Dale arrived promptly. He could easily have done more work that necessary to get more money out of the job but did only that which was necessary, saving me a lot of money. His honesty and the quality of the work he did built instant trust with me. It was a pleasure.

We were given info on the AC replacement, how replacing the furnace would benefit us (tax write off, efficiency). Payments were able to be made over time without interest.

Sarge and his two other team members were able to remove them carefully in about 3 hours. When they were putting those radiators back, there were some difficulties as the pipes needed to be replaced by longer ones due to the height added by new wood floor. They paid attention to small details, such as putting rugs on floor when working. They put all four radiators back after working 6 hours, without a scratch on the floor. Sarge checked that all the radiators were working normally and not leaking. Sarge alos gave us a new pin to release the air in the radiator and showed us how to do it. We're satisfied with the work. Initially I felt the price estimation was very high ( but due to time constraint, I accepted it), but after I saw the hours they worked and the good work they had done. I felt the price was fair. The day after they put back the radiators and turned our furnace back on, I found out that cold water was coming constantly out of the pressure release valve of our furnace. I called the office and Sarge came to take a look. He explained why would that happen and how to fix it and when we shall call them in emergency and what we can do before they come. It was very useful. If we have plumbing need, we would feel safe to call Sarge again.

Manwill was great from the salesman Brian to the installers. Great price. Answered all my questions. Showed up on time and did a very professional job. They installed a Lennox 98% efficient furnace plus a heat pump. They threw in a wifi thermostat for free. I also had them install a whole house fan assisted humidifier and a Merv 16 filter. Everything works great. The furnace and heatpump are so much quieter them my old Trane units. The wifi thermostat is the best. You can adjust temperatures with your phone or ipad. I would highly recommend Manwill to everyone.

They did all just great. I didn’t have any issues since the service was provided. I would recommend them. I don’t how to compare their charge. They had 2 guys working on it and it was for over an hour so I would say it was a reasonable price. They were here when they said they were going to.

Excellent in all respects. The sales and installation professionals were professional, business-like, and a pleasure to work with. The price was competitive (I did get multiple estimates), the workmanship was great, and the results are outstanding. Manwill has a great reputation and now I understand why. I would not hesitate to use them again, and when I'm ready for a new furnace, I will be using Manwill. The installation crew was punctual, professional, efficient, friendly, communicated well, and did a great job (nice attention to detail, and I'm hard to please). I never had the impression that the sales representative was trying to sell me more than I needed (no "car salesman routine" with Manwill), and I never had any doubt that the installation crew knew exactly what they were doing.

His prices were very good and he actually fitted me in the very next day I called. I am one of his regular customers and I am on his computer. When you are a regular customer they just know you and if they have a truck in the area they just squeeze you in. for emergencies they come right away. I live in an area where all these contractors are just no more than 20 minutes drive from them. I think that it is the quality of the service people that they send out. Manwill is family owned and actually it was the father of one of the workmen who died that actually had installed my first water heater and that was 30 years ago and it was the son who replaced the plumbing. Another son had come with another person called Chris to do the garbage disposal in my kitchen. They are very family oriented. They always cover their shoes with bootees, they are good with their clean up, they always have their tools and they always come exactly when they say they are coming.

They are on Angie's List because I actually got bids from three of the listed providers on there. It was a really tough decision because I actually liked one of the other companies about as much as I liked Manwill. They were both super great people to work with and they called and answered my multiple questions. They were both super nice. Jim Manwill's company is really well ran. He is a great guy and he has great people. His price was also pretty good for the tuneup of the furnace for the winter and he did an excellent job. I sat down there with him and he went over everything. He talked to me about how clean my furnace was and he was good. He called me to let me know that he was on his way. I asked for a 30-minute window and he gave it to me. His professionalism was also great.

On Feb. 14th Sarge noticed the temperature gauge was not working at all, this was causing a lot of my problems. Also there was a wire not connected to anything and this was very odd. The part needed had to be ordered and Sarge needed a partner to help install all of this that had knowledge of a boiler working with a heat pump. On Feb. 27th they were back with the part which had turned into a nightmare to find, my boiler is 27 years old and the parts are difficult to find. He finally found the part at the last outlet that carries parts for old boilers. When they went to turn off the power to the boiler that did not turn off it was discovered back on Dec. 12, 2012 the electrician had wired the boiler up wrong and this had been the major problems. The temperature gauge still needed to be replace but the noise and my gas bill that had been double for 15 months was all caused by the electrician that did not know what he was doing and had wired it up wrong. I was very happy with the service and that after 6 repair companies and at least 8 repairmen I finally got someone that not only listen to me but analyze the problem and came up with a solution for a reason price.

The salesman (Brian Biehler) was responsive, provided reasonable quote and arranged a quick install. He even pointed out an existing code issue with my water heater and offered to fix it at no additional charge. |The installers (Jesse and Jared) were very professional. They brought with them work cloth to cover the entire work area and pathways to ensure they do not leave any mess on our floor (something we really appreciate). They removed the old furnace and installed the new one within the projected time frame. They fixed the code issue Brian promised, which is very nice. They kept the entire area clean, not leaving a single screw behind. |Jesse/Jared also went through the furnace features, operation and maintenance. |I am very happy with how things went through, and overall Manwill crew has done a great job.

I called Manwill to receive a second quotation on a complete furnace replacement for a high efficiency furnace with humidity control and air filtering. The quotation process was simple. Since I already had a quotation from another contractor and I understood exactly what model and make of furnace they were able to give me a quotation over the phone on the first call. I talked to Katy and she was very knowledgable about the equipment and installation details. I live in Florida, this is a second home and had only been to the condo once since purchasing it. My son is living in the condo full time. I arranged with Katy to do a site visit to confirm the sizing and installation details. She was exactly prompt to the meeting time with my son who had to meet on his lunch hour. Katy said she would be 10-15 minutes and she was true to her estimate of time. The quotation that I received on the phone stood as is without any adjustment. There were some details on the venting that needed to be approved by the HOA and property management company for our building. Katy was very helpful in providing the information and pictures of the venting to me and we established communication directly with the property management company. One of the stipulations was for me to have the vent painted the same color of the building. Katy dropped by while in Park City and delivered the vent hood to the condo so we could paint it before installation. Katy was very responsive to emails and text messages and there were many during the process of getting the vent approved. She knows her stuff and always professional. Installation is set for Jan 17 and I expect it will go as planned. Another point worth mentioning is no money has exchanged at this point and is not required until the job is competed. Another important detail is the price was the least cost bid for the same work and equipment along with a whole lot more professionalism. So far so good and I will review the installation in another week.

I agreed to let them go ahead and install this furnace based on the salesman, Brian Beihler's recommendation. He provided all the information I needed to mak Heath Koch and Dave Newsome were the installers who came to my house and installed my new furnace. My experience with these installers has been awesome. They were professional and provided answers to all my questions and made me believer in my new furnace. My old furnace was noisy and did not supply the heat i needed to my basement. They are and will be recommended to all my neighbours should they need a new furnace. Thank you Manwill for making my experience less stressful and I will definitely use you for all my future heating needs. Tom

This morning, Dale came to my house to repair a leaky faucet. While he was here, I asked him to look at the water heater vent which was loose by the ceiling. He checked in the attic and we discovered that the ventilation pipe did not even go to the outside - it ended in the attic. My attic was being filled with carbon monoxide and I had no idea. I can't believe this house passed inspection when I bought it. Anyway, Dale made some calls and long story short, two guys, EJ and Russ, came out about 4 hours later and put in a new ventilation pipe which was no small task. All Manwill employees were professional, respectful, explained the situation in language I could understand, did quality work, and cleaned up after themselves. I can't say enough good things about Manwill and I will never call anyone else for plumbing or heating. I only wish they did roofs . . .

Provided an excellent solution by finding hard to find part for an old leaky galvanized hot water pipe. Should get us through until we can remodel the entire home.

As usual, Manwill did a fantastic job. They are punctual, honest, and great to work with. My wife feels very comfortable when they come into our home, and I never feel like they are trying to swindle me. True professionals and I do not think I would use anyone else for my heating, A/C, or plumbing.
