Description of Work: Air conditioning unit quit Sunday. Called Manwill 8 AM Monday, the receptionist was cordial and efficient. He scheduled serviceman for same day am. Serviceman called and asked a few questions, asked me to turn off the unit and for clear directions to my home. Serviceman arrived about 10:30 am and quickly got to work, and within minutes he determined my unit was low on coolant. He told me what it would cost, I accepted and he was finished within 1/2 hour. He checked my furnace and a few things, gave me the bill and left.

Description of Work: Came to do a tune up, said heater needed repair and I asked him to do a tune up on another heater and he said, he earned his fee by spending 2-5 minutes diagnosing that my heater needed a new board.

Description of Work: The technician was prompt, called ahead and was courteous. He cleaned the furnace, replaced the filter, trouble-shooted and repaired a faulty electronic pilot. He also green-stickered the furnace and hot water heater. He answered all of my questions. I would use this company again.
