We have had the piece of mind and pleasure of Michael, from Moxie Pest Control, servicing our home several times. He is always very attentive, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. He is a great asset to Moxie Pest Control.

It didn't!! appt was scheduled. NO SHOW. They called at 5:30 saying they couldn't make it, and rescheduled. I told them I would be gone in the afternoon on the day of the rescheduled appt. She said she would put it for A.M. Again no show. I wasted a day and a half waiting for them with nothing accomplished.

It was a very pleasant experience! We had Casey help us and he was very helpful and informative! Great service!!

They were very successful and their approach was sensible. They were very reasonably priced and I would definitely hire them again.

Sometimes it was good, and sometimes it was super poor. Sometimes it was good and other times they were here for ten minutes. It was a package thing so it was around $400 or something I think, and they did a pest thing for $100 or something. I thought it was a bit much, but that was my wife, but hey, if that's what she wants then that's fine. It probably was the going rate, but to me, I thought it was a little high! We didn't have a set appointment, they just came, and that was it, it was fine. It's pretty hard to say punctuality when there wasn't any appointment.

They didn't seem to solve the problem the first time and insisted on a year long contract that will cost me more than one month's service to cancel. They are due to come back at end of September. The sugar ants are still present even with the Home Depot suggested traps. The rats do not seem to like their bait or traps and have been stealing the treats from my traps and outsmarted the mechanisms. The spray on inside and outside of foundation is killing spiders but they were not the original problem.

Great! Experience was just as promised by the salesperson. Service technician knew his stuff, was friendly and explained everything well. The bugs died or packed up and moved away.

I can't quite give an A grade down the line, but they Moxie pest control does get A for effort. I had a problem wasp nest that was built up under the fascia near my front door. It was in a difficult place to treat. The first technician arrived promptly and was very polite. After treating the area he did let me know that it might take a week. At the end of the week there was no decrease in the number of wasps. Moxie does warrant their work, so when I called to let them know that it was not effective, they scheduled someone to come back out in a few days. This time the wasps did seem to be gone for a number of days, but this time they returned within the week. I called again and the first technician was sent out again. Once again there didn't seem to be much of a decrease. When I called the last time the manager was sent out to look at the problem. He gave me a detailed explanation on the biology of wasps as it relates to removing them, and what he was going to try this time. This time the wasps were gone from the area. It was frustrating that it took so many visits, but I did appreciate that Moxie stood by their warranty and kept trying until something worked.

Moxie was great. The tech was very committed to his craft and thorough. He explained what he was doing and why and made added recommendations.

Great service. Easy to schedule, showed up on time, staff was very professional and friendly. The $99 special was fantastic. We will work with them again.

They're a little expensive but otherwise they're great. The tech was timely, respectful to our home and our family, and wore booties in our home as well.

Thorough coverage of all areas, we chose not to have the basement and rest of interior of our home treated on this visit. We have had problems with gophers in border areas of our front yard coming from an adjacent bridle path and opted for Moxies additional services to treat for gophers and moles. The Moxie technicians have treated for these, and have responded very quickly between scheduled visits to provide treatment when required. We have noticed a significant decrease in all pests after having Moxie service. Technicians are very courteous and telephone calls are responded to in a friendly and professional manner.

The company came to my home yesterday and said that they would be here today at 9:30AM. They called around 9:45AM today and said that there was a two hour window in which they could show up. They called me about two and a half hours later to say that they would be late so that is when I cancelled the service. We won't be doing business with them anymore.

I paid $39 as an initial amount and then it goes up from there. They have lots more extensive services than most of the other places that I’ve gone with. If a customer signs a 3 year contact with them, they will come back whenever they need them at no extra charge or additional charge. They’re pricey but they come back whenever I need them. I’m going to use them for a year.

Overall our experience has been great. We love Moxie Pest Control!

I've cancelled our service with Moxie Pest Control today because they continue to ignore our request that they NOT come to the house when we are not home. This is the third time they have come out without confirming the date with us, simply leaving a bill for $104 on our door. We have 20 inches of snow and ice surrounding the house, and have not been home for the past two weeks. They left two messages, but failed to confirm directly with us. This is the third time it has happened in the past year. In the past year, their efforts to 'control' the wasp problems were totally ineffective. We had to resort to using four wasp traps ourselves around the property. All they did was look for wasp nests under the eaves, and knock them down if they saw them. Not impressed with their quick sweep and little sprayer, especially for the amount they charge. Even though they will come out repeatedly (when requested) if the problem continues, that doesn't seem to solve the problem

They guarantee their service. They spray more than just the foundation and they also did a follow up since I had a problem with wasp around our yard. They did say that after the first service that sometimes it could stir things up. Any way they came out and they did not charge anything. I just called them yesterday to tell them of the wasp and they send them out today to spray again. They were very responsive. Price wise they are a little more expensive than the provider I had before but I am hoping that it would be a better job. I think they are pricier

They seemed to be very knowledgeable when they came. The neighbors were having problems with mice so they were going up and down the street asking if anyone else needed service. They weren't anyone we called. I had been having problems with wasps getting up in our eaves and building nests around out house. They could see them, and they explained that wasps were territorial and the treatment they would use would drive them away, and they would not come back to that area because of the treatment. I haven't seen any wasps since then. I would use this company again.

They’ve always done a great job. I think they’re dependable, and they’ll come out to your house in between appointments if needed. Their price is a little a high, but I think it’s well worth the cost.
