Clean Green recently cleaned carpets I was having removed and ceramic floors in a home we purchased and are remodeling. I must admit it wasn't the smoothest of rides. The first appointment set was so delayed we had to cancel and reschedule. The second appointment the tech was actually early. We opened the home to him and left to let him go about his work. We provided a number we could be reached at and paid him for services prior to leaving. We talked about the grout and what I could expect from the cleaning. I paid to have the carpets cleaned even though I was removing them and to have the tile and grout cleaned and sealed. I was told the grout would clean up well and though it wouldn't be like new it would be 90% cleaner than it was. Sounded good. We were given an approximate time it would take to do the job and so we didn't wait on a call to come back and inspect we drove back to the home and the tech was just finishing up with the grout cleaning. I was very disappointed on how the grout turned out and asked him not to seal the grout because we'd never get it clean once it was sealed. The tech left and I called the company and asked for a refund for the sealing of the grout which we paid for but never had done. That's all I asked for. The lady in the office insisted we schedule a time when "the owner" could meet us and redo the grout, The 3rd appointment was set and my husband met who we assume was the owner back at the house. He looked at it and thought he could get it cleaner and wanted to set a 4th appointment. NO, we were told it was to redo the floors. My husband called me to tell me that and I suppose I was screaming so loud the man heard me and said he'd stay to do the floors. After all, that's what the 3rd appointment was scheduled for and all I wanted them to do was return money I paid for a service I hadn't received. We don't live in the home so we need to travel there to meet people and sit there (stand there) while they do their thing. It's not convenient. My husband wasn't sure about how the floors looked when they were done so he told them not to seal them because they still looked like there was dirt n some areas (which there is) and he didn't want it sealed in. Just return the money for the seal, My husband was told it would show up on the credit card we used in 3-5 days. The credit never came. We were never given an invoice so we had no idea exactly what we paid for the seal although it was probably around $100. I called the office after a week or so and asked about the credit but never had a return call. I called one more time and hit an answering machine, left a message and immediately contacted my credit card company and filed a complaint. It took another 2-3 weeks but the $100 credit showed up on my credit card. Now here's the interesting part of the review. When I finally got over to the property to see the floors I was pleased. They were much cleaner the second time and although not perfect they are 98%. I was pleased with the end result but I think it's ridiculous I had such a time getting back money for a service I never received and couldn't get a return call and was left to resort to filing a complaint with the credit card company. I'm not sure if Clean Green thought I didn't deserve the money back because they came out twice but I never asked them to come twice and it should have been done right the first time. I will never pay in advance for any service again and I think it's a mistake for them to ask. Thank you for coming the 2nd time to make sure my floors looked better. I do appreciate that. I will recommend you but will also tell my story.

Carpet not stretched very well...still a small ripple. Cleaning wasn't very good. The same soiled areas resurfaced soon after cleaning.

Great, they were on time and completed the job as promised. Very efficient and thorough, would definitely use again.

There was a problem, but owner cheerfully came out and fixed everything the next day. They stood behind the work.

They always do a great job, good technicians, carpets dry quickly and they do not use harsh chemicals.

I really liked it. I really liked them. He did a good job. The only thing I didn’t like is I called him and he never called me. Because I really liked his job, there was only a spot, right really north of the wall in my bedroom where it was brown. I don’t know what happened and I just wanted to talk to him and he didn’t call me back. That’s the only thing I would complain about. I just wanted to ask him I think it was probably maybe too much water in that spot that it came leaking from the bottom or something. But he never called back and nobody else did call back about that. The rest of it I was really pleased about. I will not hesitate on using them again. The quality was wonderful.

Didn't look like it got any cleaner. vacuumed before and after and still filled my canister with dirt.

Will use again if I need my carpets cleaned.

They did a very nice job; recommend the company to anyone that would need carpet cleaning.

It went well. Stains were removed and carpet looked like new.

Many dirty spots were left. Not happy. Have not contacted theme yet because of illness in family. Will be in touch to let them know of my displeasure.

Very good. Tile and grout looks great. Asked Curtis if he could clean my shower while he was here and he did, so I was able to check a "to do" DONE!

spots returned almost immediately...not true with last cleaner...i went out, bought a pet friendly carpet cleaner at costco re-did spots and they were fine

Cleaning was thorough but did not include washing the vent covers or even putting them back on which a) should have been explained up front and b) we didn't know until they left.

Coupon is misleading. I have travertine tile. Coupon said $99 for tile cleaning. I made my appointment, company arrived in time. The guy then looked at my time and said he is going to have to charge me more due to type of tile. It was for 3X as much! After weeks of going back and forth with manager and Angie's, agreement was made to clean for original price. He did a great job, but noticed he is still using same coupon without any explanation or type of tile they clean.

I was very pleased with how clean my carpet was.

I ended up paying three times the price I got from Angie's list. The entry way was counted as a room. I had to pay extra for the urine stains and it didn't help.

The crew was very professional and explained everything clearly. We had some pretty bad spots from our dog and from coffee spills that they said mat be difficult to remove. After pre-treatment, they were able to get out most of the spots from my pets, but could not remove all of the spots from spilled coffee or soda.
