When the one worker realized he needed more help to get it all done, he got someone else there too. They worked hard and the floor looks MUCH better. They did a nice job and we would consider using the company again.

Everything came out great and Dakota was very professional. I'm stunned the sofa came clean (we were thinking of getting rid of it, but will keep it now).

Job well done. Promotion was for $99 + I had 2 additional cold air returns (1 was included in price) and 3 extra heat vents ( 8 were included in the price). I paid an additional $145.00 for these.

Beau called me approximately 20 minutes before he arrived. He was prompt, professional and fast. He even managed to re-stretch the carpet in one room. I would use again and recommend to my friends.

When I called to get information, the scheduling coordinator was gracious and helpful. I took pictures of the specific stains I was hoping to remove, and she asked her technicians before calling me back. The technicians were prompt, courteous, and thorough. In the end, the severe staining in one spot of the master bedroom did not come out, necessitating the replacement of the carpets. However, it was not the result of poor service, because the rest of the cleaned areas looked brand new (which is saying something for 15-year-old carpets)! I will definitely be using them for future carpet cleaning.

It was fine. It was okay, I guess I would say that I was a little bit surprised of how simple it was. It was ultimately two guys sticking a vacuum cleaner down my ducts, which I guess I had higher expectations. However, they still got it cleaned and they got stuff out of there that I didn't expect. I'm glad I got it done. The advertisement is not as straightforward as it should be. It should say were going to vacuum out your ducts, and it's going to take us 20 minutes, instead of an elaborate advertisement. It was a little bit underwhelming. It wasn't quite as advertised, but I wasn't disappointed with it because they still accomplished everything. They cleaned things out and the air sounds a little better, some weird things came out of there. I'm glad we had it done. At the end of the day the guy was nice, he called me before he came over. He came in and got it done, cleaned up, but things back together, and left. At the end of the day it was fine. I didn't make a big fuss about it because he accomplished a goal. I was under the impression that he wasn't going to do it. I was wrong about that. It seemed a little pricey for what he actually did in my opinion. I guess that's how it goes. At the same time I still don't want him blowing stuff all over my yard. I would mark him down for a job well done, the company did a good job, they were timely, polite, efficient. I thought it was over priced. I would use them again, but I would shop around first.

Well. The carpets are cleaned and the stains have not come back (which they have done in the past when I tried to treat and clean them myself using products from the grocery store)

The cleaning itself was fine. The appointment setup was great and their staff was responsive and very prompt during the arrangement of the appointment. The technician showed up within the window for the appointment and was very personable and professional. He did a quick review of what was needed and a walkthrough of my place so he could make sure not to miss anything. The actual cleaning was quick and professional. The only problem came after the technician left, I realized that the vacuum hoses had heavily scuffed the paint on a number of walls and corners. On the stairs it was bad enough to have made grooves in the drywall surface of the corner. I had to apply drywall surface texture spray there and touch up paint on several walls/corners where the hoses had rubbed and left black marks and scratches in the paint. Granted, the paint in my place is flat finish paint so it is not the most durable but this is something the technician should be aware of and make an effort to avoid having the hoses rub against walls. I would still use Clean Green again but this was a bit frustrating and meant a couple of hours for me to fix things up afterward. I should have taken pictures of the damage but I had to get on with my day and it was not that big a deal that I would want to pursue anything further.

Scheduling was straightforward and the person I spoke with was courteous and helpful. A reminder call the day before as well as an email confirming the appointment with preparation instructions. The technician was helpful and courteous and recommended additional services without being pushy. No residual smell and no harsh chemicals. Overall really great service. I'll be using them again.

These guys are pros. The technician Brian Smith came out today and cleaned our couch and ottomans. Even though it was a nasty snowstorm (Even those patsies at FedEx wouldn't deliver our packages today complaining about the weather), Brian arrived and did an excellent job. I highly recommend!

There were no extra charges. It was okay. They just weren't quite as thorough as I've had previous people do it.

This is the 3rd time I've used Clean Green to clean our carpets. 2 out of the 3 times I have been very pleased with the work and the professionalism of the technician. This last time the technician showed a little less attention to detail than my previous experiences. Did an "okay" job, but not up to the standards I had been accustomed from them. He seemed rushed. Could be a one-off. I'll use them again.

I called to set the appointment up for the carpet cleaning and was able to schedule it the Friday after Thanksgiving when both my husband and I would be home. We had recently had our basement finished so the construction dust was everywhere. The tech showed up right on time and came in to take a look. During construction, we had to keep putting my daughter's cat into one of the two bedrooms upstairs while they brought in supplies and the cat had clawed up the carpeting right in front of the doors making it look terrible. I figured that we would just replace the carpet once we had recovered from the expense of finishing up the basement, but the tech said that if we had scraps of that carpeting anywhere he could repair the carpets for us. We did have some pieces left over and he was able to repair all of the damage done by the cat. While the carpet is a cheap grade, I didn't really want to have to replace it yet and now with his repairs I can get a few more years out of it. As for the cleaning, the tech was able to not only remove the general grime on the two bedroom carpets, but he was able to get every bit of the construction traffic and debris grime out of the stairway carpet as well. The area rugs were no problem because those are kept pretty clean on a regular basis, but it was nice to have them brightened up ready for the holidays. The tech was professional and he did the job very quickly. Overall with the carpet repairs and the cleaning, the whole process took about 2 hours. The price for everything he did was very reasonable considering the damage and general grime he had to take care of. My house is clean and sparkling again thanks to Clean Green Carpet Cleaning, I would definitely hire them again.
