Description of Work: It was not truck mounted cleaning so I had the guy look at my light carpet to make sure he could get it clean. He insisted he could then complained several times. It did not come clean. He said it would dry cleaner. It did not. He returned and complained the whole time. He then decided it would not be clean. It looked horrible with very large rusty spots all over. He refused to do anything else.

Description of Work: Good cleaning. I wasn't happy with the up charge for additional cleanings. I expected to pay additional funds but $700 more was a huge surprise. Also the tech showed up 8 hours late.

Description of Work: I had my tile cleaned and sealed. Everything went fine except that I noticed streaks of sealer on my kitchen tile; I did not see this in the other rooms. I haven't had my tile sealed before, so I don't know if this is typical.

Description of Work: I purchased a coupon for 3 rooms. I had two rooms and a area carpet. The technician up sold me which I expected. The carpet was wool and it was extra etc. |The carpet looked clean when he finished. As it dried some spots returned. The technician was friendly and responsive.

Description of Work: The manager who showed up was unprofessional and made it clear he was not supposed to work that day and did not want to. He misquoted their prices for stretching carpet and showed up with no camera to show us the ducts after and before cleaning. The owner is equally as unprofessional. The owner tried to defend his manager but I'm sorry it was not something I would defend by a manger!
