 + -1 moreTough to get in touch with in the beginning, took a couple of weeks, and they did not return my call--I had to keep calling back. The person doing the work was very nice, however left the cleaning tool in our duct after it came off during his work. He could not get it out--seems like they would have a process to be able to retrieve their tools, we do not like the fact this tool is in our duct work. There was a little mess left in some of the vent areas, had to go back to each room and clean up after their work--annoying. One of the vents was not put back into place, screws left halfway out, should double check all work and my expectation for the money spent was that they would clean up after the work. This is a costly endeavor and I really expected excellence for the amount paid--I still do not like the fact that one of their tools is still in our duct work!

 + -1 moreService Provider showed up on time, but didn't know what services were included in the Angie's List promotion. Service Provider, suddenly enlighted, shared that the "promotion" only included a certain number of vents, and then gave the "gloom and doom" pitch that the promotion service alone would be ineffective and that in order to get an effective result we would need to have more vents cleaned. These extra "additional" services came at an additional cost, of course. Because the provider was already there and we had no time to verify his analysis, we reluctantly caved and agreed to pay for the extra services. In addition, service provider kept the front door open (seemingly unnecessarily) the entire time, so we lost all of our heat. Overall experience was bad - the exact type of experience I had originally intended to avoid by subscribing to Angie's list in the first place. The Agie's List "promotion" was the vehicle to get in the door.
Description of Work: Air Duct cleaning of ducts, as per Angie's List promotion (i.e. 2 hours of Service for $99)

 + 0 moreThey were very personable. The guy that came in and cleaned did a fabulous job. They even did an oriental rug for us. They took it away and then brought it back a couple of days later. We have had it cleaned before and it wasn't near as clean as what these guys did. We were very happy with them. Their price was very reasonable. They weren't the cheapest that we've looked at but they weren't the most expensive either. They did our stairs and did a great job on that as well. Next time we get ready to clean our carpets, we'll definitely use them.
Description of Work: We had several rooms with carpeting cleaned by Clean Green Carpet Cleaning. They also cleaned an oriental rug for us.

 + -1 moreDustin arrived on time. Asked to see the areas to be treated and asked if their were any problems (spots, etc.). He went to work and and within less than two hours completed cleaning five rooms. I asked about the treatments he was using and he explained all appplications to my satisifaction. He reviewed all ares with me and asked if I was completely satisfied. Paperwork prepared as explained.
Description of Work: Good deal from angie's list to begin with. Dustin the carper cleaner was extreemely knowledgable and professional. He was very qualified and answered all questions. A total of five rooms were cleaned and to my complete satisfaction. Very courtieous and polite. I'll will absolutely use this company and this individual next year.

 + -1 moreIn the end it was worked out to my satisfaction. Just make sure to ask all of the prices for your situation before you agree to have them come. If you have pet stains, tell them, if you want stairs done, tell them how many. If you have a coupon deal, make sure that you have them explain how much of your cleaning needs will be included in that deal, because it can end up costing you a whole lot more than you paid for the coupon deal and you get confused and feel like you were really talked into more than you really wanted or needed. That is what they are trained to do once they are in the door is sell you more cleaning! So establish what you want done BEFORE they come because they are good at talking you into having them do more for the buck or to save you money, but it doesn't really unless you really do need your whole house cleaned!
Description of Work: The company doesn't let you know that it is an extra $25 fee per pet treatment fee no matter if you have a groupon deal that pays for the three room deal or not. So you are kind of held hostage to pay that extra fee if you want to get the pee smell out of the carpet. Also the stairs cannot be used in the deal, They have to be counted separately and also can't be included in the prepaid fee. This is not shared until they are in the door. It wasn't until I had to call them back because the urine smell was not gone that the deals were coming out and being made available. Also the first technician didn't bother to leave me a itemized receipt breaking down the cost and I was not feeling comfortable with his shady break down of costs and asked to see his addition of costs. They never did send me a copy of them. however when the second tech came to retouch-up his work he was very professional and did the work to an exact letter of the law and stayed until I was happy and left me with an concise receipt that made it clear what was done. He even went above and beyond to make sure that I would be happy with the company and call if there was anything that I had any concerns about. I felt a great deal better after he came back and made things right. One bad seed does not make the whole company bad in my eyes. They did what they could to rectify the wrong and it was a good price. I do wish that the prices had been mad know up front before they arrived. But it is a lesson learned and I will use them again.

 + -1 moreThey gave me a 2 hour window from 12 - 2pm on Saturday. They called me at 1:45pm to let me know they weren't going to make the appointment and we'd have to reschedule. Needless to say, I was quite upset that I wasted my Saturday afternoon and had to move my furniture twice. They did make the rescheduled appointment on time and the cleaning service was fine. I tried to get the serviceman to throw in an extra room to make up for the Saturday scheduling snafu but all I got was a free Scotch Guard treatment for one room (woo-hoo!). The serviceman was professional and did a good job.

 + -1 moreStephen scheduled us for a carpet cleaning between 9 and 12 and showed up, on time, at 10am. He had a friendly and helpful attitude and was very professional. He had several great suggestions about caring for my carpet and he helped me move my grand piano so he could clean under it. I feel that it was a little on the pricy side but it was worth it and I will definitely use Clean Green again.
Description of Work: Steam cleaned the carpet in three rooms and the stairs. Applied protectant in the pool room.

 + -1 moreWe moved all other furniture (except beds, heavy dressers, and pianos) ahead of them. They originally estimated 2 hours to complete the job, but it took 4 hours. They originally scheduled the job from 11:00am to 1:00pm, however, they arrived about an hour late (delayed on an earlier job). But when they arrived, they went straight to work and didn't stop until the job was completed, about 5:30pm. They had trouble getting the acrylic sealer off of the marble floor which I had told them about when I obtained the estimate. In the end, I had to apply stripper to the acrylic sealer for them to be able to clean the marble. Other than the marble floor and being optimistic about their time, they did a great job. And, despite the extra time they spent, Travis, the owner, honored the original quote at jobs completion.
Description of Work: Project included cleaning approx. 2500sf. of carpet (2900 less (didn't move) beds, heavy dressers and pianos), one flight of stairs with 17 steps and one landing midway, 3 floor rugs totaling about 80sf., 60sf. of tile, & 90sf of marble, on 3 floors. Total est/cost was $400 for the carpets, $50 for the floor rugs, & 175.00 for the tile and marble floors (total $625.00). The estimate was provided over the phone by office personnel. They insisted on quoting the job over the phone even though I repeatedly ask them to see the job first.

 + 0 moreClean green came to my house ON TIME !!!!!! Yeah!! No waiting around like im used too. The gentleman showed up in a nice clean uniform and took extra precautions to prevent damage to my walls with his hoses. They cleaned my upstairs and my hall that really needed it. I thought I was going to have to replace it. Around the edges they used a special too to clean right up to the edge. They look so good and feel so soft. I like the fact that they use "green" products. While he was here, Travis showed me how dirty my air ducts were with a small camera. He showed before and afters and said there would be no charge untill I was 100% satisfied. I was and glady paid him. He also pressure cleaner my tile in one spot for free. It looked really good and would save me hours of scrubbing with a tooth brush but I had reached my spending limit and another 100$ was too much at this time for me. I highly reccomend them to anyone who is looking for quality work at a reasonable price.

Description of Work: My 18 month old got into a can of paint in our master bedroom that I had left on the floor for a few minutes. When I returned to the room there was bluish/grey pain all over my carpet. Clean Green's technician was very professional. He worked on the spotted areas where the paint was, cleaned the rest of the room and three other areas. The carpet looks great now!!
