Repair was completed. Everything was fine.

I scheduled an appointment to replace the shower valve and controls and the technician advised he would order new equipment and install in about 2 weeks. It's been more than 2 months and no call back. Won't use them again.

He did a great job and was very thorough cleaning, vacuuming and testing my heater and making sure it was running safely and efficiently. He was on time and very friendly and left things clean.

Service provider was on time, professional, friendly and answered our questions clearly and well. Work was done well. I felt comfortable having him in our home and yard and he never made me feel that he was trying to "add on" additional services. Charges were very reasonable and as expected. We definitely would have Manwill help us again!

They checked everything out and it looked good. The quality was very good.

A+ We got bids from 3 contractors, including Manwill since they had installed a 3 furnace 2 AC system in a bigger house of mine a few years ago. Katy was the rep from Manwill and discussed our project and what we wanted as a knowledgeable professional, not just a sales person. Katy talked WITH us, not AT us and understood that our goal was comfort as well as ultimate energy efficiency. We opted for the 98% efficiency Lennox Signature furnace and the 25 SEER AC unit, although Katy had kindly also priced a few other configurations that were still extremely efficient. We set up the install date during a few weeks of excruciating heat, their service dept had to have been insanely busy but the installers showed up on time ready to roll. The techs introduced themselves and we review the job before they began. The installers and I determined the best placement for the rather large AC unit to stay in code and have good access for maintenance and through the side yard. They set up the job site and work areas, covered the carpeted stairs and room adjoining the furnace room. They even were considerate with my dogs letting me know when I could give the dogs some play time in the yard while they worked inside. A few minutes of communication and the job went prefect! The techs let me know the progress a they worked, showed me anything of relevance and answered questions, when my husband came home from work they took the time to review it with him. Super nice guys. The job was completed in the estimated 1.5 days. The techs did a crisp install, I've been an automotive restorer and tech for many years, their sheet metal work tying into the old duct and their piping work was top notch. Piping was straight and plumb, the unit and extra filter box square and the AC unit outside is just as nice. After they cleaned up (you couldn't find a speck) they reviewed the operation of the unit and fancy new smart WiFi thermostat gizmo, a checklist of work performed, operations, filters and future maintenance. Katy gathered our information and has submitted for the rebates so we didn't have to! Manwill set up the appointment for the city building inspector, he showed up as planned, signed off the permit. We've had alot of work done to our home this year, I must say this was one of the best installs or contracted work I've had done, ever.

Well, once the HVAC guy made it to my house three days later.

Jeremy was great! He repaired the cooler better than when we first moved in a year ago and its working ten times better. He was quick and very nice.

Wonderful! I was happy they were able to come out the same day and I only needed one technician for all 3 systems. Other places I've worked with in the past had separate plumbing and HVAC technicians (which means 2 service charges). I was given a 2 hour window in which to expect the technician to arrive. David Newsome called 1/2 hour into that 2 hour window arrival to let me know his ETA, and he arrived when he said he would. He alleviated our fears that water had gotten into the vents, explained that the high humidity remaining from the basement flood was why the A/C was working harder than usual and dripping water from the vents, made sure the water heater was working fine and was not damaged by the flood, and did a full inspection (essentially a fall tuneup) of our heater. He even identified that one of the de-humidifiers left by the emergency cleanup crew we hired was not running and reset it! David was very professional and pleasant to work with, and even made friends with our yappy dachshunds. I chose Manwill based on Angie's List reviews, and am very glad I did. Great experience. I'll be calling them again for our future plumbing and HVAC needs.

This is the fourth time I've used Manwill Plumbing, and as usual I can't say enough. They showed up exactly on time, were polite and professional, and charged a fair price given the service levels. Could not recommend any more highly.

We have had Manwill out to our home in Draper several times over the last 8 years or so, for furnace and plumbing repair work. This most recent time was to repair a bathtub faucet, repair a leaking ac/furnace drain, and replace a 50 gal water heater that was 19 years old and starting to leak badly. As always, the Manwill repair guys were punctual, thorough, professional, & friendly. Can't recommend these guys highly enough. Thanks Martin, Jim, & Steve!

We were pleased with the professionalism and punctuality of these contractors. We did run into an issue with the quality of handiwork from one of their contractors (piping not in correct positions/not aligning properly), but they were willing to come back and fix the issues free of charge. Overall a positive experience.

Once I purchased the deals on Angie's list, I received an email and and a phone call to schedule my work the same day. I had two visits booked for that Friday (which was great for scheduling, since I had to take time off work.) The AC person (EJ) came around 10 am, and wrapped up just before the plumber (Dale) came. The faucet replacement was probably the toughest, but he handled it like a champ. I would recommend Manwill, and I'm considering purchasing a water softener from them in the near future. Both people were friendly and professional.

I had used Manwill heating and plumbing several times before and had had good service. My less than 2 year old AC system quit working. The first repairman came out from Manwill and said I had a leak but he was too old to "crawl around trying to find out where it was leaking". It took 3 weeks and four visits to find the leak and fix it and a cost of $1,320. I was told the leak was in the condenser coil and since it was under warranty the coil was replaced at no cost except I had to pay the shipping. That was $125. I asked what the labor costs were and was told $131/hour. So I paid almost $1,200 in labor and it took 3 weeks to get it done. Needless to say I won't be using them again.

I have been using Manwill for heating and plumbing issues since 1978. Manila's service is always exceptional. They are responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. When Jeremy comes in to check the furnaces or air conditioning for the annual checkup or to install a gas fireplace, or when Sarge comes to address plumbing issues, I know that the problem will be fixed and there will be no surprises later on. Manwill's staff both in the office and in the field are very professional and inspire trust, which also is a sign of good management as well.

First I ordered my furnace to be cleaned and tuned up. They were fast. A serviceman came the next day. His name was Steve. He did an excellent job. What really impressed me was that he took the time to answer questions I had about an unrelated matter. I was thinking about having a whole house humidifier and air purifier installed. He answered questions for nearly 1/2 an hour - something he wasn't getting paid to do. I was so impressed that with him that I signed up for their yearly service plan and made sure that he would be the one to come each time. Because of Steve's answers I also went ahead and ordered the whole house humidifier and air purifier. My family has some special needs in this regards that required a different set up than Manwill normally installs. Again, they were incredibly helpful and fast. Brian was my main contact. He did a couple of hours of research to find out just how to meet my families needs. Again they were really quick. Within two days of my phone call Matt Perkins and Jared came to install the humidifier and air purifier. They had to build an entirely new floor to ceiling air duct to make sure that everything worked. They did an absolutely beautiful job. I would hire them again anytime. After they left, though, I realized that they had missed one part of the installation. I called and Brian promised to have someone out the very next day to fix the issue. Everything works perfectly, just as I needed it to. Overall, the experience was excellent. I will do business with Manwill again next time I need anything done with my HVAC system.

It was around 9pm on a Friday night. We called and left a message with an answering service. Brad had called back to talk to us and got to our house a little over an hour from our first call. Brad was very professional. He never made us feel like we were intruding on him which might be a problem with some people being after hours and all. It turned out he needed to pull the toilet to get to the clog. The charges were reasonable too. I expected it to be a lot more especially with the after hours fee ($99.00) but it was still less then I was expecting. I was expecting close to $300 but it was one $225. Well worth getting our toilet back before Monday. I would definitely recommend them.

The inspection went well. We had a miscommunication about whether he was on his way to our place, but overall, it was fine.

Brad was the technician who came out to my home, he was great because he really seemed to care about me, my plumbing problems and my property. Brad was the only plumber I interviewed and got estimates from that respected me and my house; he explained everything that needed to be done and then listened to what I wanted and then we found the solution. He was clean, respected my property and is extremely knowledgeable. I was putting in my first vanity sink (while he was doing all the big work), and he was so patient with me when I would ask him questions about the process (I am not thrilled with doing plumbing myself), and he gave me an 'A+" on my handiwork before he left, that meant a lot to me. I plan on having all of my pipes converted and I will absolutely have Brad from ManWill come back and do the work. I hope all of you have the good experience I had.

Cleaned and checked all functions of the furnace. Also provided information regarding the air conditioner. Was able to provide installation (age) of the unit.

They cleaned up fully after the work that they did Although not the lowest price in the list, the work and quality of the service made up for the additional costs.
