After the carpet started drying, I could see some of the stains coming back. But overall, a good job.

Provider had no idea nor do they have the right tools to stretch carpet I do the job professionally

Travis did a great job. He was very personable and polite. He didnt push add ons but made sure I knew of other cleaning options. Our carpet turned out great but the tile grout wasnt as clean as I had hoped. I had to scrub it a little more after he left.

Everything went very well. The technician was punctual, polite, and completed the service well.

He was friendly, but was not thorough, and I had to ask him to go over a couple of areas again, and he spent a lot of time explaining why he didn't and shouldn't do it, when he could have just done it and been done with it. He did my upstairs in about 20" minutes, not very thorough.

They were very responsive. The technician showed up on time, was polite and efficient. They might be a bit pricey for the work I had done, as I've seen coupons for other companies for half the cost, but I have no complaints and they scheduled and came out right away.

It was marginal at best. They tried to overcharge me, they didn't apply the Big Deal at first. We got that sorted out after a few calls, there was some resistance on their part. I ended up replacing all the duct work, and when I took it down, it was apparent that all they did was kind of clean the parts you could see down the register, they didn't do the service as advertised. They didn't do what they advertised, so the price didn't really matter to me. Had I not demolished the duct work, I would have never known that they didn't actually do the job; I would never use them again.

The technician show up one time and helped move couple light furnitures. Very professional and I am satisfy with the work he done.

The technicians arrived right on time, and were very respectful of my home. They explained every step of their process, and showed me a before and after of the cleaning. They pulled out so much dust and garbage! And then helped me replace my filter and gave an added process to help keep the ducts clean for another 6 months. I am so very glad I had this done. I can breathe easier now, literally!

The technician was both competent and accommodating. Good job done by a great individual. Almost filled his tank with the packed lint. Feel much safer.

Very nice and very professional. Some of the deeper stains didn't come out but overall it did look good. There were a few optional services I declined that probably could have helped the deeper stains.

The provider got there and came in to inspect the areas and told me that our carpet was really worn out! I told him my carpet is 2 years old and then he told me well it must be cheap then. So I informed him that it was not cheap and high end carpet from Home Depot and he told me I got screwed! He did the cleaning for 5 areas and a stair case in about 20 minutes.

They were here June of 2016. It cost $75.

It went great. I was surprised that they had this huge outdoor truck with a hose that cleaned out the carpet. I had him call 20 minutes before he was going to be here so I could let him in before I went to work. I trusted him because of the reviews on AL and it worked out!

It turned out great. They did a good job. The additional fee was $50. There were no unexpected issues. The price was competitive. He's right on time. He did everything professionally.

It was okay. It took them twice to get the carpet cleaned correctly. But they did come back and pick it up and cleaned it again for us. They were real good about coming back and picking up the carpet. They followed through. Because we were not happy, they came out, picked up the carpet, re-cleaned it and brought it back. They were real upfront and apologetic and said, "If you're not satisfied, we'll come and get it," and they did and they brought it back. I actually dropped the rug off and it was supposed to be done at a particular time and it was not ready.

Did not move furniture. Was very talky. tried to upset on a lot of products. Quality was just ok.

It happened, must have been sometime the following week in December that they came out to do the work. There were no additional costs.

Overall, pretty well. I have used them before and the first time the technician was much more thorough than this last time I used them, but still I would recommend them and will use them again in the future.

I live on the third floor and so it is difficult for some cleaning companies to make it with their equipment to do the cleaning. This guy made the extra effort to get a hose that would reach me and he did a good job. I live alone and I am an elderly lady but I had pretty much cleared everything out of the way except in the living room. He helped me move some things. He was very pleasant and cheerful. He did miss one spot but I think the reason he missed it was because the lighting was not all that great in that area. Outside of that, he did a very good job. He was very pleasant, cheerful, nice and very helpful young man. I graded them a B because he did miss a spot. Their pricing was great. I would use them again in future if I could talk to the young man and ask him to slow down a little bit and make sure he doesn't leave the spots.

Showed up on time and did an excellent job. Cleaned the worst dirty carpet areas and there was a tremendous difference in how those areas looked and felt.

It was fine. They were professional, arrived promptly and did a good job as far as I can tell.
