Description of Work: I used Brady to do the roof repair after the storm damage and gave them a glowing review. Then I tried to get them back to repair the soffit damage (also from the storm). No response after multiple calls and promises to be in touch.

Description of Work: I wrote the "Very Disappointed" review about the communication problems in Brady's Roofing front office, etc. Dymon Brady called and emailed me with an explanation and apology as to what happened. He also called and spoke to my niece and apologized to her and offered his help if we had any questions about roofing procedures/products. I was impressed with his professionalism and courtesy. With that said, I would recommend Brady Roofing. Thanks Dymon.

Description of Work: I read a lot of great reviews about this roofing company. But, It took two weeks to get a bid. The communication between the office and the estimator was almost non-existant. The estamator was inconsiderate and rude to my niece when trying to schedule a time. I'm not sure why someone needed to be home to inspect the roof. When we finally received the bid it was $1500 above the other two bids. Their products look great but the lack of communication led me to use another company.

Description of Work: Remove old roof and replace with new shingles on a small part of our roof. Job involved underlayment, flashing and caulking. Everything was done in accordance with the written proposal in a timely manner. The crew cleaned up well after the job. It was a very satisfactory experience.

Description of Work: brady roofing provided the best price for our gutter replacement work. steve, from brady gutters, was upfront on pricing and scheduling of work. although an hour late on the day of work, they removed the old gutters and installed the new ones quickly and professionally. i will definitely consider them for my future roof and gutter needs.

Description of Work: The roof was leaking at my rental home. They came out and looked at it and gave me an estimate, all in a professional manner. They completed the project when they said they would. With all the rain we have been having, I feel comfortable they got the leak. I feel they are a little pricey but the convenience of working with them made it ok.
