The company was very responsive to my email. The technician showed up on time. We had requested pet stain removal but the technician was very honest and said it wouldn't help. I appreciated this because I was at work and wouldn't not have known otherwise and he could have just done the stain removal, or charged me for it regardless. But he was honest about it and saved me the extra money on something I didn't need. The only downside was that when my wife went to check after work she said the carpets were still very wet. But we weren't also there to open windows and turn on fans so take that at face value. Overall I was very happy with the prompt service and professionalism and honesty and I would use them again.

I thought it went very well. He called when he was on his way, was right on time and once he arrived he went right to work. He did a quick job and I was very happy with it.

We have a rental home and a hoarder tenant just moved out. The carpets were FILTHY!!!! Now they are super clean. Valerie makes the appointments and she is cheerful and accommodating. They showed up when they said they would. They called before they got there. They sent the receipt promptly. They have great angie's list discounts, which they honored even though the carpet was extra dirty. We are very pleased with them, and we plan to use them again for other properties. And hopefully they won't have to work so hard next time! Highly recommend.

Excellent results, just as with the first time I used them. Not only were the carpets beautifully cleaned, but stains didn't come back, as they have with other services I have used. They also didn't leave the carpets soaking wet, which was also a problem I had with another service.

I had them come out and clean the ducts in one of our two furnaces as well as some of the carpet throughout the house. I personally question whether duct cleaning is really beneficial at all. They did the basement furnace and I did not have the main floor ducts cleaned. I did vacuum out the main floor ones myself. I do not notice any difference between the basement and the main floor. If you search duct cleaning on Youtube you will see some very extensive duct cleaning. I would imagine that would really help reduce the dust in the house. As usually the company is all about the upsell and by the time it was all said and done I paid about $450. Jon did seem to work hard and I did not doubt that he was trying to do a good job. Apparently the stains were stronger than he was because they ended up winning in the end ;) On the carpet cleaning side I would certainly recommend them over Zerorez.

Clean Green Carpet Cleaning was very helpful and I would use them again. I owned a vacant home that the previous tenant had just soiled the carpet so bad I thought I would have to replace it. I tried them on a hope that it would come clean, and it did. The tech was polite, the service was great and the end result saved me thousands!

He arrived at the beginning of my scheduled time. I added on my upholstery while he was there and he made the time to do it. I forgot how much I paid after the add-on. But it seemed reasonable at the time, or I wouldn't have added it on.

The actual cleaning went very fast. After my carpet dried though, all the darker traffic areas came back as though nothing had been cleaned. The workers left dirty boot marks on my clean tile floors that I had to clean up after they left. I was happy with the duct cleaning but not happy with the carpet cleaning. I was affended when one worker answered his cell phone and reported to the caller that he had got about $250.00 more off this job so it was not a total loss.

2 men worked together and the job went very fast. The air that comes out of each vent is greatly improved in height and volume from what it was before.

That turned out great. They cleaned some bedrooms, a living room and a front room/dining room. Just one cleaner came out and it took them a couple of hours. They did a basic carpet cleaning for me.

I have a small home: 1000 sq feet 6 vents. They said because the size of the home they need to charge me double. I ended up settling on $80 more. Don't use these people. They show a low price to being with you can count on not paying that price. They will shake every extra penny they can out of you.

It worked out really well. They came out the next day after I purchased it. I had the need for them to come very fast because I was selling the property and that was one of the requirements for the buyers that I got all the ducts cleaned before they took over the property so that's why the timing was very essential and they did accommodate it for my scheduling. The pricing was very competitive.

In the past others didn't charge me for going around my bed. But they did.

Went fine. The deal I bought was a $99.00 air duct cleaning. After cleaning the deals detailed vents and cold air return I ended up paying an additional $279.00 to clean the remaining registers and cold air returns. It needed to be done but I guess I did not realize that the two additional cold air returns were separate, I mean they all go to the same furnace.

The job was completed quickly and the technician did a great job. I appreciated the advice he provided to help keep my carpets clean until the next cleaning.

The original job was done well; and then he went far beyond what he needed to do.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it turned out okay. I paid about $102 above the price of the Big Deal because I always know they are going to push for the Scotchgard on top of the carpeting. I probably will not use them again because I think they are a little pricey on their Scotchgard protectant that they put down. All they did was take a spray can and spray the Scotchgard on the rug. This took about 3-1/2 to 4 minutes. So I'll just find somebody else. The price of the basic carpet cleaning was okay with me.

Misunderstanding about " area covered" If 1 room is only 100 sq. ft that is considered 1 area if 1 room is 200 sq ft. that too is considered 1 area. I thought 600 sq ft. would be 600 sq ft I had bought the $66.00 coupon. The fellows did a goo job and were pleasant Would probably use them again, just figure out up front the additional cost

Contractor showed up on time. I learned the procedure consisted of running a combination brush and vacuum head down each duct line from the register and vacuuming out any debris via unit in the truck. They had no way to ensure that the coil on the furnace was not harmed or to see inside the duct to confirm condition or satisfactory cleanliness. The method just seemed too haphazard to me so I declined to let them proceed with the work. Contractor owner did come promptly to explain further his methods and means and he was very polite throughout.

Our tech, Rhett, was very good and thorough. He explained everything fully and was a hard and fast worker. I would not hesitate letting him back in our home to do additional work. When it came time to pay him, both he and I forgot that I had already paid Angie's List for the initial cleaning of $69. Consequently, I ended up being charged and paid the additional $69. A few days later when I discovered it, I sent an email to Jeff at Clean Green Carpet Cleaning and explained what happened. Jeff responded immediately and acknowledge that I had overpaid. He asked if he could send a check to us for the overpayment. It arrived two days later. The situation was resolved quickly, hassle-free and very professionally. Jeff at Clean Green Carpet Cleaning truly exemplifies what real customer service is.

The provider arrived in a timely manner and assessed all the air ducts. He did try to upsell but was not overly pushy about it. I did need to add an additional duct to the deal which was to cost $25. But turns out the duct was inaccessible due to the linoleum. There were 2 workers so the process only took about 45 minutes they were very friendly. They did track in a little bit of mud but vacuumed it up on the way out.

The person who came was very professional and left a bottle of spot cleaner to use in the future. I will call them again.
