I called another plumber.
Description of Work: They never showed up and did not call. I called to find out what was going on and was told the person was on his way. Two minutes after I hung up I received another phone call saying they could not make the appointment today that their person was still on his previous job. I had the entire contents of what was under two different sinks all cleared away. I only had one day off this week and it was wasted. I made this appointment last week.

It sounds like we were in the process of getting information from our plumber that he had run into some problems on his previous job. I take these calls very serious and want to make sure we do our best to keep our customers informed. Almost always a simple phone call prevents a lot of problems I apologize for any inconvenience this created. Description of Work: They came out and gave me a bid for installing a new AC unit in my house. They were very professional and had a lot of good input for what I needed. Their price was double what other providers quoted me that were in Utah County. It might be that their prices are lower for SL county. I liked the rep that came out and would have like to do business with them but at half the cost I went with another company.

Description of Work: They came and cut an opening in the top of Return Air Duct. The job was bid at $325 but because it only took 20 min to do we called and said that seemed pretty high. They were very responsive and the owner said to credit us $150. You don't see that kind of customer service anymore. Thanks Manwill.

Description of Work: My air-conditioning stopped cooling completely so I called Manwill to set an appointment to have a technician come and see what the problem was. The customer's service representative took down all the information but I never heard from Manwill after that. I called a competitor a week later that ifound on Angie's list and they took care of it promptly.
