Description of Work: I only had carpeting in one bedroom cleaned but my technician, Steele, did a great job. He was professional, courteous and used care with the hoses/equipment that he brought into my home. The carpet he cleaned is brand new but I had a house guest who brought her dog who had several "accidents". He did the enzyme pet treatment, cleaned and the finished with carpet protection. It's probably cheaper to get 3 rooms cleaned but I felt it was worth it to take care of the problem. If I need carpets cleaned in the future, I would call them again and ask for Steele.
