Our service call to fix a leak under our kitchen sink was scheduled for 0900-1200 this morning. Bill, contacted me at 0915 and let me know he would be at my house in 30 minutes. He showed up promptly and checked out the leak and identified it as coming from the garbage disposal. He showed me where it was coming from and explained that due to the location the disposal needed to be replaced. Bill said I could purchase a disposal and he could come back out to put it or he could take care of it right away and he included the cost of both options. I decided to go ahead and have Bill take care of the full job. He left to retrieve a disposal and returned quickly, replaced the disposal, gave me instructions on warranty and how to use a 'tool' that came with the unit. I received my electronic receipt via email at 1133. So the approximate time from start to finish was only 1.5 hours...Sweet! I am VERY impressed with the service and customer relations aspect of each interaction I had with the Manwill Plumbing staff. The gentleman who took my initial call and listened to my issue was kind and understanding and definitely made me feel like I mattered to his business. Bill just extended that courtesy and level of comfort to me with his interactions as well. It feel confident that I have found a go-to company to take care of our plumbing needs going forward, which is refreshing as I would never be able to handle plumbing issue in my home. My experience with Manwill has been very good. They come on time and they are professional, and I don't remember what they charged but I know it was the same as what they estimated so predictable cost. Clean, capable techs, they know what they are doing and they get the job done. They are good at explaining what they are doing.

They did the major job a month ago and have been in twice since. We will be getting rebates around $2,500-$3,000 back.

He found a sink that was difficult to re-place and replaced the one that was broken. He had to take the cabinet a part to do this. Fast, efficient, and on budget. bjck

Manwill's staff went out of their way to get a technician out to my house within a few hours of my call. We've had 5 straight days of over 100 degree heat, and the temperature in our house reached 95 degrees on Sunday evening. Bill, the on-site technician, was great to work with, and he gave me some tips on how to make my overall A/C system much more efficient. A+ service and a really nice guy to work with!

Sadly I will not use Manwill plumbing again. It is clear to me that they oversell jobs and charge way too much. A technician told me that he has to make a certain amount a day no matter what calls he goes on so the price just gets jacked up to make the money. I feel this company has lost track of value for money.

Martin arrived within his scheduled window and quickly assessed the condition of our central air conditioning system, determining that the unit was malfunctioning due to a bad fan motor. He did not have a replacement in stock, but returned the following day to replace the unit and upgrade the accompanying capacitor. The work was top-notch and promptly done.

Manwill was polite and friendly on the phone. The plumber called me before coming over to give me an update. He told me when he would arrive and he stuck to it. He checked out a leak in an old sewer pipe and told me what my options were (not many!). He provided me a bid for this job, and we will probably book Manwill for the job. He installed a garbage disposal and was quick, efficient and thorough. He explained the charges clearly and was friendly and professional.

Manwill provided an excellent bid, along with two others from Angie's list. They offered to take care of a couple of rebates through local utilities, as well as made us aware of the income tax credit we will get in 2014, which was a service the others didn't offer. They showed up on time, and as promised, and were easy to reach if we had questions during the process. They cleaned up after the installation and were very professional - even tolerating our crazy dogs during the process. Great job, would recommend them to others and will use them again in the future.

First 100 degree day and our A/C wouldn't kick in without the furnace running at the same time. One wire was in the wrong spot on a new thermostat. Called Monday AM and they were able to squeeze me in Tue PM. The service technician Jeremy had the thermostat problem fixed in seconds and then serviced the A/C. Everything runs great. We have used Manwill for years. We have never been sold any service or product we didn't need.

I was in need of immediate service for a non-functioning unit. They didn't have any availability for 4 days. When I said I needed something sooner the lady on the phone hung up on me without trying to work with me or provide any other options to help. It was very rude!

Very well. I called the Fri. afternoon before Memorial Day. They were able to give me a quote over the phone, and could come out Tues. AM after Memorial Day. Monte came first thing Tues. morning, did all the work, and answered my questions.

Manwill I would give them all As for that. They charged me $350. I'd rate A on all of those areas for them. I have an older home they always manage to send somebody out that knows how to take care of my home. In December I had a guy come out to service my furnace and he checked for CO2 and found out that the rating was really high. So they put in a new furnace. If they hadn't done that I might have died. They are reliable. I can always count on them. They know how to take care of older homes. They show up at the time they give you. The price is reasonable. The guys are punctual, they are professional.

They were very responsive, found the problem and fixed it immediately. I am very satisfied with the service.

They gave clear procedures and costs over the phone for off-hours service. All the work has held up well. He chose to use a metal replacement pipe as it was near a hot vent which I appreciated.

I called for dampness in my main floor ceiling. Manwell came right out, identified the problem in an upstairs bathroom, fixed it and only charged me $83. I've used them before and trust them to be honest and knowledgable. They are the only plumbers I will ever call in Salt Lake.

Enjoyable experience. Installers came when scheduled and kept me informed of what they were doing and explained why I had been having problems in the past. They were clean and very personable gentlemen. Work was completed in 2 days as stated. What is amazing is the comfort of my home since the installation. Manwill has scheduled a service man to come out next week and make sure the A/C is working properly.

The came in the morning and had the furnace installed in about four hours. End of story
