Work was fast and professional. Replacing the hose bib required cutting into the ceiling tile in my basement. The technician had everything he needed to install a very professional access panel that does not detract from the ceiling finish at all.

Plumping Plus came to the house 3 times in a 2 week period to do this work. There was no rush and the time table was what worked the best for both of us. I had been told that there was a break in the mainline which would cost me about $10K to repair. After seeing the video of my line and talking with Plumping Plus I do not see a break in the line. I will schedule routine visits by Plumping Plus to clear my line and periodically request a video of the line. I'm very happy with the service.

We have a below grade heating vent that has water in it. Wanted to make sure there was not a plumbing leak. Called Plumbing Plus and was greeted by the receptionist who was very knowledgeable and friendly. She had someone out with a couple of hours who videoed the duct and located the water. He then scoped the main line and looked for other leaks but found that plumbing was not the cause of the heating vent duct water. Was very professional, knowledgeable, ethical and clean. There has been two phone calls in follow-up for the service, again, with professional response. Highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.

Came promptly at selected time. Used machine to clean drains. Cleaned up after himself. First time costumer. Received 15% off labor. Plumber does not take any money.Bill is sent from office.

We were having water pressure problems throughout the house in addition to shaking and rattling of the pipes. We knew we had an older plumbing system. Plumbing Plus came the very next day with quick and efficient service. They were very professional and fair in their estimates and evaluations. The tech could not repair the problem but set up a pumping system to keep the water from going back into my basement. Very helpful in a time of need.

The roots were cut out and camera inspection done again. All looks good. They were honest and saved me $6000. The problem with the roots will come back and I will need to have the roots cut again, but worth the savings. Eric was extremely professional and honest. Highly recommended.

These guys were great. In and out in less than 2 hours, and corrected a bunch of mistakes made by the plumbers who installed the last heater. The area they worked in was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. Great experience.

They're excellent. They were fantastic. When I called them, he left another job and he was in my house in 40 minutes. Two times I've had them come out, they've just been very responsive. I haven't had to wait long at all to get them to come out and do the job. The lady that works in the office picked out the fixtures for me. I told her what my year my house was and she picked out all the tub fixtures and she did a fabulous job. I love what she picked out. The guy who took the old pipe out that ran along the wall and did the initial plumbing stuff, he had 16 years of experience. He is knowledgeable and just friendly. He is just very nice to talk to. It's an all-around great company. The quality is fantastic.

After giving history of our ground water, water problems, Paul said "I need to think about this and will call you later". He never called. Now I have a leaky faucet. I think I will call another plumber.

Plumbing plus answered the call to help out fixing our plumbing fixtures that had worn out with use and age on one of our rental homes we manage. They went into the home and conducted a home plumbing inspection and fixed the issues at hand. We feel they were honest in their assessment and work great to work with.

Everything went fine. They did a good job. As far as I can tell, it's been completely fixed. I called originally to get a bid from them for the sewer problem. She was wonderful over the phone. They didn't actually didn't do anything for me but she possibly could have been. She made a bunch of calls to the County and the sewer people out there. She spent a great deal of time trying to advise me in what to do and how to get it fixed. She was wonderful that way. I would recommend them. The quality is good.

I called the office and Rene quickly took my information and said she would have a plumber out immediately. She then explained the pricing and what to expect. The plumber was clean, quick and efficient. I would certainly use them again.

However the bill was a bit more than we expected, especially after the plumber said " it should be a little cheaper then the quote because it didn't take as long. But we will call them again.

Replaced laundry drain and laundry trap. This was done the day after we called, and done in a crawl space, and done in less time than we expected. The original estimate was $1100. (We had a very similar estimate from another company also.) Our bill was $750, with a note explaining that it went better than expected. Of course we're delighted with this service. The man who did the work was Jeremy.

Identified issue and performed work efficiently. The gentleman providing the service was professional and clean. You will pay a little more than you want but my experience was that it was worth the difference. Perhaps a large job the price would to high at $99/hr.

These guys are the real deal. Smart and honest and good workers. We use them for all our plumbing issues (we have a 112 year old house with two apartments in the basement). They are very conscientious in the work they do and leave the site better then they found it.

This is the second time we've had Plumbing Plus out to clean our drains. They do a terrific job. The price is a little more than we might pay with other companies but it's worth a little extra to have the job done right by professionals that show up when they say they will. We'll be calling Plumbing Plus again.

Good customer service and helpful in figuring out what was needed. Jeremy was on time even in the snow, he got to work and was happy to repair my old faucets. Will be using them again.
