Description of Work: Carpet cleaning and sofa cleaning. This was a white carpet with black marks from a wheelchair and it looked beautiful.

Description of Work: One of the reviewers here should look up the meaning of the word 'diatribe' before misusing it. Never mind. Tom Fitch (yes, the actual owner!) appeared on our doorstep punctually, along with his friendly assistant and his dog, Star (Star stayed on the doorstep, like the good boy he is). The work performed was thorough and detailed, completed in the estimated time, and with a surprisingly short drying time for the carpet. We were especially impressed with the 'green' nature of a business commonly noted for its use of chemicals. The motto, "we don't cut corners; we clean 'em", really did apply. We were very impressed with the work and can recommend this company without qualification to anyone looking for an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional carpet cleaning processes.

Description of Work: The entire house(carpet) was cleaned and one sofa. The estimate was $330, actual cost was $575. The owner was advised of two dogs, but did not provide enough time needed to clean urine spots. The carpet remained streched out in some areas and took about twice as long to dry as was told it would. Did not do a good job cleaning carpet up close to walls.
