I have used this company several times. They are always professional, nice, and efficient. They are also reasonably priced.

Service was great, technician was late, but did call ahead of time to tell me he was running late and then he texted when he was on his way as well. He did a great job cleaning out my vent; gave me some recommendations for venting to the outside, helped me to make things work in the meantime and put everything back and cleaned up after himself as well.

Good communication, punctual and quick! One vent cover was left bent though.

Very good. They came out to clean our dryer vent that was preventing our dryer from working properly. They cleaned it but we did not see an improvement in our dryer performance so we asked them to return. They returned the day after we called them the second time and found that there was an obstruction in the intake to the vent. They were very professional, timely and thorough. Definitely recommend.

POORLY! If there was a representation for less than one star, I would choose it to show my dissatisfaction for Clean Green Carpet Cleaning LLC. I initially contacted Clean Green to come out to my home to specifically clean one room within my home due to a serious spill. I was informed that there was a $69.00 minimum requirement. I explained that I needed just one room cleaned due to a spill. The woman on the phone at Clean Green stated that she could clean 3 rooms for $69.00. I thought that was a great deal. To have not only this "one" room cleaned, but a hallway, and another bedroom. The technicians came on February 5, 2018. When I got home from work to observe the rooms, and hallway, I noticed that they didn't look much better than when I'd left earlier. My main complaint was that the ONE room that I seriously needed cleaned due to a fluid spill, had not been properly cleaned, and the odor remained. I called back a day to two later and informed the same person (woman) who initially scheduled the appointment for me, and told her that I was not satisfied with their service. She stated that she'd informed me that more would be required to clean the only room that I'd requested initially. I explained that I informed her of what I needed and when I called initially, and should not be charged more money. She spoke with someone while was on hold, and later came back and apologized. She schedule another cleaning for this one room, without additional cost. Keep in mind that I didn't complain about the other bedroom, and hallway that were not cleaned to my satisfaction. When the technicians came back out to my home, they explained that the cost would be more because they had to provide a special treatment that would be charged by the foot. When I explained what the person stated to me on the phone, their reply was, "she just works in the office and schedules appointments, she has nothing to do with our decisions, we make the decisions." I called the office number again, and no one has responded to my call to come back to clean the ONLY area that I requested to be cleaned initially! The technicians were unprofessional to have made a statement about someone who works within their company, another co-worker. The person who took my initial phone call provided me with incorrect information. Clean Green Carpet LLC company has a lack of professionalism within the entire company who have refused to "make things right" with me. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and will make posts every time that I remember how I was treated!

cleaned carpet and cleaned ducts...carpet was great, very responsive, showed up on time, good price, called ahead... we used them again for duct cleaning...very professional in all aspects and cleaned out a ton but was very expensive and their discount offer felt like bait and switch after we got the real estimate...might have been fair, haven't got it before, but seemed really high...

Phone rep quoted a fair price, including my AngiesList coupon, which technician honored. Service was scheduled for the next day, and friendly technician was on time and completed the stairway carpet cleaning in under an hour.
