Description of Work: We took advantage of two Angie's List "Big Deals" to have the carpets cleaned in our family room and master bedroom, some upholstery cleaned, and our vents cleaned. Curtis arrived on time, was completely professional, and did a great job. We ended up adding quite a bit of additional work (cleaning the carpet on our stairs, adding some additional upholstery cleaning, and adding some protective coatings) on the spot, which Curtis handled without a problem. The pricing on the additional work was significantly higher than the rates we got through the Angie's List deal, especially on the upholstery (although Curtis did knock a bit off their "regular" pricing), but we were happy with the work and would definitely use Clean Green Carpet Cleaning again.

Description of Work: Cleaned heating and cooling air ducts. Had a round rotating brush attached to a powerful vacuum in their truck. Which they would feed through the air ducts. Which effectively cleaned the dust out of the ducts. Took about 1-2 hours. I thought they did a very good with equipment designed specifically for the work. Which enabled an effective cleaning.

Description of Work: Terrific job on an area where we had pet issues. The technician was a bit overly concerned about the method of payment for the pet treatment upcharge, and on that basis we've given this company a B in the professionalism category. Perhaps a bit more training on what happens when the job changes at the time of service is in order.

Description of Work: They were able to clean my carpet square area rug with no problem and no water leakage under the rug. Everything looked great and no stains have returned on my very old and light carpet in other parts of the house as it often does with other methods.

Description of Work: Travis arrived right on time to clean my air ducts, the original "Big Deal". We agreed he'd add 5 rooms of carpet cleaning since he had the time and the equipment. The price was great, the job was completed quickly and thoroughly, Travis was personable and professional and I'm completely happy! I'd use this company again in a heartbeat!
