Description of Work: They were professional, however the cleaning process brought back some old stains. There were unable to remove them, so now my carpets look worse in some areas than before the cleaning.

Description of Work: They were so late we wondered if they were even coming (2-3 hours) |No apology. A phone call would have been great to let us know they were behind. It messed up our plans for the day. The machine left residue splashed on our wood railing and on the tile next to the carpet. It would have been nice if they had wiped it up.

Description of Work: They cleaned the 5 areas of carpet plus 13 stairs. I knew I would need to pay more for the stairs, but I did not expect the cost of the protectant spray. So instead of $99 I ended up paying $300. The stairs took 2 full days to dry totally even with a fan blowing on them most of that time and turning the thermostat up. The guy did warn me that it would take longer to dry than it would in the summer, but 48 hours?

So if you have any spots that you cannot clean up with a warm, damp rag, call us & we will come back and clean that area for free-no trip charge! Maybe you did not understand the value of this! Protectant is great because it protects your carpet from staining, and getting dirty earlier, and extends the life of your carpet. Also, depending on how dirty your carpet is, and what time of the year it is (if it is colder outside, it is harder to remove moisture from your home in the winter than the summertime), and adding protectant can add more time to your dry times. Description of Work: Work man said if you really want to clean the vents-then you need to have someone blow the vents out after they have created a seal - that vacuuming out the vents is a partial solution. He did get alot of material out of the opening areas of my vents but made me realize that in reality there is so much more to do-would have been nice to know what is really the most effective way of cleaning heating vents.

We use a truck mounted, brush scrubbing extraction system, that carries the debris and dust outside of your home. Many low suction, portables spread dust throughout your home, while other negative air pressure systems do not use brushes to scrub debris off the walls of your duct. This process should clean your ducts completely. Our certified air duct cleaning system sends a patented, rotating brush down each individual duct, scrubbing the walls of the ducts all the way to your furnace or air conditioner. All dust, debris, and allergens recovered are sucked away from your furnace to our powerful truck mounted unit. I hope this helps you understand the process the was used in your home. Description of Work: The carpet cleaning was good, but I had the tiles in the bathroom cleaned too and the soap scum never came off of the tiles or grout. They were nice and came back, redoing it, but the results were the same. I don't think the expense of the tile cleaning was worth it.

Description of Work: The offer is misleading. It says they will clean 200 sq feet of tile for $99.00. When the technician arrived, he said he could not clean mine since it was natural stone. No where on the coupon did it exclude certain types of tile. They asked me to pay an additional $350.00 to have the tile cleaned. I was not happy and felt they were trying to bait and switch me. After several months of conversation, they agreed to clean tile for original price. They did a very nice job. Was very happy of the end result.
