Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in large family room, cleaned chairs, removed all stains from carpet and furniture, protective coating to carpet and furniture after done.

I had to help him move furniture,etc. He continually had to ask for instruction, didn't know to spot clean stains. and then, I discovered he tore off off a piece of my furniture and did not tell me, I just discovered it after he was gone.

Description of Work: My ratings are tops in every category, but i cannot tell which end of your scale is excellent. i guess you are using the school grading system, but a key would be helpful |The service was beyond the top of any scale. Provider is professional, smart, has excellent equipment and uses it well. With little fuss or noise, everything got done and the carpets seem to "shimmer"with the appearance of newness. i wish every service could be a great as this!

Description of Work: I got a $99.00 coupon online from Angie's for vent cleaning. I had more vents than the coupon allowed and I paid the extra to include all the vents. I had a major construction project so this was sorely needed. Technician was on time and very personable. Will use them again in the future as they also do carpet cleaning.

Description of Work: Cleaned our air return ducts furnace ducts. They did not fasten the air vents back in place properly, after they had removed them to do the cleaning. Loose vents, screws sticking out. So I had to finish the job!

Description of Work: Cleaned 8 of my vents, cleaned additional vents for additional cost. Offered to clean any rugs, offered a very good deal but did not clean the rug very well. It was a very large oriental rug and the suction just pulled the rug up.

Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet in the downstairs living/dining room area. They said that stairs would be extra and were not included in the deal that I had bought. They wrote down the address wrong, which caused a lot of delays in getting the work done, but when the technician got there, he did a good job and was able to remove all but one of the spots in the carpet.
