Description of Work: I had a leak going through the ceiling with Drano leaking into the kitchen. I called for emergency service. Never received a call back.

Description of Work: Manwill installed new Lennox air conditioner for us. They provided expert installation, without any flaws. They attended to every detail with perfection: plumbing, compressor, external and internal details. The installers were very considerate and professional. They were careful inside our home. Best service we have every received.

Description of Work: The thermostat on the 4 yr old furnace they installed, went out and they came and replaced the part which was covered but charged $96 for a service call. They also sent a water heater replacement technician the same day to replace a 75 gal with a 50 gallon water heater that was 10 years old one from another provider. We had no heat or hot water. Seemed expensive to me.

Description of Work: I needed service on the tankless water heater after a previous plumber (who also installed it) failed to make it work longer than 2 days. The Manwill plumber came out, diagnosed the problem, answered my many questions, presented costs and options. Previously I had obtained an estimate for furnace and air conditioner replacement. The plumber talked to his boss and obtained confirmation that the previous estimate would still be honored and could be combined with the replacement water heater. He arranged a date to do the service. The plumbers and furnace/air conditioner installers all arrived on time. They worked diligently and cleaned up after themselves. And the final bill was EXACTLY the same as the estimate. | |On a side note: the basement toilet had never worked right even after 2 plumbers worked on it. I told the fellows they could use it but would need to use a bucket for flushing. The plumbers present on the first day fixed it, no charge. It still works correctly. I did not ask for this service but I am highly grateful for it. | |I would/will use Manwill again. It was the best service experience I have ever had.

Description of Work: Furnace was only blowing cold air. The first time they checked our furnace they stated it could be that there were too many vents closed. We still had problems after openning the vents and they came back again. Then they replace a few parts for a less than expected fee. Since, we have not had any problems with our furnace.

Description of Work: I needed some simple things done and had liked their service in the past. Because it was simple, a Plumber brought a young man he was teaching and had him do the work. I was not happy but paid it. I am old, poor and unable to do some simple things myself. I have since found a plumber I like better.

Description of Work: totally reliable for all sorts of plumbing, heating, AC service. Never a failure or lack of success. Terrific technicians and staff. But be prepared to pay high rates--$49 for first 15 minutes and $22 for every successive 15 minutes.

Description of Work: They service my furnace and air conditioner every year. They installed a new water heater and water pressure regulator. They work on leaky faucets and stuff like that too. They are extremely professional, their pricing is fair, and they always come on time. They are always very pleasant and they are very trustworthy. I would give them A+!
