Description of Work: very helpful stopping roof leaks (3 different times in 3 different spots, 4000 total roof square feet) I will have to replace soon but Ryan at aspen has helped put it off for a few years. He has come out 3 different times with no charge climbing up on the roof to make sure everything is still ok. he gave me his cell number and I will use when eventually I replace the roof.

Description of Work: Repair work was needed around the opening to our evaporative cooler. Aspen was recommended to us by Swamptech. The fellow worked very hard to correct some problems introduced by previous installations/misinstallations. I'll use them again, particularly if I have problems with flashing issues.

Description of Work: There was severe wind damage to my mother's house in Bountiful as a result of the November 2011 storm. She is 96, blind and lives alone so she could not deal with the insurance company nor contractors. I did that for her by phone, computer, and one trip to Bountiful from my home in Key Largo, FL. Using my Angie's List membership I researched local roofers and chose five to give me estimates. They were all prompt and professional, but Aspen was the "cream of the crop." Because of the convoluted nature of the situation--communication was the essential element that set Aspen apart from the others. From Tiffany, Amy and Cindy in the office to their "man on site," Ryan Brady, they all cared that my mother got the best roof possible at a reasonable price and with a minimum of hassles. Ryan had to deal with three different adjusters and me in Florida and my brother in Harriman, Utah. Ryan personally made four trips from SLC to Bountiful to juggle siblings and adjusters and communicated effectively and frequently with me in Florida. It was done with a smile and a friendly professional attitude. Results count too. And they did a wonderful job. But it was the way they all, especially Ryan, dealt with multiple personalities, and recalcitrant adjusters that puts them in a "class above" other contractors I've dealt with in the past. Description of Work: Aspen Roofing came out to provide an estimate on re-siding my home and shed. They explained that they were busy and would email me an estimate in 4 days. Never received an estimate or a follow-up phone call. Because they never responded, I question their overall professionalism.

Description of Work: This company was amazing, from customer service to the labor involved repairing our roof. Their pricing is competitive and fair. I was always able to reach Ryan, one of the owners, for any questions. And I felt that my roof was a priority for this company, even though it was a smaller job. Ultimately, I trust Aspen Roofing, and that is a big deal for me. I highly recommend them!

Description of Work: They came out in the snow and replaced some leaking vents in my roof. I was very impressed with their service.

Description of Work: I had requested a bid for a new roof and the contractor was scheduled to give me a bid at 7:45 one morning. As far as I can tell, he never showed up. After waiting for 25 minutes I had to leave for work. I never got a call stating the contractor would be late, nor did I get a call apologizing for the inconvenience. I ended up calling them a few days later and the secretary stated she wasn't sure what happened, but that she would look into it.
