Description of Work: Travis arrived at noon, right on time. It only took him an hour to do my three rooms ( kitchen,family room,living room ), stairs, and hall. He said it would take about 5-6 hours to dry. It was dry within that time. I am very pleased with how my carpets look and feel. I would use them again. Remember that scotch guard is an extra fee. I didn't choose to do it.

Description of Work: I purchased the dryer vent special for our new home. It was plugged up and taking 2 cycles to dry every load. While there, the technician, David, offered to take a look at the ducts and returns to see if these were dirty from construction and they were. It looked like the subs used the open ducts for stashing their garbage. Even though it was late, David stayed and cleaned the vents and returns. I was very pleased with his work ethic, quality, and professionalism. We needed to have them come back and check the dryer vent again as it still seamed to be plugged up. There were no issues in asking them to take a look at it again and were very serious about making sure I was happy. David came back out and found the vent elbow packed with straw from the construction. I am very pleased with the entire process and experience. I highly recommend Clean Green and will use them again.

Description of Work: First thing they did is tried to upsell me $15.00 per stain, but I refused. Carpets did not get cleaned to my satisfaction. I had to reshampoo all the carpets again and several spots were missed and not even cleaned.
