They were great to work with and I have used them before. They are reliable.

It went okay. They had quoted me a price for the stop waste valve, but not for the other work so when I got the bill it was higher than I had expected. They were on-time and overall did good work, but when they came to replace the stop waste I didn't even talk to the technician. He showed up and did the work, but I would have appreciated knowing he was there.

Excellently. Fast, and he didn't leave a mess. Plumbing Plus is now in my phone "contacts."

Fabulously well. I called about 9AM, they showed up at 10:30 AM (exactly as promised) and took care of the problem perfectly. I will definitely hire these guys the next time I need a plumber.

They had to reschedule to a later date from their original service date, but after that everything went smoothly. They completed the work quickly and the cost seemed reasonable.

I have used Plumbing Plus several times and am always happy with their service. It pleases me to support a small local business that just gets the work done instead of pushing maintenance contracts and mission statements etc. The large "chain operations" are remarkably annoying these days. I strongly recommend Plumbing Plus!

About 4 months after installing this plumbing, I went out for the day to run some errands. When I came home, my home had been flooding for upwards of 6 hours. I contacted Plumbing Plus and had Renee come out to assess the damage. Originally they said they would make us whole again and not to worry about it. Renee insisted that they take the broken valve with them and said the manufacturer of the valve had to pay for it. Shortly after we received word that they will not cover a single repair from the flood. We asked if they would pay for half of $15k that we have forked out for the repairs, Plumbing Plus denied this as well. Eventually they cut off communications between us and no longer return my calls. I am now left with roughly $29k+ of repairs on areas of the house that were recently remodeled right before Plumbing Plus came out. One of the toilets they installed now continuously runs, yet Plumbing Plus denied being at fault here as well. The company has left me with thousands and thousands of dollars in damage. The way the treated me throughout this process was ridiculous! I have been nothing but professional with them over the phone, yet they are treating me like crap. I now have to pay a new plumber and remodeling company to fix all of the damaged property.

it went well, i would use them in a heartbeat. Great to work with, and got the faucet i wanted even tough it was a special order, and they fixed the disposal.

Plumbing Plus was extremely responsive, less expensive than other plumbers we contacted, punctual, and didn't try to up-sell us on services that could be done, but weren't necessary. We appreciated their honesty immensely.

Great. The gentleman came out right in time. Soldered the cracked valve body and replaced the valve assembly. Works perfectly!

They provided prompt service along with great pricing. They are very responsive and do great work.

We chose Plumbing Plus based on excellent reviews on Angie's List so we were surprised when our experience was the exact opposite. The negative experience started off immediately upon arrival. I had scheduled an appointment for service between 4-6pm because I was working overnight shifts and knew I would be sleeping during the day. The plumber showed up many hours early around noon and without calling ahead. I was woken up to pounding on the door after working a long night shift. Without even a "hello" the plumber marched inside and the only comment he ever made during his brief 3 minute stay at our house was "where's this drain?" To his credit, he did unclog the drain with impressive efficiency, but then proceeded to abruptly walk out and drive off without letting us know he was finished with his work or that he was leaving. He completely neglected the second portion of our work request which was to fix a leaking faucet (I ended up doing this myself a few days later.) I got a bill in the mail for $150, which I worked out to be $3000/hr. I called and asked if that amount was a bit excessive for the poor service that was provided and I was told that I would be given a call back with a more reasonable price. A few days went by and I never received any call back or any kind of apology so I ended up grudgingly paying the bill. Perhaps this was just a fluke since so many other reviews seemed positive, but I will certainly not use this plumbing company again and would not recommend it to others.

They didn't have a camera system on a cable and were not able to find the real cause. They were a good firm but they didn't have the right equipment for the routering part of it. A toilet on the second floor of the house had been blocked and they cleared out the line within the house. They fixed things so that we didn't have a hazardous situation on the second floor but they didn't find what was the ultimate cause in the basement or under the house. I thought the price was reasonable because it took hours to do the work that they did and they were charging me $108 an hour. It was mostly labor. The work that they did was okay but they didn't solve the root cause. I might have had them on different jobs, like kitchen sink parts previously and I thought they were good. I would use them again, it's just that they were a bit short sighted in this case and didn't think outside the box to realize that there was a problem down stream that caused all of the plumbing blockage.

We were happy with the original service performed and the work of the plumber that did our work. We were not happy with trying to set up future work. We asked the company to submit a bid/price for some more re-piping. They came out and looked at the job and promised a price estimate the following week. We never heard from them again. Why would a company waste man hours doing an estimate and then not follow through? Honest mistake? Maybe. I must say they were very expeditious in sending the bill for the completed work! Just another contractor mystery.

They are friendly, professional, punctual and honest.

My old 40 gallon water heater was in a very tight space. Apparently the newer water heaters have a much larger diameter and I was concerned that I might have to drop to a 30 gallon. Plumbing Plus had the foresight to purchase a supply of the "older" size WHs so I was able to have a 40 gallon WH installed. I may have paid more than the average but at least I didn't have to downsize. I believe the office staff worked really hard to find a WH that would fit. The installer was great.

Service was scheduled within 24hrs. Upon arrival they replaced the unit, took about an hour and pricing was fair. Would absolutely use Plumbing Plus again.

Called 1st thing Tuesday. Appt scheduled for noon. Came on time, did the job in 1/2hr and charged very reasonable. Can't complaint. Prompt and professional response.

Renee was fabulous working with to schedule service at our duplex. I gave her the tenants contact info and she scheduled with them when to come perform services. Toilet clean-out was great. Would recommend to others.

I called Plumbing Plus for a bid and was called back the next day. I am working on a do it yourself project and came to a point at which I wasn't sure what to do. I figured I was going to have to pay a professional to do a portion of the job. I talked to Paul and he talked me through it at no charge! Great guy. Great company.

Wonderful. Paul inspected my line and was honest in his opinion - nothing needed at this time, no upselling and no BS. When I need any work done in the future I am coming back to this company.

Called Plumbing Plus after another plumber quoted me $675 to replace a broken pressure regulator valve. Plus quoted me $250-$300 unless there was an unusual problem. I scheduled the appoint for two days later. They called 30 minutes before coming and where right on the scheduled time. Technician was friendly and went right to work - took just over an hour. Charge was $275, right where they told me. I would definitely use them again.
