BRADY ROOFING/BRADY GUTTER

I chose Brady over the other bid I received partly due to a slightly lower price, but mostly because Lloyd (the man who did the estimate) spent a lot of time on the phone with me when I called with some questions. This was a month after he'd done the estimate, but he remembered the roof and gave me clear answers to all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. The only small glitch was that I'd called the office a few days before to make sure they had and would use my cell # for any communications the day the work was scheduled since I wanted to be there but I live about 30 minutes away. I was at the house for an hour before one of the workman (who also didn't get the message) called the office to find out why no one else was there and learned that they decided there was too great a chance of rain. When I returned home, the message was on the home phone. It wasn't a big deal since I did some badly-needed yard work as long as I was there and had planned to be there that day and the next anyway. The next day the crew was already working when I arrived around 8:00. Lloyd came by later in the day to check on things. Everyone worked hard and stayed until 6:30 or so to complete it in one day which I really appreciated--especially since there was a problem with electricity after I went out to lunch and they had to wait until I returned to flip the breaker and unlock a back door so they could plug in one of the tools inside the house. A few days later my handyman stopped by to inspect the work and was very impressed. This was an easy company to work with. The roof came with both a materials and labor guarantee, and all paperwork was sent promptly. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them to others.

I called Brady roofing to schedule an appointment time to replace my roof. I was told that Brady would call me back later that afternoon. He never returned my call. I guess he has enough business and does not need anymore.

The workers started on Monday @ 8 am- sometimes working until 8pm and did an excellent job- finished on time and totally cleaned up afterwards.

Brady came out to look at our job and work up an estimate the same day I called. I received an estimate the next day. I went ahead and got two more estimates before making a decision. Brady roofing called everyday to see if I had any questions and when I did have a question they were very responsive. I decided to go with Brady Roofing because of the detailed estimate I received as well as seeming to be the most professional of the three I had estimates from. Brady's estimate was three pages long detailing every aspect of the job. Brady's price was the highest but I felt that the quality of the shingles used were better than the other two contractors. After awarding Brady the contract we set a date. The day before they were scheduled to start the owner of the company called me to let me know they would be there in the morning and wanted to know if I had any questions. My impression of him and his company was very good. His crew showed up the next morning and went to work. They completely stripped the roof and had it dried in before they left for the day. They were very good about covering grass and plants and shrubs and well as keeping everything kleened up. They finished the second day and said I would get a call in morning from the office. The next morning the office called and set up an appointment to come out and do a final walk through that day. The walk through went very well and I wrote them a check for the total price. I was given a lien waver as well as all warranty paperwork.I love the way our roof turned out it is by far much better than the one we had replaced . I highly recommend Brady Roofing.

About a 75 mph gust of wind hit our house, peeling the roof back. Insurance came right out as well as thr yellow page roofers we selected. Each griped about how messy tar and gravel was to clean up. I mentioned the garage as a seperate bid with the yellow page guys. Lowest seperate bid was $4900. It wa just "such a mess tar and gravel". The next day we contacted Dymon at BRADY ROOFING. He was nice down to business, mentioned "would you like me to look at the garage as well", reluctantly I said yes. I was gun shy after my yellow page bidders. Dymon reminded me of a time when your word and a hand shake was a bonded deal, because your name is at stake. I recommend Brady Roofing especially when praying for miricles, and who needs gripes and greed to get good service.

I chose Brady Roofing. Selu Alofipo was the man that came out to talk to me. He was on time, very professional, and very courteous, with me. He went on the roof and he was up there for awhile and when he came down, we went in the house, and he showed me photos of my roof. He knew exactly what caused my problems and he stressed each of the items that were wrong with my roof. I fully appreciated that he talked in words, that I would clearly understand and he showed me on the photos also. Whatever he promised to further send me, he did. I felt their price was a fair one for me to compare with the other two bids. All in all, I was very impressed with his presentation and his confidence in his crew to do a good job for me. Job cost was $9,301.86. Selu came on March 28. I contracted with Brady Roofing on April 10. We set up to do my roof on May 10. He said it would take 2 to 2/12 days from start to finish. They finished in two days. They put in a very long first day. I had a misunderstanding with one of the workers on the job which led to the owner, Dymon Brady, coming over the next morning, to discuss my concerns. The misunderstanding was totally my fault, not theirs. Dymon also cleared up a point in the contract with my nephew. He indicated to me and thanked me, for bringing up my concerns and that they would be helpful to him and his crew for future jobs. He was very sincere! During the first day - a worker had one foot fall through the roof and into my hall ceiling. Also, I noticed a couple of things with my gutters that needed their attention. Dymon Brady assured me, both these would be repaired by them and he kept his word! He stayed in contact during the day and afterwards, to be sure I was happy with the repairs and the roof too. I cannot say enough about Brady Roofing! They were wonderful and I so appreciate that the owner came by to personally assure me and he corrected the misunderstandings beautifully!! He proved to me, he and his company are very honest and their first priority is a happy customer! He went above and beyond his call of duty and I can?t praise him or his company enough. I would trust him and Brady Roofing with my life and recommend them very highly to do your roof! I give them an A++++++++ rating!!!!! They were GREAT!!!!!!

No one showed up and no one called. I guess they are busy and don't need my business.

We changed products and went with a different contractor.

The job was completed on schedule, with high quality and at a fair price. Will definitely use them again.

We needed to have our entire roof replaced after a major windstorm in our area. After comparing several bids for both price and technical accuracy (some roofers basically listed "Remove old roof, install new roof"), Brady was clearly the best value. They provided a very detailed bid explaining exactly what work would be accomplished. After we scheduled to have the roof replaced, Brady called and informed us that the 40 yr shingles we selected for replacement were no longer manufactured. They upgraded us to 50 yr shingles at cost. The roofers arrived on schedule. They were very careful to provide protective covering over our window wells and deck. At the end of each day the job foreman would ring the doorbell and explain exactly what had been accomplished that day, what time they would be back, and what they expected to accomplish the next day. Our roof has a number of different valleys and angles, yet they completed the roof on time and it looked even better than when they started. They corrected some minor problems from when the roof was first installed when the house was built. The work area was completely cleaned up, and with the exception of some shingle pebbles on the sidewalk you would never know they were there. At the end of the job they sent someone over to walk through the finished product with me to ensure I was satisfied with their performance. We were so pleased with the professional job Brady did on the roof we also hired them to replace gutters and downspouts that had also been damaged by the storm!

There was major damage in my area due to the wind storm. A lot of work for roofers. I contacted Brady Roofing after looking here on Angie's List. They came out within in the week and provided an estimate. Then they repaired it the next week. It was smooth from beginning to end

They did just fine, and everything is great. They were neither the cheapest nor the most expensive, but I chose them because the shingles that they were using had really good value for money on Consumer Reports. They completed the work a week ago today; I actually have to write them a check today. I would rate them highly.

Water was leaking into the bathroom from the ceiling. There is no attic over that portion of my house, so I assumed there was a problem with the roof. They came out to a**** and tentatively scheduled for the next day providing it was dry enough since it was raining and was projected to continue raining over the next several days. Initially, the work was not completed at the scheduled time due to weather being uncooperative. They came back the next day and finished the work and we have not had any leaking since. We were very pleased with the service provided; they showed up on time, they were very informative about what they saw and how they were going to go about repairing the roof and charged us what seemed to be a fair rate. Needless to say, if we ever have problems again, we will be calling these guys for help! On a side note, we also were in need of some repair and install work on our rain gutters. Although they did not feel they would be able to help us, they recommended another company...and sure enough, they were on Angie's List too!!

After all was done I developed leaking. When the owner discovered I was unsatisfied he pulled out all the stops, personally came to inspect and they appear to have fixed the leak. While I think the particular work crew that did my roof should have been more careful, I can't complain about the responsiveness of the company. They appear to really care about each customer's experience.

I was very pleased with them. They were pretty incessant. They got the work done without any problem. They were very friendly. They really did a very nice job. I have no complaints about them. The only complaint that I have is that one of our brooms is not found since they have done the work. Their price was fair.

Although I didn't end up using Brady roofing, I really liked the guy who came over. He was clear with the problems I was having, spent time explaining what was going on with my roof and how they proposed to fix it. Their pricing came in a little higher than another and I needed to go with the cheaper offer. I wouldn't hesitate calling them again.

. They did a perfect job. When it rained they came back and made sure that there was no problem. They had quality people working for them. One could count on them and they came when they said they would come or when we wanted them to come. If the need arises I would use them in the future.

They were professional from the start to finish!! They got me an estimate with packet of thier qualifications including licence, insurance, installers certifications and lean release info, it also included samples of the product they had submitted on. Very impressive !! When the weather finally permitted I had told them that I was going to put my wife up in a hotel while work went on and they told me that they would do it as quickly as possible. They did 99% of it in one day working from 8:00 AM till 7:30 PM that ment that I could get my wife home sooner than planned. They finished up in 2 hrs. the next day and cleaned up very good. The roof looks great ! Even the neighbors cant belive how fast and what a good job they did

Overall went pretty well. The quality looks very good but the punctuality and efficiency weren''t amazing. I'd use them again but try to be more firm with the timeline.

Total waste of time. Company never responded to my requests for the promised bid to be sent.

They responded quickly. They have competive price. I didn't use them, but they were impressive. They were responsive and gave me good recommendations. I just ended up going with someone else that I knew of.

They did a great job. I had three companies come out to give me a bid, and Brady was the lowest even though they were doing the gutters as well as the roof. The guy that came out for the bid was very professional and he showed up pretty much on time. They got it done in about a day and half which I thought was quick. There were a couple of minor issues that we had to clear up after the fact, but they came back for a walkthrough and got those issues fixed the next day. Overall, they were really good.

Great! There was at least three inches of snow on our very steep roof. Our chimney was leaking after a few days of rain. They came out in the am gave an estimate then came out later in the afternoon to fix. Was very appreciative. Not sure I got a good price on the work because I didn't shop around. It was more of an emergency so it was well worth the money.

I had a small leak in the roof. Brady roofing came out the same day to inspect the roof and did the repairs the very next day. They identified the problem very quickly and then inspected all of the other windows to make sure the same condition wasn't present there as well. There was one other area that had a slight problem. They quoted me $250 to repair the area that leaked. It seemed a bit high for the minor problem that they indicated it was (said it would be a 20 min job just caulking an area and replacing the few shingles remoced to seal) but when I inquired about the second section they said they would fix both for the same price. The area that was repaired is unnoticeable from the street and so far it hasn't leaked again.
