We had a new puppy that used our oriental rug as a place to go to the bathroom. Because it was in our dining room and we never use that room, we didn't notice what was going on for quite a while. I was worried that the urine stains would not come out because they had been there for a while. Clean Green ended up keeping the rug for longer than anticipated because they had to try three different products to try and get all of the staining out. In the end, they were successful and even delivered the rug to my house to make up for the fact that it had taken them longer than anticipated to complete the job. I will call them to come clean the carpet in my house.

Showed up on time, missed cleaning one duct but came back quickly.

Carpet cleaning was well done and a good value, as advertised. Vent cleaning was more expensive than I had expected. The only thing I wish is that the company's sales strategy didn't involve talking up extra services. I got tired of saying "no" to things we couldn't afford.

The service man (forgot his name) was very professional. He was on time- even was happy to reschedule and come back later after I had a work conflict. He helped me move furniture, and worked hard to complete the job by the end of the day. I was happy with the service. The only think I wasn't completely satisfied with was their pricing strategy. I used a coupon through Angies List - but it became apparent quickly I would need to add additional services - for stairs, etc. Again, I was very happy with the service - but it nearly doubled my initial estimate for the work.

Everything was great. They were responsive and followed up to remind me of appt and even were able to accomodate a short lead time by being creative with thier scheduling.

Clean Green Carpet Cleaning showed up on time, 12- 2pm, Austin was our technician. He evaluated the carpet, 5 bedrooms, 3 living spaces, 2 hallways, 2 sets of stairs and 2 11x11 rugs. Austin did a great job, never seen our carpets this clean before. He took the time to treat and clean the heavily soiled carpets, especially the high traffic areas. Austin also gave me a discount on top of another discount because of the large work order in the home; carpet, vents, rugs and furniture. These guys are true to their word, they really do care about getting your carpets clean. The service from the phone call to post calls after the service are very customer friendly and really do care. You wont go wrong with this company, they are very friendly and you can tell they are sincere and genuine. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in 6 months. Its good to have a company that are honest, sincere and genuine enter into your home and you know you can trust them. Thank you!!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. There were no additional charges. The guy didn't know my confirmation code and he didn't know if I had already paid, which was odd. They did the job but the thing that bothered me was that they didn't bring any ladders or step stools or anything. My vents are up near the ceiling and without asking me, they were dragging around my dining room chairs and standing on them to get to the air vents. I didn't notice for a while because I was ill in bed. I didn't like that and I would have never said that it was okay. I noticed when they were finishing the last vent so it was too late because they had already been stepping on them.

I had no idea my taupe carpets were really white! These guys care about their work and take the extra time required to make it right! Of all the carpet cleaners I have used, these guys are on top of their game. Not only do they have great equipment but they care. It's difficult to find people that take pride in their work - these guys do!

Joel is a wonderful tech to work with. He is very professional, punctual, friendly and works super hard! The carpet was trashed by renters. Overall it looks a lot better than it did before. There were some stains that I'm sure nobody could get out. The tenant worked with coal and carbon materials which left stains from his tools that he daily laid on the carpet. (Geesh…) Anyway we will always use Clean Green Carpet Cleaning because the scheduler is delightful and they always show up when they say they will. They are very effective and professional. Highly recommend.

Very professional and well done. I had Quinn in truck #4. He was punctual, professional and courteous! My carpets are soft and clean again! Quinn was able to get most of the stains out of my carpet (I thought many would not come out). I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking for a great deal!

It was great. Both of the guys that came were very nice, efficient and neat. I am very glad I had them come here. I will diffidently use them again in the future. I am also very glad that they are an environmentally safe cleaning company. It made it nice and easy for my dog and two cats.

It was ok. They created some spots on the stairway with their hose. They charged $20 for every spot and I didn't know it would be that much.

I have respiratory issues when air quality is bad. I recently started a thorough spring cleaning and immediately after I started that project, I developed a terrible cough. I know the cough is related to air quality, but the outdoor air quality has been very good lately. I knew I probably kicked up a lot of dust and someone recommended I look into having the air ducts cleaned. A co-worker recently had their carpets cleaned by this company and had mentioned that they do vent cleaning. I know there is a lot of controversy over whether or not vent cleaning actually has any benefit, but I had tried everything - new filters for my air cleaner, inhaler, the works and my cough didn't improve. I came to Angie's List looking for info on the company and saw they had a deal for vent cleaning for $109, so I bought it. I have 8 vents, so my situation perfectly matched the deal. I asked about mold and mites and he said they do vent fogging - it was $100 - he didn't try to upsell me at all, but I thought it sounded like a good idea - I can be a bit of a hypochondriac, so just the thought of mold spores floating around in there was enough for me. I also bought a lifetime filter, which should arrive within the next week. I called them immediately to schedule an appointment and they were able to come fairly soon and arrived during the appointment window as expected, which I was very happy about. Within 24 hours of when they left, my cough was 80% better and has steadily improved. My filter an intakes were clogged and disgusting. Not quite sure what they got out of the actual ducts, but I do know I feel so much better so I'm kind of conflicted about parts of this review. I'm happy with the health improvement I experienced after having the vents cleaned. I'm on the fence about some other aspects of the service. There were two guys who came - one I think said he owned the company. The other guy helped him out - went around removing the vents and replacing them - he did a little duct cleaning, too. Air return in my kitchen was somehow caulked to the wall and the helper was carefully trying to cut the caulk off to remove the vent so as not to damage my wall/paint. I told him he didn't need to worry too much because I was planning to re-paint the kitchen in the near future. We chatted while they worked and I thought they were very nice and am considering hiring them to clean my carpets. After they left I noticed some dirt and grime and what looked like little tiny pieces of drywall on the counter, stovetop and the floor under the ceiling air vent in the kitchen (all of my air vents are in the walls and ceiling). I grabbed the dust buster and took care of it quickly. I was getting ready for work and headed into the bathroom where I noticed more of the stuff under the vent there. Same with every other vent in the place. My vanity table is under one of the vents and it was covered with stuff, too. While laying in bed the other morning I noticed an odd shadow next to one of the vents in my bedroom. Upon further inspection, I discovered it's a strip of paint that was pulled off the wall along with the vent cover. I do realize that things happen and I'm not as disappointed by the paint ripped off the wall as I am that nobody told me that it happened. My place isn't the Taj Mahal - it's small and cramped, but it's mine. I just wish I had been told about the paint damage in the bedroom and that a little more care had been taken to clean up what flew out of the vents while they were cleaning or that if this kind of "fallout" is common that certain furniture under the vents were covered first. I liked the people who came, how quickly I was able to get an appointment, and I'm thrilled that my cough has gone away. I'm less enthused about the yucky stuff I had to clean up and the situation with the paint/vent in my bedroom. For that reason, I gave them high grades in punctuality, price and responsiveness. I can't give more than so-so-grades for the quality/professionalism which I have decided weigh very heavily on the overall score. I'm still thinking of having them clean my carpet - just not sure yet.

Curtis arrived on time and handled the job professionally and quickly, with very little interruption to my day. I was pleased with his attention to detail and left my home clean.

The tech was friendly and helpful and the carpets looks great. They did take a lot longer to dry than other places I had before. The edges of the bathroom tiles were not cleaned but they were very helpful when I called with my concern and came back right away to make sure it was clean to my satisfaction.

We just bought a new house from people who owned pets, and we noticed the home had a subtle, but distinct pet odor, so we decided we needed to hire carpet cleaners before even moving in. We booked with Clean Green based on their availability and their Angie's reviews, and boy are we glad we did. I will say that they are not the cheapest act in town, but as my husband put it, "You get what you pay for!" Travis went through our entire house with a black-light and easily showed me where all the urine was in the house - and there was quite a bit in every single room! As a result, the cost came in at quite a bit more than we were expecting, but the results are undeniable. Not only does it not stink of urine in the house anymore, but they raked through the carpet when they were finished to fluff it up and make it look almost-new. And, to make up for the increase in price, fixed a few rather large holes in the carpet for free - you can't even tell there were holes at all! On top of everything, they were exactly on time, very professional, explained everything about the process, and took a reasonable amount of time to complete the job. And they offer vent cleaning as well. Long story short: We will definitely plan on using these guys in the future and would recommend them to friends!

The cleaning that they did on our carpets was great. We really like the green cleaning solutions mixed with the steam extraction. The only complaint we have is we were scheduled for 5:00 p.m. and they called to postpone our appointment until 6:40 p.m.

The service op was great - very good and professional. I decided to add the anti-bacterial foam once he was here, since my boyfriend HATES spiders. The ONLY problem I had was with the smell of the foam. It stuck around for a good week, actually causing some headaches for us. Now, I understand that everyone is different, and my family might just be more sensitive than most, but we did have the windows open a lot during that time. Would I use them again? Absolutely. Do I blame them for our physiological response - no, not if they hadn't had anyone react this way. IF they had (and I have no way of knowing), I would hope that they would caution future customers that they *might* feel the same way. BUT the end result is that we've had FAR fewer spiders and the a/c /heater is working great. :)
