They did a great job, picked up and delivered when they where scheduled. My rug now looks amazing.

Arrived on time, did work requested and some add on services.

The pickup was prompt, and professional. The return of the rug was late, weeks late, with no contact regarding an alternate schedule. They seemed confused as to the ownership of the rug, until i called asking for it. Their reply was that the original rep was out of the country.

I was not happy with them because they left a residue on the carpet. I called back and they came back. They told me the guy who cleaned the carpets was fairly new. So they cleaned it again and they were much better after that. They were very responsive after that. They rectified the problem. They got back to me and followed up. The price was good.

It didn’t go well. I think they are mainly into carpet cleaning, so it was weird when they were setting up the appointment. They kept talking about what we needed to do to prepare for carpet cleaning. When I called, they actually had me registered for carpet cleaning instead of duct cleaning. That stuff was minor. The biggest issue was they left piles of mess. We had to come and clean up ourselves. He was nice and actually our duct is much cleaner, but that was kind of disappointing. It was a big deal purchase.

It went well. I did pay additional $12 to get out a red spot.

They did a good job. They had a special going on and we have used them before so we are familiar with their work.

Larry called to let me know he was on his way and arrived at the scheduled time. He took his time cleaning the vents and cold air returns. Some of the vents were particularly dirty as we have never had the vents cleaned in the last 30 years. He was very friendly and answered any questions I had.

They were personable, they were timely, but the result was not what I expected.

I needed all duct work cleaned post-construction. All went well. The provider arrived on time, was thorough, friendly. I paid more than my specials coupon, as I had more ducts than the coupon allotted. I expected this ahead of time and the provided gave me a total prior to starting the work. I would use them again.

I was impressed by the professionalism of this company, both during the actual service and prior to with scheduling/reminders, etc. I bought a special to have 5 rooms cleaned because I wasn't sure how my combined living/dining room and hall would be counted. The guy that came said that it was probably 4-1/2 so i picked the right one. I am unable to lift much currently due to recovery from an operation and medical procedures and he helped a lot with getting small stuff off of the floor. The cleaner wore slippers over his shoes, worked quickly, and was very friendly. I thought he did a great job! The weather was humid so the carpet stayed wet for longer than I preferred, but dried thoroughly by the next day. It looks really good again. I would use this company again and recommend them to my friends.

Everything went great. They charged $4 per step if you need your stairs cleaned.

Technician was prompt, friendly and completed the job in a timely manner. The job was done to my satisfaction. My "B" rating on price was based on a couple things. A few days after making the purchase, the same company offered a better deal through Groupon. Also, I was charged an additional fee for one step into my master bedroom and for cleaning two small rugs (even though the "four areas" were under what I would consider normal room size).

Very very professional and hard working. We found out that a number of my heat vents and returns had not ever been cleaned (deduced from the huge particles vacuumed up) even though twice previously over the years I had paid companies to come out and clean them.

Came in on time, cleaned everything thoroughly. Even gave me advice on how to spot clean my wool rug.

Clean Green did a great job. They were quick, on-time and the carpet looks great--better than the last time when I had someone else do it. And better than I thought it would ever look again.

Good News: They did an acceptable job. Bad News: They were 100% more expensive than their previous bill for the same work and $300 more expensive than the last service (Sears) which did a comparably good job. Additional comment: After getting the bill, they tried to sell me a $150 "stain protection treatment" on top of the bill... Bottom Line: Not worth the extra cost unless you want to be able to tell your neighbors that your carpets were cleaned with citrus extract.

I was unhappy with the punctuality and the professionalism of my technician; although he did clean the carpets very well. I expected much more courteous and professionals from the company based on the reviews. It is a lot of money to spend to not be satisfied with all aspects of the service. I called the company to explain why I was disappointed and they were very responsive and understanding. They took responsibility and explained that this was a brand new technician and assured me that they would work with the him to assure that this experience would not happen again. Because of how they handled my complaint, I will use this company again in the future.

They came close to the scheduled time. There were 2 of them, one was being trained. They were friendly, explained things well and completed the expected work in a timely manner. The price was as had been quoted. They twice suggested getting two other air intakes cleaned, but it wasn't in the budget. It was also mentioned that the company could clean our kitchen tile grout.

Excellent service.

They did a good job. The carpets look great. My only complaint is that the pet-stain remover treatment was a little pricey.

Great job. Exceeds expectations for finished results on our 20 year old white carpets. One issue - it was pouring rain all day. Why did our tech go out in the rain and come back in with our invoice and walk over our finished result with nasty work boots??????? That's the only reason for the average rating for professionalism.
