I ended up contacting another plumber that came right out and was very competent.

Description of Work: Steve came to service our heater in preparation for the winter. He called to say he was on his way, arrived promptly and performed the exam of the heater quickly. We didn't need any additional work, which is always nice to hear, but we will use Manwill if we do in the future.

Description of Work: Furnace wasn't working. They came out and the problem resolved itself, but the service tech checked all the wires for shorts and told us if it failed again that the diagnostic fee would be waived the next time we needed to call. Quick, responsive and didn't fill full of BS like the other company we called 4 weeks ago when we had the same problem. Honest and fair!

Description of Work: They were so professional, nice people, careful with my space and excellent product. While putting in Central AC which worked so well, I am sure my heater improved on its function at the same time! There are very few service people that I have been this enthusiastic about.

Description of Work: A great experience with everyone at Manwill. A professional and experienced staff with attention to detail. They were very responsive to my questions and made every effort to make sure I was satisfied. Sales person knew every detail of the equipment and all aspects of installing a furnace and associated equipment. Install team was on time every time with a professionalism that was refreshing. There was a difficulty venting the furnace, but they took all the extra time necessary to do it the way I requested. All of my contacts with the phone staff was handled quickly and I was never left hanging for an answer. After everything was finished I realized an upgrade to the wiring of the thermostat would work better for me. Within days Manwill was back and took care of it with No Charge. As with everything nothing goes perfectly, But the staff at Manwill Heating was prepared to do it right and help the customer. Thanks to all.

Description of Work: I came home from the store and my kitchen was flooding from a burst pipe under kitchen sink. Got the main turned off then called Manwill. They were here within half an hour. Work took about half an hour. Very pleased with work. Now if only the clean up was that easy.

Description of Work: We called them on the 23rd of December 2010 . They were here within 45 mins. The gentleman looked at our 32year old furnace and tried everything to get it going. It was rusty inside,but bless his heart he tried. So we decided to get a new furnace. It was freezing outside and we thought we might not have heat for Christmas. We chose a high efficientcy furnace. They came out Christmas eve and had it done by 4pm. They did a magnificent job. The Sandy City inspector came out a week later and said that Manwell had really done a first class job. So it made us feel really good. I would recoment Manwell above anyone else.
