Everything - estimate, appointment, inspection - went smoothly and as planned.

A pipe in the ceiling of our basement sprung a leak at 2am, so we started calling for a plumber first thing in the morning. After calling several who were not able to come, even though they had a full schedule Plumbing Plus sent out Jeremy who was here by 1:30 pm. He had the leak repaired within one hour. He was professional, competent and the cost was about $140-- which any hot shower is worth!

I talked to Paul over the phone about the needed work. He gave me a quote and spent time explaining what type of water heater they install, the different models, warranty, etc... They were able to schedule 2 plumbers for the next day (1 to replace the water heater and 1 to clean the drain). Both were very nice and informative, and answered all the questions I had. And their quote was significantly lower than others I had received.

Andreas was early to the appointment, very informative about what he found and what he did during the service call. He helped by redoing the caulking around all the toilets in the home to make sure their appearance was uniform. All was really done well - again - as we used Plumbing Plus earlier in the month for another job and were glad to call them back to handle this one too.

I came back from vacation to a wet basement due to drain having backed up. Plumbing Plus were great! They arranged for someone to come out the same day I called and took care of the drain quickly and efficiently. The additional information about how often I should have the drain de-rooted was helpful too. Cleaned up well. Great service and greatly appreciated!

Eric explained the pricing and timeline during the original exploratory call very clearly. He called us the day of the appointment when finished early with a prior job and so helped us immensely by being able to advance the appointment time for us by about two hours. He was extremely efficient, courteous and helpful in explaining the preventive care we should employ going forward. He took care of recyling of the old hardware and advised us if any issues arose to call him directly to be taken care of. This is the second job we've had done by Plumbing Plus and would recommend them to others without hesitation.

I called Plumbing Plus as they are highly rated on the List and was pleased that they could send someone later that day. Daniel arrived early on the agreed time of the appointment window, which worked for me. He was efficient and informative as he performed the work. He cleared and flushed the drain and offered some suggestions on how to keep it clear. The entire process went well and the drain is working fine.

Rene was a delight to work with at Plumbing Plus. She rearranged her head plumber schedule, so he could come to our house to investigate the water and sewage in our basement. They found the first leak in the kitchen, and fixed the leak there. After mitigation was completed, the following morning another leak was found in the foundation. The plumbers worked in unison with the disaster company to fix the leak as soon as they found the source of the leak. I will use these plumbers for all our plumbing needs.

A guy came out, but he didn't take any measurements, he didn't write anything down and he didn't ask any questions. He told be I hear back from them soon. A month went by and I still hadn't heard anything so I gave them a call. They said that they'd get back with me about the job right away. I still haven't heard anything. If they didn't want to do the job, they should have said so.

I have used Plumbing Plus for three jobs now and I have been extremely pleased with their service. They put the customer first and are extremely responsive to keeping the customer satisfied. The most recent work involved attempting to repair and then replace my hot water heater. At first, we attempted to get a little more life out of the old model by replacing the thermocouple next to the pilot light. This did not work and when I had the hot water heater replaced PP was willing to apply the charges for the thermocouple replacement toward replacing the hot water heater. Their repair technicians have been prompt, friendly, and more than willing to explain how to solve minor problems (I'm curious and would prefer to be self-sufficient). I have shopped around with other companies that have lower prices, but to me PP is worth paying a little extra for high-quality work and exceptional customer service. Highly recommended!

After searching Angie's List, we found Plumbing Plus as a good option for an entire bathroom that wouldn't drain. We called, left a message, and the called back within half an hour to set up an appointment. Plumbing Plus doesn't do the drain clog work themselves, so they arranged a cleaner to come from a contracted business. We set up a time and made the appointment. Later on, they called to ask if if could happen the next day as a van had broken down. This was our guest bathroom so I told them that it was not a problem. Then next morning, the technician arrived at the scheduled time, and we looked at options. The main clean out is in a crawlspace so we decided to pop the toilet off. (Anyone can do this, it's one valve and two screws, just a bit of heavy lifting, and having it done before the plumber arrives will save you time and money). I took the toilet out while he brought his equipment in. He went to work, and 15 minutes later we were back in business. The technician was very professional and cleaned up after himself. I re-installed the toilet and all the plumbing worked! We were sent a bill in the mail, which didn't reference the Angie's List discount and charged for the toilet removal. I called and explained and they corrected it right away, and two days later the correct bill arrived, no muss, no fuss, very professional. I dropped the check in the mail and our bathroom plumbing is still going strong.

Great! I thought it would be a few days before someone would be available to come out to make the repairs, but they were here an hour earlier and fixed all on the same day.

I called them on Monday morning and they had a opening that day. The plumber was here within the hour and had the taps replaced shortly after his arrival. This was not an emergency however, I was amazed how quickly they responded. Thank you. I will refer anyone who needs a plumber to Plumbing Plus.

I called Plumbing Plus with the specific job of replacing an old outside sprinkler valve. I spoke with the owner and told him specifically, "I can fix this and upgrade it myself for $300 with stuff from Home Depot. I am calling you because I want to do a quick and cheap replacement." He said that was fine and then it took about a week to get to my house. Finally a man showed up and fixed the faucet which required 3 trips to the plumbing supply store. I got charged for the time it took to go there 3 times which in my opinion was ridiculous. It seems like a plumber should know what to get the first time. Final bill: $280. I was p*****, because I never would have agreed to a $280 fix on something that could be automated for $300. I emailed 4 times and called at least that many times to try and discuss the bill and I got zero responses. Then a new bill showed up in my mailbox with a past due stamp and a $75 reduction in the price. So I paid $204 for something that I didn't need. Would I ever recommend these guys to anyone? Sure, if you don't care at ALL about money or being listened to. The job was performed, it still works, but Plumbing Plus will never work for me again.

Little surprised at the cost for such a basic job

First, let me say that my initial phone contact with Plumbing Plus was the single most professional call I have ever had. The person I spoke to was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. When I asked a question that was outside of her scope of knowledge, she transferred me directly to the owner. Very nice! I received the promised bid within 24 hours via email. They got a tech out to my house within a few days, much faster than I expected for a non-emergency call. Tech was spot on time, courteous and professional. He listened to my story and concerns, expressed interest and concern, then got right to work. Tech provided me a free video of my drain. (Not a single competitor that I contacted offered a free video). Tech then explained that the drain was in fine shape and that I didn't need to replace it. The tech then answered several questions about other aspects of my plumbing, offering guidance and advice on each. Tech was in and out in less than an hour and a $200 service call saved me a $2000 repair that I didn't need. I have already secured their services for a main water line replacement. As far as i'm concerned, I will never need to call another plumber again. Plumbing Plus is highly, highly recommended!

I will definitely use Plumbing Plus again! I have an older home in the Sugarhouse area which often presents specific challenges. Other plumbers had told me not to replace my water heater until I absolutely had to. Plumbing Plus had no issues, did it quickly and efficiently, and are very pleasant to work with.

Everything went well and as expected. It's really nice that the receptionist is a single point of contact and she is very friendly, helpful, and responsive. We got two quotes and Plumbing Plus was more affordable and did great work. I plan to use them again in the future for installation of a home water filtration system.

We needed a kitchen disposal replaced at one of the homes we manage and we used Plumbing Plus for that service. They were fast, affordable, fair, and great to work with. It is obvious that customer service is an important aspect of their business. We will continue to use them on our homes with plumbing needs and would recommend them to anyone.

I called Plumbing Plus on Monday and scheduled a water heater replacement for Thursday. I decided to use the Pro series water. They cost more than the standard water heater but with the Angies?s list discounts and the rebate from Questar and the savings I would get using a more efficient water heater I figured I would come out ahead in the long run. The technician showed up on time and finished in two hours. He did a very professional high quality job.

Plumbing plus responded timely to the repair request and went the extra mile while on the job. The home is a home we manage and was vacant at the time of the repair. Plumbing plus came to our rescue in a timely manner and replaced the leaking valve and the shower trim. In addition, the onsite plumber went the extra mile and investigated the home for additional issues as they observed the home was vacant. Their observance identified another small leak under the kitchen sink and made the small repair while they were there. This small act of awareness and accountability saved the owner of the home additional costs from possible future damage. It is great to work with a company who responds quickly, bills fairly, observes professionally to onsite conditions, and acts appropriately. I would recommend Plumbing Plus to anyone in need of plumbing services.

It went very well. As usual, Plumbing Plus showed up precisely on time and finished the job quickly and correctly without trying to talk us into unnecessary procedures (unlike the previous plumber we had out). We trust Plumbing Plus implicitly.
