Aspen Roofing

Aspen was very responsive to our needs. They were prompt in giving us an estimate and giving us an approximate starting date. They were delayed a few weeks because of weather but were very good to keep us informed of the start date. They brought color samples for us to choose from and offered to nail some on the roof to help in our decision of color. They also provided addresses of roofs they had installed, to help us choose a color. They discussed the pros and cons of different shingle manufacturers and why they used the manufacturer they did. They went into the attic to assess whether or not we had the proper ventilation. They explained that they would obtain a building permit and a city inspector would oversee the job. They also said that they, unlike some other roofers, used permanent employees who had experience to do the job correctly. I felt that we had true professionals working for us who understood the condition of our roof and what was needed to put it in top condition. On the day they started, they warned us that a large dumpster would be put in our driveway, so we were prepared to not use the garage for several days. They put protectors on our bushes so there would be no damage as they removed the shingles and other debris. They were very good about cleaning up after themselves each day and did a thorough clean-up of the yard at the end. They answered our questions and were very reliable. The company that delivered the shingles did some minor damage to our driveway. Within an hour, we had their customer service rep on the line providing support and guaranteeing that the problem would be fixed at their expense. We're waiting for warmer weather to have the repair made. The only inconvenience we had was that the job was done over the holidays and so took a little longer than it would have because of the holidays observed. I used this company for a repair several years ago and remembered them because of the good job they did. I was very impressed with them again this time and felt like we were being served by ethical professionals. It hasn't rained yet, but so far, so good:)

They were pretty good. They came in right on budget which was nice. They started about 3 weeks late and they said it would take a week, but it ended up taking about a month. So I was not too happy about that. They did fix all the problems with the roof, but they put on flashing that looks like a high schooler did it. I asked them to fix it and they haven't done a lot to fix it.

I am an architect and I deal with roof subcontractor frequently. Aspen Roofing did an exceptional job on installing a new roof on my home. They were very courteous, cleaned up their mess each day, always left the roof protected during removal and even placed drop cloths over shrubs and bushes (see enclosed pictures). The end result was an outstanding new roof for my home. Aspen Roofing is a good choice from craftsmanship to the sale. The price was fair, the estimate was accurate and attention to detail in the installation was very professionally. I highly recommend Aspen Roofing to anyone considering a new roof. Roof is by Certainteed, pattern is Landmark Shingles, and color is Weathered Wood with dark brown trim and rain gutter. Total time for retrofit was about 35 working days.

Aspen came out to my house to bid on the project. They were flexible and came early in the morning to work around my schedule. A spot opened in their calendar sooner than the scheduled date, so we booked it. We were out of town for Christmas when they started the job... and 5 days later when we returned the roof was finished. It looks beautiful!

The job is not finished yet. One of the windows was put in wrong so they have to come back and turn it. They are very nice but I just wish they would finish the job. The siding is really nice and it looks good. They did a good job but like I said we wish they could finish the job because they said they could do it in about two weeks and it's been about three months. It's been a long time. They've had some people fall and there have been some injuries so they just haven't come back to finish. We did some research before we chose them and their price was pretty good. I probably will not use them in the future because it's been taking so long to get this last bit fixed.

They showed up right when they were supposed to. They were really nice to work with. I really enjoyed them. I have referred them to other people and I would use them again.

I spent about $8000 on the services. They did a great job. They showed up on time to give me the estimate. They went over the project really well I thought. They answered all my questions. I had a lot of rain delays because it was early in the season, but that wasn’t their fault. So it took them a little longer to get the roof done than I wanted to, but you just can’t fight mother nature and it was that type of thing. I had some real high winds out here just a couple of weeks ago. They showed up at my door without any problem, and climbed up on the roof and checked everything out. So it was good service. Overall I’m happy with the job. I would always like to pay less but overall I’m happy with the job they did. I checked four different providers that Angie’s list provided me with in the list, and they were within just a few hundred dollars of everybody else. Their quality was good. They were very good. I will use their services again in the future and I have actually recommended them to a couple of people.

They were very accommodating with my schedule and the crews were professional and courteous. Most importantly, they did a great job. This is a great company to work with.

They were pretty professional with the estimate. They seemed to know what they were doing. However, their prices were just too high. The estimate was free. I would probably not consider Aspen Roofing for estimates in future because they were way above everyone else in pricing.

This service was for my 84 year old mother. Gentlemen who did the estimate was very courteous and nice to her. When they came to do the work they didn't do what he said they would do and she had to make them do a few things that were on the list. They also said they would provide pictures of what they did but they didn't. They left a dumpster in her drive way and after a week she finally called to have them remove it. It's hard when dealing with an older person I understand, but all she wanted was for them to do exactly what they said they would without her having to make them do it.

This was a very positive experience starting with Ryan's estimate to working with Amy. They helped every step of the way to make sure I chose the right roof for me. After decision to choose Aspen they started about 10 days later. We were blessed with ideal weather. Chris the project foreman kept me informed through out with details.They cleaned up every day of the project before going home.

They did well. They were a little bit slow on the original schedule but it wasn’t a problem for me. I think some rain put them behind schedule on the projects they had before mine. I wasn’t there when they did the work but I did a walk-around when I got home and I was satisfied. It looks good and I don’t think there is anything that I would have done differently. I was quite happy with them.

My experience with them was very good. They were really quick and very responsive. They got the work done on time just like they said they would. Their cost was really inexpensive.

They are very reasonable. They are professional. They have a timeline and they keep that. They are easy to get a hold of. I would use them in the future.

They were not the cheapest bid we got but came very highly recommended. They offered a lot of suggestions but wanted to do the project the way we wanted it done. They were good about replacing pieces that we didn't know had gone bad. Overall they did a great job and did it quickly.

Aspen roofing was very responsive to my request for a roofing estimate. Their bid was fair, but I decided to go with another roofer.

Great. Ryan provided the bid on his initial visit and was very honest. I had multiple bids given and Aspen provided me with the most honest feedback and price. The work was performed timely and they were very responsive. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Ryan was great when he came out to give us a bid. He explained in detail everything they would recommend. They were fast (started within two weeks) and they did a wonderful job. The first "team" came out and took our existing roof off, and put it back together. Then the next team replaced our gutters. Ryan came back over to check the roof. There were a few small cosmetic issues that he caught and sent his team back to fix the next day. (The chimney had a brick that jutted out that he came back and chipped a piece off so the flashing would lay straight, etc) I didn't like the silver flashing showing a little bit on the front of the garage, so he offered to paint it, or told us we could replace the old fascia and the new one would cover it. Since our fascia needed to be replaced (it was over 30 years old) we went that route and Ryan sent someone over within a few days to replace it! We love how sharp and clean it looks now! Aspen was fantastic to work with and we would definitely recommend them to all of our friends. Thanks!

Ryan responded quickly to my call for an estimate and set up an appointment. He called to let me know he was en route and arrived as scheduled. He explained problems he suggested I fix now and those I could do in a few years to keep costs down if necessary. He emailed a detailed estimate breaking the job into different projects as I asked. I liked the promptness of his communication which kept me from getting frustrated in waiting. We agreed on the repair projects, price and start time. I needed to coordinate part of the job with an air conditioning company which was removing a huge AC unit from my roof and Aspen started their repairs and replacements exactly when needed. The crew that came to do the work was very professional and efficient. I climbed upon on the roof several times and observed their work and was pleased that they were very exacting and did not take any shortcuts. Upon completion they used their silicon/tar to seal any and every spot that could possible be a problem down the line even in areas that I decided not to repair at this time. I am very pleased with Aspen and will have them bid on future repairs for me.

Aspen Roofing is a great company. Right from the start they gave me a very professional bid. They were a little higher than a couple of the bids I received but I just felt good about them. They did an excellent job on the roof and with very minimal damage to my landscaping, which was a big worry for me. They cleaned up very well when they left and they were very good to work with with different little things that came up along the way. I would definitely hire them again, I was totally satisfied with the work they did.

Roof replacement went pretty much as planned. The wood on the original roof was good so after everything was stripped off, the process of new materials began. The workers were good and they finished everything in approximately 1 week. There were a couple of problems which were handled quickly and effectively. Ryan was easy to work with as was Jon and Jan in the office. They're all good communicators. Before deciding on Aspen I had about 6 other bids so I had a good idea of what I should expect from a roofing company. Aspen was everything you could want: reliable, punctual, competitively priced, thorough and clean. They always picked up after themselves at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Ryan provided some sound advice and a detailed estimate within a few days of our call. While they arrived two weeks earlier than expected, it worked out for the best. Phil and Fred did a great job re-doing the facia and gutters and sealing the roof edge. I will certainly call on them again when and/or if the need arises.
