We are a locally owned and operated plumbing company located in the Sugar House area of Salt Lake City, Utah. This location makes it easy for us to provide services for many cities in the Greater Salt Lake Area. Our general area of service covers any area between Tooele and Park City; from Bountiful to Draper. We operate with the highest standards of integrity. We are licensed, bonded, and insured. Our plumbers are qualified and experienced. Description of Work: Renee was very prompt and helpful in organizing a plumber to come out and fix a leaking outside faucet. We had you young, professional plumber arrive who fixed the problem in approximately 1 1/2 hours. Prompt, courteous, professional service. I have not received a billing yet so cannot comment on price/cost details although Renee was clear on how they bill and will send me a bill within the next few days.

Eric was good and knowledgeable.
Description of Work: Called them regarding the kitchen drain pipe overflowing into the basement from behind the washing machine. Since this had happened before and the basement drain has backed up in the past, we wanted to talk about more permanent solutions than just drain cleaning. Our first contact with the scheduler was pleasant. The appointment was scheduled when it was convenient for us. Eric came, evaluated the situation and made sound recommendations for future improvements. He cleared the drain. The company sends an invoice, so not sure about the cost.

I was very surprised at their breakdown of labor and material and additional operational overhead, and profit columns putting their estimate at 3 times our cost to do the job. They did a great job.
Description of Work: They repaired a kitchen spray. They also looked at a leak issue that I was having. The leak was causing damage underneath a window. They checked all the plumbing to made sure the leak was not from a plumbing issue.
