Description of Work: Removed snow and ice from small section of roof. Did a good job but price was out of line for the amount of time spent. I have noticed that the prices on Angies List are much higher than other contractors in the area. I can't afford to use them.

I found that yes our pricing was a little higher than others during the time of year because you had the work done during the summer and needed it done right away. Supply and demand contributed to that. We hope that you will consider using us again in the future anyway.

Description of Work: The company provided me a bid and got me in quickly to fix a soffit. There was a mistake with some venting that was not put in but they sent someone out within a day and took care of it. I would use them again.

Description of Work: We received a quote from Aspen Roofing to replace our shake roof with shingles. The salesperson was very knowledgeable, gave a thorough quote, and gave me useful ideas for comparing Aspen's services to those of other roofers. That's where the great service ended. | |After receiving the quote, I contacted my salesperson via e-mail stating that we wished to use Aspen and needed info on financing. He never responded, but forwarded my message to someone else who sent me a list of financing options. I never heard from them again. Not very inspirational follow-up, so we didn't give them the contract. We ended up using a smaller, more local company with a better price and better communication.

Description of Work: He inspected my roof (that they installed) and put back on a piece of siding thatthat had fallen off. He didn't want any money but I insisted :) They are honest and take of you even after your roof is completed!

Description of Work: Fixed a hole in my soffit. Very responsive to initial request and bid process. Communication tailed off as the job passed from bid/sales team to execution team. Job got done, just didn't know when, exactly. Came home and it was done. Not a bad thing, really, just would have liked more communication.
