The technician arrived on time, was polite and clean, and answered all my questions. I would use them again. No issues were identified during the inspection (thankfully).

. E.J. took the blower wheel and housing outside and washed it out with a hose--something that no other furnace repair person had ever done. When E.J. took the nuts and bolts off of the belly band around the motor, they were stripped so badly that they were no loner usable. Instead of charging me $150 for a new belly band, E.J. said he would go and buy the correct nuts and bolts, then install them in a week. E.J. showed up a week later, with the correct nuts and bolts. He then installed the new motor in my furnace, and he did a thorough check to see if any carbon monoxide was leaking out--which showed no leaks at all. E.J. was highly competent, and he explained his work in a clear and helpful way. The next time I need any furnace work done by Manwill, I will request that E.J. be sent to do the work.

Installation was smooth, they did a good job of clean up and taking care of the little things and in the end they submitted a bill that was what they quoted, no hidden fees.

Perfectly! I couldn't be happier! Big THANK YOU to E.J. who checked with the manufacturer to see if the broken part (a very expensive part!) might still be under warranty. To my surprise and delight, it was. Beyond this great news, Manwill was responsive, professional, and friendly. A technician came to my house the same day I called, right at the scheduled time. Tyler patiently explained the issue to me, and answered all my many questions. He apologized that they would have to order the part and couldn't get it installed until a few days later. He set up the next appointment, and another technician (E.J.) showed up right on time with the part. He also answered all my questions, and shared tips for caring for my furnace. I hope to not have additional plumbing or HVAC issues any time soon, but if I do I will definitely call on Manwill again.

The capacitor was rusted and had melted wires so the tech replaced it and it has worked great since.

Kody and his helper deid a wonderful job. They showed up at the scheduled time - Kody called me in advance to tell me he was on his way. We recently moved into a condo and had some extensive upgrades done. The plumbing was done by a different plumber, but was not done to our expectation. We decided to have the plumbing inspected by Manwill. Kody did the inspection, taking photos. He explained what needed to be done to bring it all up to code. We schedule a day for him to return and do the necessary work. He and his helper were very respectful of our condo, laying down tarps to protect the floor, keeping the work area clean, and cleaning up afterwards. He went above and beyond to fix a couple of other problems and didn't charge more for the additional requests. The job was completed within the projected time frame and at the quoted price. My wife and I were both very impressed and will continue to use Manwill for our plumbing, heating and A/C issues.

Bill cam the next day after I called, first thing in the morning. Of course, the furnace then would not malfunction, but Bill carefully explained what he was testing and why and concluded that either the motor or the computer board might fail. He said this would not cause a fire or damage, but that we just needed to wait and they would keep the job open so that if/when they return, I don't have to pay another charge for a service call. He knew his business and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need.

This service was provided to our daughter who resides in West Valley City. I simply sought out a reliable plumbing company to assist her. She used Manwell and their work was fine with only concern being that it did require two trips in order to install new fawcett. The company promised her it would be the same employee but wasn't. No big deal as they did the work with no problems.

I've used them before and I trust them. They've been very professional, and I trust their products.

From start to finish, it was a top notch job with great communication. Manwill installed A/C into my house. Every question my wife and I had was answered fully and respectfully. The install looks super clean and runs smooth. It was obvious they care greatly about the work and satisfaction. The price was great and Katy was awesome to work with during the estimate and helping me understand everything. Then, the install by Ricky and Jason followed the same high level and greatness. Every one was focused on taking care of the customer and a great install. I am not worried about my old heater going out, because I know I can just call Manwill. Thanks Guys!!!

I continue to be impressed with Manwill's professionalism, responsiveness, and thoughtfulness in responding to my needs. They respond promptly, explain what the problems are and what they need to solve them, and answer questions concisely and kindly. It doesn't matter which manager or technician one gets, they are all very professional.

Steve was the technician and he did a great job. Explained everything he was going to do before he did it. Very knowledgeable. I shall call Manwill and ask for him in all future AC needs.

They've done a couple of different installs on my house including air conditioning units and air conditioning repair. I've been using them for years so they're a good company to work with. They have a neat program. They send out 1 person to do the estimates and then once you enter into the contract they have a project manager and then they send out workers. The workers have been different every time, but then the project manager will come back in and do a final close out with the work. So we've seen the same project manager a few times.

In all extremely well. The bid was fixed cost for remove of the old water heater and installing a new one. Given the new Water heater is physically larger than the old, they also had to move the existing heater and no additional cost. It took 3 hours from start to finish and the whole worksite was left clean and tidy. Oddly, a couple of hours later my furnace stopped working and I saw that a small pipe that drained from the furnace was pinched under the new heater. I called Manwill and they dispatched someone who arrived at my house in less than 30 minutes, agreed that this was the cause of the furnace issue and resolved it within 5 mins. I am rating Manwill an 'A' simply because they didn't hesitate to send someone out who resolved the problem immediately. I will absolutely use them again. They may not be the cheapest but the quality of goods provided and service is worth every cent.

The installation process went very smoothly and took only two (2) days. The installers were professional and very knowledgeable about the unit that was being installed. They cleaned up pretty well, too.

They fixed it and now it has been working just fine.

We had to have him come back again because the pipe was leaking sometimes and he really didn't do anything because it wasn't leaking when he was here.

It was diagnosed as the gas valve. Since we had bought our unit at Home Depot we called the number on the heater and ordered the part. It was delivered two days later. Manwill came back out the day of the delivery and installed it with no added trip charge.

They were quick to respond to initial contact and were also able to get me on their schedule right away. They showed up on time, did the work and cleaned up the areas. The guys were professional and friendly and willing to answer any questions I had.

The problem was resolved quickly and took care of the problem.

Following an earlier mix-up in work to be completed, Manwill called and rescheduled. Work was done very well!
