Aspen Roofing

They arrived on time, did what they said they would, cleaned up after themselves. After the installation crew installed the wrong type of roofing on a near level section, They asked me what I would like to do. When I asked, "What would you do if it was your roof?" He told me he would make them redue it, which they did. Aspen's bid was not the lowest quote I received, but I felt good with what they promised and was not disappointed.

Wonderful. The team is quick and proficient.

The estimator came out the next day, gave me the quote ($300 minimum), and we had it fixed a few days later. The crew was timely and did a good job. Good customer service also.

Needed a roof tearoff and replacement shingles. Has to reschedule a couple of times, but owner was easy to contact and work with. Work was done as specified with no surprises, roof seems to be holding up fine.

Skylight in one of my rental homes began leaking one evening. Aspen was called by my tenant at 8:00 am and was out the same day to provide an estimate by 2:00 pm. They removed the snow/ice that was built up around the skylight so that no further damage would happen. Was able to identify problem (poor flashing and required subroofing for around skylights in SLC climate especially north facing side of high pitched roof. Provided estimate. After I agreed to estimate that afternoon, they scheduled a crew to be out the next day, completed scope of work quickly and efficiently. Very impressed.

From the moment I made the decision to go with Aspen Roofing, I never had to worry about a thing. The roof looks fantastic. Add in a small DIY painting project and my home has transformed from a dilapidated eyesore to a cute little cottage. After living in the ugliest house on my block it is wonderful to live in one of the cutest. Several rainstorms and over a foot of snow later, I still think they did a great job.

They were here when they said they would be and performed the work according to the bid. In addition, while they were removing the two layers of previously-laid shingles, some of the shingles damaged a metal awing that we have. One of the workers immediately told us about it, and the company had it repaired by a company of our choosing to our satisfaction.

Bid was very high of the 5 I received. They never called me back after the estimate was done. I ended up going with the bid that was in the middle of the 5 I received, as well as the contractor that bothered to call me back.

Based on the reviews here on Angie's List, I decided to get an estimate from Aspen for my job. Aspen was very responsive getting someone up to prepare an estimate. He was extremely professional and friendly. I was very encouraged that this would be the company I would hire, however I never received the estimate. I called to find out how long this would take (winter was coming fast and my roof was leaking) and was told I would receive the estimate the next day. Again, no response. I ended up going with another company who followed through.

I found Aspen Roofing on Angie's List and called them because of their excellent ratings. They were very prompt and professional in putting together their bid and the price was in line with what others charge. I was afraid the job was going to have to be postponed because of a large snow storm the day before the work was scheduled but they sent a crew out and completely cleaned off the roof. The job was started without delay. The work was done by very capable and courteous workers. We are very pleased with how it turned out. We have had many compliments on how nice the new roof makes our house look!

We were scheduled to have our roof re-shingled but had a massive snow storm the day before. We were expecting a call to reschedule the job but instead found a crew up on our roof removing all snow and ice. They completely cleaned off the roof and had it prepared to work on the next day.

My experience with Aspen Roofing was great. They came out quickly to give a bid and were able to address all of my concerns and give me a detailed printed bid for the job on the spot. It took a few weeks to schedule the job, but I was periodically kept informed about the possible schedule. The day the work was performed I was not required to be at home which was nice. The gutters were replaced as promised on the day my job was scheduled. I am very pleased with the work that was done.

No surprise to us that they did an outstanding job on our garage roof (same as they did on our home last year). In addition, the owner was not happy with the job the gutter installers did last year on our home, so while the crew was here, he had them replace the gutters (free of charge). The bad installation last year caused the gutters to buckle a little. Instead of just fixing it, they replaced them. We have had neighbors want to know who did the excellent job on our roof. In addition, we had a chimney repair man comment that he has never seen flashing work as good as Aspen did on our home's roof. We highly recommend Aspen. (NO, we have no association with them. They were great and my experience with them was really good. They really were professional and were prompt and came out when they said they were going to. They got their crew together and we had all these services done within 4 days. We did have a snarl and Brian Brady who's John's Brady brother came out and personally resolved it and they were very good and I'd use them again.

They came out, gave us a fair price, came out again to give us an even better price, did the work on time as promised, and cleaned up the yard. Not sure yet if the roof will last for 20-30 years, but I am optimistic.

I called this company to get a bid, however I did not want to talk with just anyone, I wanted the owner. The Staff was very rude and unfriendly. I used someone else

Very good experience. They were professional and prompt right from the beginning when they provided the quote. They stayed contact with me to find a date that worked for both of us. They showed up when they said they would and completed the job promptly. The quality of their work was confirmed during the next storm; no more leaks. I would definitely recommend them.

Ash responded quickly after my initial call with a visit and quote that week. After finalizing, I did have to wait for about a month because they are popular and it is fall, but this was indicated up front. No complaint there. Everything went well, employees through out the company were friendly and helpful. I was concerned after the work was done that my swamp cooler was not hooked back up. They were off getting a new part so that it would not drip! Very cool. I recommend Aspen Roofing, their price was much lower than other companies, and included the rotten wood that others were planning on charging extra for. Thanks!

Aspen Roofing came to my rescue. -Professional, knowledgeable staff -Good communication -Timely completion I hired Aspen Roofing to complete a job that had basically been botched and left in limbo by another roofing company. Aspen consulted with me on what needed to be done to address the outstanding issues. Their experienced staff was prompt for meetings and efficient in making the necessary fixes. The work was completed in a timely manner by a friendly crew who were good communicators and listened to all my concerns. My roof, with standing seam metal panels, required a certain level of expertise to address a few challenges left undone and faulty by the previous roofer. Aspen was able to meet these challenges and the work they completed looks great. Aspen also fabricated and installed a metal chimney cap. I would definitely recommend this company.

I called and set up an appointment. The company representative showed up on time and gave me a quote that was in the same range as the other quotes I received. I decided to go with Aspen because they would use membrane instead of shingles for our low pitched roof. The work started two days after I made the down payment. The job took four days to complete. It took longer than expected because all of the wood had to be replaced. They did an extraordinary good job of cleaning up. I only found one screw and one nail after they had left.

I am very pleased with Aspen Roofing. Their price was a little higher than some of the other bids but I think their service was much better. I would definitely use Aspen again.

My husband and I had contacted 2 roofing companies prior to contacting Aspen roofing. Once the other companies found out our insurance would only pay for roof "repair" and not "replacement" neither of the companies would return our calls. We were so frustrated. I called Aspen Roofing and explained our situation. I told the rep on the phone to please let us know even if they weren't interested in taking the work. She assured me she would keep in touch, which she did. A rep from the company came on the day they said they would and had a bid quickly. Due to the work load we were advised it may be a few weeks before the work was done. Much to our surprise we were called in just a few days and the work was completed promptly. The workers were efficient and very professional. We are more than pleased. When we are ready for the full roof replacement, we will absolutely call Aspen roofing.

They showed up on-time to make a bid, and the job was scheduled about two weeks after I accepted the bid. They completed the work on schedule and did a great job. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would recommend Aspen Roofing to anyone.

Called for an estiimate. They provided a time when they would be there. They called and said they would be a few mintues. They were punctual to their new arrival time. Straightforward. Understood what we were looking for. Provided the firm price proposal. Provided other houses in the area which they had done recent roofing jobs as well as samples of roof shingles. Work included providing the dumpster which came in handy as we had to remove a fair amount of trees and shrubs at the same time. They provided an update when they would be doing the work. Work was performed on schedule and was done in two full days. Dumpster removed about 5 days later. My only disappointment, though was that installing the new underlayment on the older type roof created quite a bit of debris in the attic of the garage. Did not anticipate this but this is not something I would expect would be in their scope. Minor whine is that following removal of the dumpster they should have returned to clean up any debris left under it. Overall - good job, on time, did what they said they would do.
