I broke the line into my water heater and needed someone ASAP! I looked on Angie's, called Plumbing + . Told them I couldn't wait to buy a "deal"- they squeezed me in that day and still gave me a discount!!!! Service doesn't get any better! Jeremy the plumber who showed up was GREAT- when I couldn't relight the pilot after the repairs he came back- after hours- and took care of it. WOW

I bought a new gas stove for my home and had several bids done to have the gas line ran. One company was almost twice as much as the rest, these guys fell right in the average price and I really liked them so I decided to go with them. The install guy was here when he said he would be, he got the job done quick, and went over everything with me. He was very nice. Two hours and I had a new gas line - I was very excited. The job went faster and was easier than he expected so I thought that meant the bill would come in at the lower end of the estimate. I was disappointed when the bill arrived and it was more than the estimate I had been given. It ended up being higher than the other place that I didn't go with, ugh. I went with these guys because of their high angie's list rating. Overall the work was good and timely, but I hate when companies go over their estimate so I wouldn't use them again.

Rene suggested the American Champion toilets and they are excellent. They worked with my schedule and were on time. I will definitely use them again. The employees were meticulous and informative

They really went out of their way to help me and didn't charge an arm and leg. Very prompt and very professional.

plumbing plus was very responsive. This is a rental unit for me and I needed to have the work completed in a timely fashion so the unit would be ready for a tenant moving in 12/17. I did the tile demo, and they were able to do the rough-in on the new faucet within a day or two so I could complete the re-tiling. Once I was finished with tiling and had installed the spout, it was clear that the nipple coming from the wall was too long. I called and they sent someone to cut it back to the proper size at no additional charge. The work was done and ready for the new tenants on their move-in day. Yeah!

They were great, communicated exactly when the installer was going to arrive and was contacted when he was finished. The work was very professionally done. Would definitely use again.

They came out and changed the stop and waist valve but in a month or so we noticed water. So we called them back they came right out and fixed the problem with NO Extra Charge!!! I was shocked they did not charge us. Then our water bill came and they paid the extra cost. I highly recommend this honest company. What sets good companies apart from the rest is how they take care of their mistakes. Top notch company.

These guys saved our butts. Another plumber attempted to clear out the sewer line that was backing up, and said it couldn't be done. They wanted us to sign up for a $10K project to dig up the line. Fortunately, we called Plumbing Plus to give it a shot, and they cleared the line in minutes for about $300.

Showed up on time-took fifteen minutes to reset toilet so that it no longer rocks. Thanks! Then he measured and looked at running a gas line and they e-mailed me with the bid ($656 to $756) after about a week or so. The office was very clear that they charge for the first hour-whether it takes that long or not. He finished everything in a half hour total and was back on his way to the next appointment. I called Plumbing Plus as he was leaving to say that he was done and to see if there was anyway I could get a price reduction since he was in and out in 30 minutes. They said they would look at the time sheet. Final bill with Angie's List discount was $128. So just know that it's going to be at least $128 for that first hour. I am glad the front office did make me aware of it-I was still surprised since the toilet repair only took 15 minutes. But we are glad that the toilet is fixed properly.

Plumbers showed up within 5 minutes of scheduled time. They worked very efficiently and finished in a little over 2 hours, just as expected. There was an error on the bill, but a phone call got that straightened out quickly. Everyone makes mistakes, but what sets good companies apart from the rest is how they take care of those mistakes. Top notch company.

From my first panicky phone call until it was completelt finished was about 1.5 hours. I was amazed. Everyone from the gentleman who answered the call to the repairman to the follow up with billing was so kind, professional, efficient, and skilled. I received an estimate over the phone (which I admit I was completely skeptical about) and was told they could do the work only two days later. The estimate was almost half the price the next lowest estimate, so after calling back to confirm that the work we needed done could be accomplished for that price and in one day (since it involved turning off the water) we decided to go ahead with Plumbing Plus. They did it. Their original estimate was spot on, they took less time than I could have imagined, and they did an amazing job. I would absolutely call them again, and would recommend them to anyone.

Given I had spent the $200 up front for labor, I wanted to get my money's worth. Im not so sure I did. Half of the labor was spent going to Home Depot for supplies. I could have done the projects myself.

Provided me a quote over the phone for a new pressure reducing valve and hot water expansion tank. The technician arrived on time and completed the job quickly. When I received the bill, Plumbing Plus took $100 off of the bill because they stated the job was easier and simpler than anticipated. Great work!

We own a hundred year old plus hidden house (landlocked between other properties) on Capitol Hill. There's the issue -- not even the city of Salt Lake had the correct plumbing plans for it since their records "only" go back to 1912. What started as a plugged toilet turned into a rolling nightmare -- a secret septic tank that the city should have had owners 5 generations ago get rid of, buried pipes that seemed to be closer to China than just 6 feet under that required digging up a neighboring apartment building's parking lot multiple times, an unhappy neighbor landlord, excavation equipment that just didn't fit.... Oy! Yet, not only did they fix it, they were incredibly nice to everyone (our tenants, who could have hightailed it out of there, always had high praises). In the end PP worked with our insurance company, too. I wish I could rate them higher than just A -- they really deserve A++++++++.

The customer service was great when making the appointment and they were able to provide the service in time for meeting our due diligence deadline for buying our new home. However, I was promised a review of the video by the deadline and after 3 phone calls finally got it 2 weeks later (after the due diligence deadline had passed). During this waiting period I received the invoice in a timely manner, but no results from the services provided. After receiving the video I called to pay the invoice and was double charged. Finally after 3 weeks and several phone calls everything was resolved.

We finally were replacing our kitchen sink and faucet. I found Plumbing Plus on Angie's List and liked the reviews I saw. The women I spoke to on the phone was helpful and honest with her answers. We were able to get an appointment quickly, even though I had waited until the last minute to book it. The work was done well and quickly. We're happy the service and will use them again.

We would choose someone more close by because there was a trip charge. We were surprised that they adjusted that. The price was really high because we were charged for travel time. They were fine. When I called in with the concern about how much the charge was, she went over backwards to correct it. The lady at the office was very nice to work with. The price was average. They got someone out there the same day.

Andreas was the name of the plumber. He was prompt in arrival, he worked hard, and did an excellent job in all three rooms. I was pleased that Andreas did not complain about how hard the job(s) were. The water supply valves were very, very old and corroded in both bathrooms. The kitchen sink basket drain was also old and corroded. The cabinets were very small under all the sinks in all the rooms, and Andreas did not complain about the very tight working conditions. He just did the work. I will definitely use Plumbers Plus again. I do not want to mislead anyone about the cost -- I provided all the parts (new faucet set, new ball valves, new water supply lines). Andreas did all the labor -- and due to the corroded old parts, it did take him four hours to do all the work. But, I feel it was well worth the cost, because the work done was exactly what I wanted.

We had a leak that we thought was coming from a jetted tub in the master bath. They came and found the leak which was actually coming from a nearby toilet and did the repair. They also fixed a urinal that we have been having trouble with for a long time and then went through the entire house and tightened everything they could find plumbing wise and looked for problems. While they were here they were willing to look at anything that we thought might need looking at. They repaired the leak in the master bath that was actually coming from the toilet. We have had this leak for a long time and no one else have been able to find the leak. They found it quickly and repaired it quickly. As they were working I remembered several other things that needed to be looked at, like the urinal in a downstairs bathroom. That one had been worked on several times and never fixed. They were able to diagnose and repair this problem quickly as well. Because of a giant water bill front the city, we needed the entire house gone through and checked for leaks. The two wonderful young men who came out to do the work were polite and cheerful and eager to help us fix our problems. I loved the work they did. From the initial contact on the phone to the finishing up all the work, we were very impressed and are happy to know that now we have someone we can go to when we have a problem that we know we can trust and depend on.

They were very professional, on time, very nice tech. The only downside was that they had quoted me a price but the invoice was a bit higher than the quoted price. The difference was of $70 in additioninvoice was sent to me almost 3 weeks after job was completed.

It went great. This is the second time I have used them and I am very pleased. He only installed the necessary parts and saved me some money by leaving the parts that were functioning properly.
