Clean Green Carpet Cleaning LLC

I would not use this company again. I had never used this service before so I called to set the appointment time. A lady answered and I explained that I had purchased the coupon on Angie's list. She asked if she could call me back in a few mins and that she was not in her office. A few hours later I received a call and scheduled the appointment. The next day I received an email verifying a different earlier appointment time that I was told by the lady on the phone wasn't available. What? I received a response to my next email telling me I was correct. So confused. I had requested online when I scheduled the service ( under the special instructions area), that shoes not be worn in the house. I also asked over the phone. I then had to ask the carpet technician himself when he walked in my home with wet snowy feet. He responded with the comment that he cleaned his carpets walking backwards so there was no need. This was a very uncomfortable situation. The technician called 15 minutes before the later half of the allotted arrival time asking if there was water access outside from the house. I explained that I hadn't been asked that before and didn't think that was part of the water shut off process that one does for sprinklers etc and that my husband was out if town and it could take time to get ahold of him. The technician told me he could find something to do to fill the time until I found out. what? I talked to my husband and he laughed asking why this was even an issue. I called the man back to give him the ok. Isn't this something the carpet "Technician" should know? The technician was late arriving, I showed him the areas I was most concerned about and we agreed that if the stained area did not come up, that we would not clean the entire room because it had very little traffic and I'd rather spend my money in a different area. When I returned from picking my children up from school he explained that the stain came up so he cleaned the entire room. The area was wet and appeared clean, however after all areas that were cleaned had dried the next afternoon, the stains were back and there was a new long dis colored streak that had not been there before! I paid extra to have two areas and a staircase cleaned and they were mediocrely cleaned at best. The technician was polite but the work was less than optimal to say the least. :(

They have a brush that could not be used as my duct work had insulation on the inside that the brush would destroy. I was a little disappointed that the brush couldn't be used to completely clean all of the sides, but the problem was more with my duct work than with the services they provided. The technician was helpful and friendly.

( not included in original estimate but attempted at no cost. They did an excellent job, job was slightly more than I anticipated but they did clean from each vent/return to the furnace. They used a power brush, blower and vacuum system. Many cleaners only clean a few feet down from each vent.

The fellow power-brush cleaned and vacuumed out every heat vent and cold air return vent in the house. He then filled the vents with an anti-microbial fog to kill anything inside. Very thorough and professional.

cleaned 3 areas with one spot clean for which I paid extra . Cleaning was adequate. The carpet is only one year old. Traffic areas after cleaning were still somewhat matted and spot was not fully removed. Appointment time was between 10 and 12, and technician came a little after 11, cleaned everything in about 1/2 an hour. I had originally scheduled a cleaning at another property for a 2-4 appointment. In that case, the technician called me at 3:50 and told me it would be at least half an hour before he came, so I had to cancel that appointment due to other obligations.

I did add some other areas for them to do, totally 5 areas in my home. The carpets took about a day to dry. The team that did the work did a good job. I would definitely use them again.

I used Angie's list to select this vendor based on past reviews. | |These guys were very professional, showed up as agreed and got the work done. Their model is the same as others, offering low prices then up-selling on arrival, but the end price was very competitive for a very large home ~10k square feet. They have state of the art equipment, chemicals. | |I will absolutely use them again at least 2-3 times a year and would highly recommend the company.

All carpets in our 4 bedroom house, including berber carpets, stairs, and pet treatments in two areas. We are very happy with the results. The carpets look like new. The smell was nice, not overpowering. It dried quickly even though it was a rainy, humid day outside. The house still smells great.

Communicated well in advance, showed up on time. Professional and polite - did a great job!

my big complaint is that carpet cleaner person left his dirty footprints all over my hardwood and marble floor. I suggest service provider wear a sock over his shoes while cleaning to avoid this.

The service guy came a little later than he expected to be here. He took awhile trying to sell other services but i had a Groupon and it was for $49 for 3 rooms cleaned. So we mapped out the 3 rooms and then I had the top half of my steps cleaned. The steps were cleaned last as he went out the door. The carpet is clean and only took one try. The steps have never been cleaner.

I would definitely use Clean Green again. The cleaned carpets were not soaked and dried out in a reasonable amount of time. The technician was a little late but the company called to let me know and offered to reschedule if the new time would not be convienient. Scotch Garded the carpeting also, something we have not done in the past so it will be interesting to see how is lasts and performs. The technician was knowledgeable and personable.

The service did not turn out very well. I had a different company come and clean my chimney and the soot got all over the carpet and my furniture. I asked them to clean my chairs instead of the carpet cleaning and they did get some yellow spots on the chairs, but they did take care of that. They slid a box across my floors and it put a large scratch in it. I have not heard from them on what they are going to do about the repair. The guy was not that professional.

Not well. He was quite late, but someone called to let me know that the day was running behind schedule by about two hours. There were a couple of problems. The pre-spray got onto window and the mini blinds by my stairs and also sprayed below the stairs onto the tile floor. By the time he was done, the floor below the stairs was completely wet (and very slippery). He did not offer to clean that up. As he was coming back into the house to present me with the bill, I pointed out that he was tracking dirt into my house, which was mixing with the pre-spray. He was really in a big rush the whole time he was at my home and did a poor job of cleaning up the messy pre-spray plus dirt problem. It took me an hour after he left to clean that tile floor. Later when I came home from food shopping I discovered that there was water in my kitchen on the floor. It had leaked all the way from the outside faucet where he had hooked up a hose to fill up the tank of his van, under my kitchen cabinets and into the middle of the tile floor. I called up the guy who had cleaned my carpets and he said "It's not my fault. Your faucet is broken." I asked him what I should do. He said to dry the floor with towels and put a fan on it to dry it out. That turned out to be bad advice. I should have called my homeowner's insurance company right away. The carpet cleaning was on Saturday, June 1st, 2013. Today is September 18th, 2013 and I am still dealing with getting all the repairs done on my kitchen from the water damage I had. Yes, there was a problem with my faucet that had probably been going on for a while. Since I rarely used that faucet, I was unaware of the leak. A disaster remediation company came in to my place on the following Wednesday after the flood. They found mold when they pulled out the trash compactor and then tore out everything along that wall. Even though the leaky faucet was not the carpet cleaner's fault, I thought his attitude was poor. Now I need to have my carpets cleaned again because of all the workers coming and going in my home. I will not be using this company to do the job.

Personable, professional, knew what he was doing, and worked quickly.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. It was a rip-off. They got here and wanted to charge him extra for the amount of cold air returns we had. They did not want to charge the agreed-upon price so we ran them off. They did not honor the price so we are not happy about that. When the technician showed up he did not even know what he was supposed to do. We paid for the Big Deal and did not even get the service. The technician was not even here 10 minutes and did not even lift a tool. He came in and wanted to dicker about the price, telling us what we wanted done was not part of the deal. The technician was also 20 minutes late and was a jerk while he was here.

I had purchased the vent cleaning Angie's Deal for $99 earlier (online). The young man from Clean Green came punctually to my home, took a look at how many vents I have, and explained that he'd have to cut around the vent covers, since they'd been painted over. I was fine with that, and he was very careful not to damage any part of my wall or the vent covers. He brought in the equipment to clean out the ducts, did so quickly and thoroughly. He did miss one vent in another bathroom, but I didn't notice until after he left. Not a big deal. I asked him about how much it costs to clean carpets, and he mentioned a deal they had going on for 3 rooms at $69. He said he could do it right then, since he had some time before his next appointment, so I went ahead with it, and he helped me move some furniture to get it done. He even put blocks under my couch, so the wooden feet wouldn't be damaged. He was friendly and helpful and it was a great service. My carpets looked so much better! The vents appear to be very clean as well. All in all, it was a really good experience.

I purchased the coupon that was on Angie's List. It was for 5 rooms for 111.00. I called to set up the appointment and Valerie was very helpful. They sent a confirmation and called to confirm the appointment the day before. Jordan arrived at the scheduled time and was very professional plus very knowlegeable about carpeting. I had stairs, extra room and a pet stain that I also needed done. He gave me a quote on the additional items and it was very fair. He was very efficient and answered all the questions I had. My carpets are old and I am plannning on replacing next year, but they look fabulous since I had them cleaned! I would definitely use them again. The whole experience was good!

They both did a great job repairing areas in the carpet. I had lots of stairs, they gave me half price on the stairs. The owner and the tech both came out to make sure it was a good job.

I had a coupon for 3 rooms, but when asked about charges for other small areas like stairs, halls, a small area in the bathroom, the price went up exponentially and it was as though he was making it up on the spot rather than having a system that he used. If he had a system, it appeared to be based on how he thought he was reading me and his "super salesmanship." Way over priced for what was done (moving a vacuum over a rug) as far as I'm concerned. But of course he had to get to my location and has to feed a family I presume.

It went fine. I had purchased the $59.00 coupon for 3 rooms. He was courteous and I was happy with the results.

Best carpet cleaners I have ever had. They use non toxic cleaners and my carpet looks like it did when we installed it 10 years ago. Was considering buying new carpet until I had it cleaned by Clean Green.

Curtis was very punctual, professional and personable. He gave me great information, a quote for the work and then worked diligently to clean in a timely fashion.
