Description of Work: Had furnace winter tuneup done. I'd been having problems with my thermostat so I had it replaced also. The job was done professionally. They have done my tuneups in the past for a fair price with good results. I have also used this company before for various minor plumbing issues and have found them to be reliable. Their minimum charge to come to your house is $50 but this is probably typical of the competition. I would use them in the future. If it was a big project I would include them in the estimate process.

Description of Work: A pipe had come loose under our kitchen sink. We had tried to fix it ourselves but couldn't get it back together. There had been work done on our plumbing several years ago. It had always looked a little crooked. Evidently it wasn't done correctly. Now it looks right and is working perfectly.

Description of Work: Replaced an evaporative cooler on our house. Price was on par. They showed the following day after the call, and installed the new unit in about 1-2 hours. The guys were pleasant, no hassle, and were quite fast on the replacement. AC unit is working great.

Description of Work: They installed a new furnace after "red-tagging" my old one during a routine inspection. One year later the blower motor went bad on the new furnace and I had to replace it at an additional expense. I phoned the owner of Manwill to ask why they wouldn't cover the cost of a new furnace blower motor (for a furnace that they recommended and installed). He wouldn't return my calls. After several attempts to reach him, I received a letter telling me that it periodically happened on new furnaces and since it was a manufacturer defect, it wasn't their problem to deal with. I would NEVER recommend Manwill for anything. I would definitely recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing and Heating. I found them on Angie's List and had them install a new water heater. I would rate them "AAA". You can check my comments on your website.

Description of Work: We called them to do a furnace tune up and to make sure our high efficiency furnaces was performing properly. They were on time, professional, clean and polite. No unnecessary work was performed or offered as some companies often do.
