Outstanding customer service. On time and Matt was very professional and highly competent. Outstanding job cleaning the carpet. Best deep cleaning ever with no chemical residue. Carpet took overnight for all the rooms to completely dry(12 hours). But the carpet was soft and clean without the normal stiff residue from some other company's cleaning methods. No hard sales pressure for add ons but my requested add ons were reasonably priced for the size of our home. Also they give a one year stain guarantee for the rooms with protectant. I will definitely use this company again.

I have an old house, the hose frequently got stuck in the ducts and some ducts could not be cleaned. The operator explained the problem and I believe he completed the job as best he could.

They did a good job. He did what they intended to do and they came and cleaned and ended up selling us a disinfectant as well. We got a discount.

They also called me the day of and told me they can to cancel because of a broken down truck. I was going to have renter be moving in our home the next day so I was very upset and had to call and demand they get some one over to clean the carpets that day and they did end up sending someone over just a little bit later so I was happy they tried to be accommodating to my cirumstances.

I cannot fully evaluate nor rate this service. As a result of issues that still confound me, I did not receive the service, nor did they ever return my calls. Consequently I attempted to cancel the service, was informed by an Angie's List rep that the refund time had expired, so the prox $139.50 would not be refunded. I questioned Angie's list but, if I recall, it may have been too late to even get the service. He was a great guy but I ended up with streaks on my carpet. I was not able to get back to him because I have people coming. I'm not sure if I would use him again. He was the owner and he was great. I must say my carpets were very dirty. But, I thought they should not have ended up with streaks.

A professional and congenial gentleman named Max called 30 minutes before the appointed time to inquire whether it would be satisfactory to have him come over, and of course we agreed. We conducted a walkthrough when he arrived, and he appeared to have no qualms about the state of the carpet. I also asked whether he might clean a stained dining room chair, and we agreed on a reasonable price. Once the work was complete, Max and I looked at the stunningly clean carpet and chair, and I literally could not believe how perfect everything looked. The entire job was completed ahead of schedule, and everything went flawlessly. The cleaning compounds used are environmentally friendly and there is absolutely no chemical (or any other) odor. My only regret is having waited so long to have my carpet cleaned by this outstanding company!
