Description of Work: Moxie was fine, I really do not have anything positive or negative to say. Ben was a nice guy. The billing department was a little funny about trying to get me to sign up for a membership, but overall they were good. Angielist on the other hand was ridiculous (imo). They keep emailing and worst calling my cell to get a review. I have already explain to them that I have nothing positive or negative to say and that I do not wish to leave a review, but I guess they won't stop until I do.

Description of Work: They spray inside and and out.

Description of Work: They came out and did the job. But I still had ants. They came out again, which was appreciated and the ants lessened but they are not completely gone. I don't know how realistic that is but that is why they get an A on most things but a B on quality and overall.

Description of Work: I called at 7 a.m. Saturday morning with a major ant infestation problem. I did not receive a response from them until they left a message just before noon, by then I had already had to leave for an appointment. I had already handled the problem the best I could. In the message they said they would be in contact with me on Monday.By Monday my whole house would have been infested by these ants. I have been handling the problem unsuccessfully for the last 4 days .I am very unsatisfied and very angry. This was my first experience with Angie's List. Obviously not a positive one.

Description of Work: They sprayed lawn for insects, including grubs, which we have been having problems with. Little to my initial thoughts, they went around the house and swept off all cobwebs, sprayed all around the perimeter of the house, in and all around the parameter of our shed, all around wherever in the yard that there were stones. They will be coming back in 4 weeks to redo all of what they did. It's $99 for each visit; the next one just as fall starts and one other. I did need to sign up for 4 visits within a year. I was hesitant to do this, but after watching the very personable young man do all that he did, I feel like I may keep going even after the first year! One of the dead spiders I found was a black widow! I'm definitely glad she's gone!!!

Description of Work: Quarterly pest control. LOVE this plan. They remember to come out every 3 months and will repeat any service for free if I am not satisfied. They are more expensive than other pest control companies I have worked with, but WELL WORTH IT! I love their convenience and friendly service. They were willing to work around my schedule to take care of the inside and the outside of my home. We have a serious box-elder bug problem, but after working with Moxie for a year, these pesky little critters no longer come in my home.
