It was advertized as $99 for 5 rooms. I wanted a set of stairs and a hallway done as well. Very accomodating. The total price was $157. The carpets look great.

The price was fair but the service was not what I thought it was going to be. It was just a simple air duct cleaning instead of the whole thing. We had it done before and I thought it was going to be that where they go downstairs and walk off your whole system. They just cleaned individual air ducts. That was partly my fault for not digging into it a little better. The person that came out was great. He was a nice guy and he did a good job. It was just not the service I was looking for.

I had to reschedule because my painters didn't finish when promised, but Clean Green accommodated me. I had them clean all the carpets in my new house, including deep clean of spots left by prior owner's pets. They also cleaned the ends of air vents (not the main line). It worked great - I'm allergic to pet dander, but I've been in the cleaned house several days now with no symptoms. I would definitely use Clean Green again.

David from Clean Green Carpet Cleaners came to my home on June 24 to clean the carpets and one couch. He was right on time, and even called ahead to let me know when he would be there. He was very nice, polite, and easy to work with. He cleaned the carpets in two rooms, and they look very nice. The reason I decided to get the carpets and couch cleaned this month was because my sectional couch was quite dirty, and the special offered included one couch. I have been unsuccessful in the past trying to get this couch clean. It is micro fiber and nothing seems to get it clean. Unfortunately, David had the same problem. He was unable to get the couch clean. That was quite disappointing, but understandable. He said he would discuss the problem with his coworkers and let me know if they came up with a cleaning solution, so I have my fingers crossed.

I actually misunderstood their ad. Their ad was for a home job, and I needed two dryer vent lines cleaned out in an apartment complex. They didn't have long enough vacuum lines on their truck, so they dispatched another truck to bring more equipment. They found a ton of lint in the lines and got it all out. And even though they had to work way harder than expected, they gave me a more than reasonable price for both lines. I can't even imagine how I could have gotten better service! They are 100% service oriented. Now I plan to use them every year for preventative service.

One of the things I do not like about having the carpets cleaned is all of the up selling and add on treatments the technicians try to sell you. This technician told me unless we had the whole house treated for pets at $60.00 additional per room the smell would be so bad that the house would be unlivable. He said he didn't think he had enough pet treatment on the truck to treat the whole house anyway and maybe we should reschedule. Since I bought the $99.00 for five areas package, this was not something I was interested in doing. I paid for one area of pet treatment and told him to just clean the carpets without treating them for pets. He was very reluctant to clean the carpets and told me I had to sign a waiver stating I had been warned about not treating the carpets for pets. He also wanted to charge me $160.00 to clean one 8x10 area rug. I opted not to have him clean it. We have had the carpets cleaned many times by many different companies. In a house with four kids and 3 dogs, the carpets get pretty dirty. As I predicted the house smelled just fine after the cleaning even without the pet treatment. I guess I'll rent a rug doctor and clean the area rug myself. He said he needed to test it etc. before he could clean it. I told him it has been cleaned many times in the past but he said he could not clean it without these expensive procedures. He also left wet puddles on the hardwood floors in the hallway. I would not use this company in the future.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism of the personnel. They did a fantastic job and we will be using them in the future.

Service was ok. We had requested dog and spot treatment, but this information must not have been relayed to the actual cleaner and he did not have time to provide this service (?). Additionally, we had asked for the wood floor to be polished, which also came as a surprise to the cleaner. He did polish the floor, but I wasn't happy with the shine. I polished my own floor - on my hands and knees - a couple of days later and the shine when I did it was myself was much better.

Tech showed up on time, was very courteous, and did a great job cleaning the carpets. Company rep called ahead to see if I would agree to reschedule to a later date/time due to personnel shortage on the day I was scheduled. I explained that new tenant needed to get moved in same day carpet cleaning was scheduled and I was already concerned carpet would still be damp when they moved in. So, she actually moved my job to an earlier time to help me out. Couldn't be happier.

They were excellent! We have German Shepherd Dogs and there is a lot of hair. They totally cleaned all the vents and the carpets. Excellent service, on time and very polite.

Clean Green did an excellent job of cleaning our carpets and when we wanted to add additional areas (e.g., stairs) they did it willingly at a fair price. They were prompt and did fantastic work. The carpets were spotless and were not "crunchy" when they finished. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for excellent work at a good price.

The deal is for 8 vents and 1 return, most homes have more than that, which we do, so it was an additional amount. There was a problem with the equipment so we had to wait over an hour for a replacement device to arrive. They discounted the service because of this and we are very satisfied with Russ' work. We will have them back.

I loved them they were great! They compleatly removed a coffee stain I had made in my carpet during Christmas. They use products that dont harm our animals & high traffic area stains throughout our home are no more.

I hadn't ever had the air ducts cleaned and have lived in this house for 43 years and raised four children. Very interesting things came out of the vents. I had been changing my furnace filters regularly, but I was still getting a lot of dust, now I seem to have very little dust.

It was pretty well. They did what I hired them to do. They did a pretty good job. I was quite satisfied. The actual service was fine. The staff was fine and competent. They did it well. They did the job competently. I had no complaints. I was satisfied with what they did.

It did not go well. They didn’t show up. They lied and said that they did come but said no one was home. We had to hire someone else.

Clean Green responded quickly to the "Big Deal" purchase. The office staff was very prompt and polite when scheduling, and with the reminder and follow up calls. Curtis (I think his real name is Superman) arrived in the window I was promised. Curtis is a true professional! The work was done quickly and to my satisfaction. I will refer Clean Green.
