Description of Work: They were very easy to work with to set up and stick to scheduling. Unfortunately, they were unable to get their equipment in my vents because the ducts were too narrow. They were very professional through the whole process and I appreciated their honest feedback that with my vent limitations they did not feel they could complete the service adequately. I would contact them again for other services.

Description of Work: All was fine except that on the very light carpet, the machine left marks where dirty water came out of the machine. The darker carpets and the couch looked great. If I use them again, I will mention the problem.

Description of Work: I used them to clean my couch and the carpet. They did a great job with both. It is the first time I had my furniture cleaned and I am very impressed. They were about 2 hours late BUT did call first to let me know. It was not a problem for us since we were home anyway.
