Description of Work: I called to get a few bids from various companies. Brady Roofing got back to me the fastest. I waited over a week to hear from one company, so I assume even though they might have been good, they maybe didn't need my business? We have had a leak somewhere in the roof and I wanted to see what the problem was and the cost to repair. When Stewart came, he was very nice and professional. He told me the problem could be a few different things, but said he could caulk to try to see if that would work first before doing anything major. I asked how much it would cost, he said he would do that for free. I was blown away! Nothing is ever free from anyone. Then he told me what might have to be done if that doesn't fix the problem. He said because we need a whole new roof within 5 years, he suggested we see if we can patch or make other things work instead of having to pull part of the roof apart and re-stucko. He said that could get costly, but would be more cost efficient if we could just fix it all when we get a new roof. I really appreciate his honesty and not just telling me I need to make costly repairs so they can earn more money. As a result, I will definitely be calling them in the future for a new roof and other repairs. Honesty when it comes to business is hard to come by. I appreciate that he was trying to save me money all around. Small gestures like caulking for free go a long way with me. I just like repair men who give me the straight story and treat me the way they would their own family.

Description of Work: I contacted Brady Roofing and asked for a quote for a home we are flipping. He went to the home and provided an estimate when he said he would. We ended up finding someone cheaper and we were not concerned enough about the quality for this home so we went with the cheaper solution. I would consider Brady Roofing in the future.

Description of Work: We were very happy with the workmanship and dealing with Brady Roofing. They cleaned up each each night when they left and were here first thing in the morning. They started on Tuesday and were through Friday around 6:00 pm. The one thing I didn't like was they didn't tell us they would disconnect our Satelite Dish and we had to call Dish tv and have them come and reinstall and that took a couple of days. Overall I would recommend to anyone.

 + 0 moreWe had all of our gutters replaced, but they leaked on two inside corners. Brady roofing came out, inspected the roof and gutters and then came out and did the repairs. They were quick to respond and did a very professional job. It also did not cost as much as I expected.
Description of Work: Removed shingles and drip edge from bottom of roof. Installed new drip edge with Ice and Water shield stripped in 8". Re-installed shingles and seal down with roofing cement.

They located an electrician on a Sunday and were able to address the problem and finish on time. They communicated daily with me (I work in another state currently) and did a walk through with a family member. They were consumate professionals.
Description of Work: Replaced 3500 sq ft of old tar and gravel 1/12 roof with a membrane and replaced gutters. Added plywood sheeting over areas of old soft subroof.

Cleaned up each day, allowed me to get rid of some extra junk around the house in the large dumpster, showed up on time and put up with my countless (and I assume annoying) questions and a fair warranty. I would definitely hire the roofing team and the gutter/soffit & fascia installer again and recommend them to my friends.
Description of Work: 2 Car Garage Roof: Removed existing Gravel/Tar roof and replaced with Plastic/membrane roof. Removed and replaced soffit, fascia and gutters. Repaired damaged wood.

 + -1 moreCompared to three other companies contacted for quotes, this one was very frustrating to work with. I first left a message that went unreturned. Then I scheduled an appt for an estimate and the person was a no show, and when I called two hours later I was told they didn't come due to the drizzle of rain. Then I called to reschedule and was told they would get back to me. A week later I got a call that they were unable to make their scheduled appt for the exact time they were calling, that they never actually told me about? The other three services were able to come within two days and I had e-mailed estimates in hand within another two days.

My house looks beautiful! If you need a new roof I would highly recommend this company. They went above and beyond any thing I expected.

 + -1 moreAfter a few weather delays, the work was done extremely well and quickly in only a day and one half. (They waited for a good day to begin to avoid any possibility of rain damage to the interior of the house.) This is by far the best experience we have ever had with a construction firm. To our amazement they worked long overtime the first day to make sure that the new roof would be secure enough in the unlikely event that a storm would occur that night. Also, they repaired at no additional cost a rain gutter that had been very badly installed by a previous company.
Description of Work: They removed an old tar and gravel roof and replaced it with an insulated membrane roof.

The framing, which included tearing some of the old roof off to expose the structure, had to be completed in two days so the roofers could "dry-in" the new roof just hours before a major rainstorm. Brady sent the roofers out at 6:00 PM, it was dark by the time they finished, The siding subcontractor was very meticulous and detail oriented, he did a beautiful job. All the work was well co-ordinated with minimal impact to my family. There were some minor delays between phases of the project, but once each portion was begun the crews worked every day (the shingles were finished on a Saturday) until that portion was complete. The site was cleaned up every day. Overall, the quality of the work exceeded my expectations even though I worked in construction for 20 years.
Description of Work: We had a pitched roof framed on a flat roofed house, asphalt shingles installed, entire house sided, rain gutters and a single ply membrane installed on a flat roofed carport.

Description of Work: Brady Roofing replaced a TPO roof on a commercial building we own. Their price was competitive with the other 3 we received and they were very responsive to our questions and answered all our concerns. They promptly provided all of the insurance information we asked for and ended up starting the job 2 days earlier than we anticipated. They removed two layers of old roofing and did an excellent job replacing with the TPO material. They attended to all the details regarding replacing wall caps and flashing and bad wood. They did exactly what they said they would do in the time frame they gave us. They cleaned up the job site and coordinated with our tenant. We could not be more pleased. If you need a TPO roof, this is the company to use!

 + -1 moreAfter getting the 4 bids, we evaluated them based on the work they would perform. Brady Roofing was over $3,000 less than the others and they were doing almost the identical job per the bid. Their representative, Glade, was very honest and even talked up the competition when we told him who else had bid on the project. He supplied us with 3 references; after viewing them and also speaking with one of the references, we felt very confident that Brady Roofing would do a really good, high quality job. After accepting the bid, they were at our house the next day. It took a total of 3 days. The workers were very pleasant and friendly and were available for questions anytime we had one. They did the walk through inspection with us and explained exactly what they did.
Description of Work: They removed 3 layers of roofing and re-roofed our home, a 1-story approximately 1000 square feet, with a moderately pitched roof. We received quotes from 4 roofers in total and their bid was not only the lowest, but they would be performing almost the exact same work as the others. They put on 30 year architectural shingles (Tamko brand in thunderstorm gray), standard 3 Tab, flashed the pipes/cooler/chimney, added 5 turtle back roof vents, installed ice shield at all eaves/valleys, 90 degree steel drip edge, 30 pound felt underlayment, 30 year warranty on materials, 5 year warranty on labor, and also a TPO membrane on our carport.
