older Dell Dimension 4600 worked on that was running very slow probably due to some software I had installed from 'Double my Speed' that was supposed to make it run faster. Malware was present even though we had a current version of McAfee running. Tech Guy was very responsive and did a great job. Computer was finished when he estimated at what I felt was a reasonable price.
