They hire people no experience and do not train or teach them how to paint!

The project involved drywall repair and painting of a large kitchen skylight. The project was not completed in a timely manner, as a result of a lack of communication between supervisors and the staff dong the drywall and painting. The surface was supposed to be given a textured surface. The drywall repair was done correctly, but the worker did not know how to texture, and made an effort to finish the job. The texturing was not what I wanted, but communicating that issue was difficult. The workers did not speak fluent English and Adam, the supervisor, did not check on the job, or followup on the work/project. I have been waiting, for over a week, to receive a return call to pay the invoice and discuss my concerns. No communication as I write this evaluation. In addition, the cleanup was haphazardly done, with drywall mud left in the front part of the yard, sidewalk, etc. I depended on the recommendations shown in this site. I am very disappointed with outcome, and company followup/communications.

I love, love my cabinets! It is a little inconvenience to be out of your kitchen but worth it. I had the orangy oak cabinets that looked hideous, now I have beautiful white cabinets!! Thank you Rhonda and Adam for making my experience wonderful! ...even though we gain weigh eating out lol :)

I had five star paint the exterior of my home last week. They worked around the weather and it came out great. I had been putting it off for a while as I knew it was quite the project, so happy I finally did it! Thanks again to the five star crew, you guys rock!

From the estimator to the supervisors to William who actually did the painting, a first-rate company who knows what they're doing! All of a sudden, the rest of my house looks like it needs painting! Because the basement that William painted looks that fantastic! I can't recommend these people highly enough, 5 stars for Five Star painting!

Prompt response to RFP. In-depth quote with no surprises. The schedule was accurate and the quality job was completed on time. The painters communicated the details of the job as they went and cleaned up when they finished. I will hire this company again.

I found Five Star Painting via Home Advisor on a Saturday afternoon...I received a phone call within about 10 minutes..wow!...impressive on a Saturday....Brandon came to do the estimate...again, impressive as he was clean cut, professional, and efficient. The estimate was within our budget so we went with Five Star. The 2-man crew did the job as scheduled...only hiccup was that a few nail holes we wanted to re-use were filled and painted...at the end of the job there were only three very small spots needing touch up which they did before leaving. Satisfied and would recommend these guys!
