Bill arrived 5 minutes early and started to work immediately. Within an hour, my new sink was installed, new p-traps, strainer, etc was installed and triple-checked for leaks. Bill was careful to not mar our kitchen floor and worked quickly and neatly. A great guy. Sink works great and will not hesitate to call Manwill again. They have done work for us with our A/C, Furnace, and now a new kitchen sink. They are the best.

Called on Sunday to get on the Monday schedule, but the answering service said they could only take a message. But you can and should insist to be placed on the Monday schedule. By the time I called again on Monday, the schedule was full. Jim was able to squeeze me into the schedule at the end of day, which turned out to be after 6 p.m. But they cleared the ice and topped off the refrigerant, so we had cool air blowing by 9 p.m. Technician covered his boots, explained everything and the job was done correctly and professionally. Would definitely use them again.

The technician was on time and got the swamp cooler running in a reasonable amount of time. We thought the charges were fair and he was able to answer some questions about the condition of our unit and what might help extend it's life. The technician was friendly and helpful, but didn't waste time.

Guy was there 5 minutes and saved my parents thousands of dollars, i'd recommend these guys to anyone.

Katy came and gave us a bid. She was very well informed on the products and services. She came back on the day of installation to get our utility bills so she could mail-in our rebate forms. The installers arrived exactly when they said they would and were finished right on time. It took them 1-1/2 days for the complete installation. They made sure they cleaned up when they were done and walked us through all the information on the new equipment.

No matter what they do for us, they do a good job.

They were very honest and quick about the airconditioner condensation issue which turned out to be minor. Regarding the toilet, they installed a top-of-the-line model that was more expensive than the one I wanted. When I called to explain, they offered to pay me back the difference. I offered to split the difference. I highly recommend and would call them again.

In addition to the positive reviews I read on Angie?s List, my home inspector told me that he uses Manwill when he needed work done on his house. I contacted them and made arrangement for a quote on the work I was seeking to have done. Brian came out to do the quote and was patient and thorough, asking questions and offering options, as we went through my ?must have? items and wish list of other projects. Brian emailed me a detailed quote itemizing the various efforts the following day. The grand total for all the work exceeded my budget, but we did move forward with the ?must have? items that are outlined noted above. The crew arrived as scheduled and checked out the work areas. They said they?d be here a while and then went to work. They took a divide and conquer approach with one working on prepping the work area by draining the hot water heater, so it could be moved, while installing the return air ducts. The other worked on building the toe kick which took a lot of back and forth between measuring and bending, due to the unique configuration of the vent opening relative to the cabinet... and it turned our great. Once the toe kick was complete, all the work moved to the utility room. After completing the toe kick and the two return ducts, the crew tackled the furnace flue, which the one said "was the worst thing he had seen in ten years." They removed the improperly utilized materials and then began re-running 3" PVC from the furnace to the stack. It took numerous elbows of differing shapes and sizes to reconnect the two good pieces, but they made it look and work 1000% better than before. This was a real safety hazard and was making a mess in the utility room. I can't tell you how relieved I am to have it addressed. Installing the c.s.s.t. gas line took a lot of measuring and double-checking to make sure the appropriate joist cavity would be used to get to the back side of the house. The spot they chose turned out to be even better than what was discussed with Brian during the development of the quote. Over lunch, they made a stop at the hardware store to pick up the appropriate fittings, so the connector for my grill could be installed before they left. Finally, they reinstalled the hot water heater and cleaned up. They ran through all the changes with me and made sure I had all my questions addressed. Beyond running the vacuum, there was nothing left for me to do. They even took the trash with them! The total cost was exactly what was quoted. I only gave them a B on the price as I didn't get any other estimates, so I don't know how their price compares to others doing similar work. I would summarize the transaction by saying I got what we agreed to, for the price we agreed on, and I will certainly use Manwill again in the future.

I heard about them on the radio and decided to use them. I thought their price was very reasonable. I thought it was going to cost me a lot more. They did an excellent job. They were here the next day after I called. I would rate them high overall and will use them again in the future.

Just take my word that they responded in a timely manner, showed up on time, and did the work in a professional manner with high quality for a reasonable price.

We’ve continued to use them and we are satisfied with them. I found them through Angie’s List. I thought that the price was a little high yesterday, but I’ve got nothing to put it against. I’ve no way of telling the quality of the part and its working well, but I don’t know how long it’s going to last. Their responsiveness was good. They came out the first time on Monday but they couldn’t do it then because most of the supply stores were closed, but they came back early Tuesday. They were on time and had done well each time.

Very nicely done. Installation looks great. All cleaned up. Left me the manuals and offered personal tips on use.

I got them off of Angie's List. There were a large number of sponsors and they were a part of it. I was very pleased with mine. They were here on time. Their work was excellent. I was a bit shocked with their price. Their quality of work seems to be very good. They were right on their scheduled time. They were right on time too.

Bill Brashear was the plumber. He was personable, knowledgeable and professional. You can ask for him by name.

They did a good job. They were very nice, professional and efficient. I am unsure if their pricing was decent because I based my decision on their Angie's List reviews. They charged $45.00 to come out and $65.00 per hour.

Did a good job - the furnace seems to be working much better now even though it is on it's last legs. The technician seemed very knowledgable.

They replaced my furnace when an emergency developed. They were very fair with the furnace they put in. They got me what I needed. I researched with other companies and found that they were honest in the price. I have not had any problems with them. They cleaned up after themselves. They did not leave any mess. I rate them high overall.

It was a reasonably positive experience. They were late to come out because there was a long delay in getting the parts. It took over a week to finally get the parts and get it installed. It was an older furnace, and the main parts had to be got from the factory. They came out quickly, diagnosed it, and took care of it. The workers were knowledgeable and did a good job.

Like I said above I could not be more happy with the work that was performed. I now have a drain in my floor, hopefully I will never need but now I can sleep easier.
